Amy's rarely disappoints. I know I can drop in and get a relaxing pedicure. Their nail techs are efficient and careful. I rely on them to help me avoid ingrown toenails. They are always attentive and thorough. They pay attention to making sure to use sanitized utensils. The vibe is quiet and tranquil with soothing music playing. If I have one criticism, I'd probably mention that their chairs could be replaced and upgraded. Their padding is flat and the massage mechanism are not the best. "Grandma" gave me a great pedicure, I selected the #5 Nu Skin. I really like the tingling sensation the nu skin product provides during massage very relaxing they use hot towel wrap to infuse the moisture and relax your muscles. My legs and feet feel ohhh so smooth 60 min massage/service, they set a timer so it's nice to know they do not rush! My nails turned out beautiful, I also had a manicure from Kim, she had to pause the massage chair to not make my nails pretty, so my arm wouldn't move. She did a nice job. I did my mani and pedi same time because my mom and I stopped in after work a little over an hour before they close. They were accommodating, I said I could do mani another day if needed, they ensured I got the service I wanted without frustration. I walked in last night for a gel pedicure. No topcoat was put on my nails. Thinking that odd as I drove home. Called this morning to ask if I could have the topcoat put on. They said come in. When I did I got a reaction--loudly, I might add--that without a topcoat the nails would be "sticky." Google told me the topcoat is added protection for the color. During my visit the owner ? Repeated over and over that the nails would never dry. Never, she said to my back as I walked out. I was embarrassed. The salon had quite a few patrons all looking and watching as this woman repeated over and over that the polish would never dry--ever! I will not return. read more

I will give them credit for re-doing my nails but I had to take my time twice after getting them done...once for them to look at the terrible job and again to get it fixed. I specifically said I DID NOT want the same girl re-doing my nails and fixing the terrible pedicure job. They did exactly that. The original gel job ended up with the paint being two different shades on each hand and even ombre on the other. There was something wrong with the paint OR she didn't bother to properly shake it up and the paint didn't cover the tips. My toes were a completely different color than my nails (and still are). When she re-did my gel today she... - didn't bother to put towel down before filing all of the gel off my nails - when she was done with that she just wiped all of the dust (alot) on the floor - when she was done filing/drilling she didn't have me wash my hands...roughly brushed them off...after roughly using hand buffer/sander - she was talking on her ear buds the entire time - zero apology or acknowledgement of the issue with my nails - when she was finished she painted the oil on my nails and said okay you done. I said so what do I do with this - oily, thick, all over my fingers. The technician next to us said oh you can rub it in our wash them. Nothing from 'Ann'. She just walked away...like she did the first time. Oh! And I almost forgot. I'm guessing because she doesn't understand English much at all she cut my nails way down. Off really. My nails were long. I specifically said I wanted them cut down a LITTLE but NOT to the short length of my broken nail. She proceeded to cut them all that short. I can live with that...my nails will grow back but combined with everything else it's ridiculous! Completely unprofessional. I won't be back and I cannot recommend them less. Also, the manager that I spoke to confirmed that it is normal to remove gel nails by filing down to the nail. WRONG I'm not usually a complainer but $80 of my money I'm not letting this go. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the manager by phone. I told him I'll never be back. read more

My nails look like they were done 2 weeks ago. I have gel polish. Not ok. I did matching color - yeah, fingers and toes don't match. My pedicure...looks like I did it at home. They body about using fresh sanitized nail kits, but that's only half true. They did on it ties, not my fingers. Seriously disappointed. Won't be going back. read more

Nail color options are so so . The space itself is pretty big and they have plenty of seats . Overall I give 3 stars . I got the pedicure option that comes with paraffin wax and it was $30. I have had my fair share of pedicures in my day and this one seemed over priced for the quality of service. Mostly, I get pedicures and an acrylic nail fill with regular polish. They do a great job! They ask if you'd like a beverage after being seated. Soda, beer or wine! Where to begin. I had many other good experiences other then one about a month ago. I went in wanting a French with a brown tip. Knowing it was not the easiest I asked if it was something she could do and she said sure. So I went along with it. Towards the end of her doing my nails I noticed some spots on my nails that were mistakes and I pointed it out to her. She said it's fine, it's good...... umm okay. Clearly she was more interested in not working and drinking her Starbucks frap. So then I was not that happy with the imperfection but I still paid and tipped. I went out to my car and decided to go back in. Another lady fixed my nails to be Just a solid color. Mind you... none of the ladies used sterilized utensils. EVER. EVER. Just grabbed the utensils from their table that was sitting in god knows what filth and gross liquid. One day later I got a terrible reaction and little blisters on my finger. This was the worst thing to go through. My hands were swollen, itchy and in terrible pain. A couple days later I decided to go to the doctor and was given a steroid and antibiotics to help, it did help in five days or so. My hands are still destroyed and unhealed. I'd stay far away from this place unless they decide to actually use proper sanitization protocols. I never asked for a refund because I didn't feel comfortable walking back into the salon, this review is strictly to protect someone else from this happening. read more

My boyfriend's family comes in here all the time and they love it. They say that Sue and Dong are the best. I've never had my nails done by either of them, so I really can't speak on their abilities. However, every time my nails have been done, it's been a pretty messy job. My toes usually hold nail polish until the end of the world, they just grow out so it's time for a new pedicure. Not here! The 3 times I've been, my toes have chipped within a few days. That's unheard of for me, even if I paint them myself. The services are super rushed too, they set timers and if they aren't finished by the time it goes off, they do everything in their power to cut your service short.
