Do not waste your money here. I want to start by saying that my last experience here before this one was a great one. The girl who did my nails was great. But today's experience was really bothersome. The man who did my manicure was working really fast for some reason, and it caused the whole experience to be extremely painful. I have short nails, and he filed them so much one of my fingers actually was bleeding a little bit when I got home. He was just overall very rough and it was a bad experience. They also overcharged me by $20 for something I never asked for. Its now been hours and my finger tips are still in pain. I really liked this place but after today I won't be back sadly.

I have to say that I was very impressed with the PRICES for a mani-pedi at this location and the wonderful customer service. I opted for a mani-pedi with no frills for $40. The technician really took her time with my cuticles both on my feet and my hands which was really what I want in the rare occasion I do get them done. I did not get the gel polish because I liked a terracotta colors that came in the Essie brand. My hands and feet turned out so pretty and I just found my newest favorite nail salon on the Westside. Friday nights around 5:30-6pm was the sweet spot time that changed my mind about patronizing this well established business. Great prices, meticulous nail techs and a comfortable, clean spa environment. I will definitely be going back to Beautiful Cuticle again.

The workers are all very…read morewelcoming and friendly, but less than a week after getting my nails done my nails were chipping and breaking. I've had my nails done at other salons for multiple years and never had any issue like this. I asked them to remove the gel as my nails clearly need a break. They said that my nails did this because they "curved upwards", but I informed them that no... they do not and this happened because of filing the nails too thin. They then agreed and suggested trying other forms of color like powder gel, builder gel and other forms. At the end of the service I asked how much I owed. They did $6 for the removal and then added $25 for "spa manicure" which I was not advised of before hand. I paid the $31 and tipped, but was quite surprised. Overall, the people there are very nice and efficient. The environment is relaxing and clean. I'm believe this was a one off for them, but even in trying to fix the issue the gift certificate wouldn't cover 1/2 my next appointment if I returned.

A couple of nails are a little messy in terms of the polish work, and they aren't very narrow for acrylics/almond shape but they do look nice if you don't scrutinize them too too much. The salon really filled up for a Monday afternoon so I can tell they have a loyal clientele. I would recommend overall!

I looked up a few places and even went to a different one but everyone was booked. I have a party tonight, I need these gnarly feet fixed!! So my mom says, go to Love's, we go there all the time. Ok! Like with anything, my first stop is Yelp. Yikes! Doesn't look good at all! But mother knows best so I said what the heck and decided to chance it. A gentleman did my nails and I think he did a pretty good job. He was very thorough and checked and double checked his work. His paint work wasn't perfect but he did a nice job. I had some water transfers I wanted out on too and I think he hadn't seen them before so they aren't perfect but still look nice. Let's talk about my feet. I feel sorry for this poor man, those toes are frightening! He tackled those ugly things without any hesitation and put some extra attention in which I desperately needed. I decided to go the full Nelson since it was my first pedi of the season and did the deluxe with paraffin and hot towels. It was very relaxing and felt wonderful. Afterward my feet actually looked human! Looked pretty darn good in fact and I was thoroughly relaxed and refreshed. All in all, I think it was a pretty darn good experience and I would definitely come again.

They were very nice and did a good job but the lady that was working on me was a little rough with my feet. I think she might have just been in a hurry but it wasn't the most pleasant experience. Usually my polish lasts almost a month before I have to have it redone. If I go back to visit hopefully they won't be in such a hurry next time.
