This is one of the most convenient nail salons to where I live, and it's the one I find myself…read moregoing to when I look down at my nails at home and think "yikes". I almost exclusively get regular pedicures, so this review is based on that. The folks are friendly, and their chairs are comfortable. The pricing is in line with what other local spas charge, and their "basic" pedicure at $33 still includes a few perks. The biggest pro for me is the quality of their polishes. They don't have to grab one from a wall but rather choose from samples, and then they bring out a box with that polish in it. The polishes I get here consistently stay on for weeks with little to no chipping, which indicates to me that they're both solid at technique and also at ensuring the polishes they're using are of good quality and not too old or dried out. I've also never had an issue with nail damage here. On my latest visit, I overheard them working to make sure a client who didn't like their polish color got a satisfactory resolution even though it added a fair bit of workload to the nail technician. The nail tech was rude, continued to grind my nails to the point of continued pain. When id let her know it was hurting she'd roll hers eyes and yank my hand. I had my tips removed and asked for gel on MY nails. She agreed to a simple design and then kept telling my it wasn't feasible on my length. When I told her fine just do a French manicure she gave me an attitude and told me I should just get a fill. She over grinded and then attempted to fill my nails with layers and layers of polish (which were much longer before she hacked them down shorter with a file). I left there in tears.
