The technician cut my cuticles, causing them to bleed, and they have been sore since. Additionally, the technician told the receptionist to charge me $110 for a full set, even though I had clearly scheduled and received a fill. I politely pointed this out, and they corrected the charge to $75, which is the fill price listed on their website. For reference, my full set three weeks ago was $95, also the price listed on their website. I was disappointed by both the quality of the service and the attempt to charge me for a service I did not receive.
