I've love low maintenance things and this is one of the things where I should t have waited so long to get! The pain level is very mild as she puts a numbing cream first. She measures and draws out the brows and then the magic happens. The healing process was easy. And now I'm so happy that I can just wash my face, spf and go in the mornings. They told me it wasn't my fault but an issue with the base coat and provided a discount to account for my difficulty.
