I was able to make a same day appointment on their website as long as it was a 4 hour advance notice. I loved this! I chose the date, time, service and picked a nail tech. The nail salon is in a small strip mall, don't blink you'll miss the turn in. I was greeted with a huge smile, which made me happy and put me at ease. I mean I felt like I was cheating on my regular nail people! They gave me the gel colors to look at and I was impressed with their selection. I waited about 10 minutes to be seen, which wasn't bad at all. Chan was the person I chose to do my nails. She was absolutely fantastic! She talked to me the whole time I was there and made me feel so comfortable. Everyone that walked through the doors, she addressed and knew by name, so I'm sure I'm not the only one that thinks she's fantastic. She was very quick and thorough with my nails. She made sure I was happy with the length, shape and the color before she moved on to the next step. This was very appreciated. The price was on point. The job was done well and timely.
