I wish I had photos of all the sets done from here but this place is amazing. I've been coming for a year now and they're always so sweet and the service is so quick and AMAZING!! I work in ocean rescue so I'm constantly in salt water and in the pool and I'm pretty rough on my hands, my nails from other spots typically last like a few days before lifting but these have been on with no lifting for a week now. I came to this business today for a full set. Unfortunately this is set is not what I asked for. I explained my displeasure with the two gentlemen that did my nails. Neither of the men were able to address my concerns leaving me the paying customer unsatisfied with my nails. I told them repeatedly that I did not like my nails, the shape or design. They were kind and patience but lacked greatly in the skills department. I don't believe I will be returning or recommending this nail shop. read more

They took my friend and I right away. Asked what we wanted and gave great service! The music was not relaxing.

I have come here multiple times to get pedicures because it's the most convenient place for me, but today was really just my last straw on why I won't be returning. I asked for a classic pedicure with gel polish- frenchies. They overcharged me which I had suspected for awhile now but I finally asked for a receipt today and it doesn't add up. But what Im really upset about is they didn't even put a base coat of nude polish on before the white tip? So to overcharge and not even do a basic frenchie correct is really just unreasonable. They are always nice, I'll give them that. But that's about it. I'm disappointed and I know the polish will probably end up peeling within a week anyways. Wish I could find a reliable place!! read more

Worst mani pedi ever. Messy polish, didn't clean up cuticles and chipped less than 24 hours. Not cheap either! 1 star for being friendly.

The first set of nails I have loved since moving to Jacksonville! I made an appointment online and waited no time at all when I arrived. The nail tech was quick but thorough. I did not feel like he was rushing to get me out. Fair price, nice and clean salon. The only thing that could have made the experience better would have been being offered a beverage. They are so warm and friendly from the moment you enter. The salon is nicely decorated and structured in such a way to create a warm, relaxing vibe. I had the Tropical pedicure and Classic Gel Manicure and both were fantastic. They took their time and made sure everything looked great. I was offered something to drink the moment I entered too, that was a really nice extra touch. Easy to find, plenty of parking in the rooftop and street and walkable from pier resorts like Margaritaville, Beat Western, etc. I will definitely make this my go-to nail place whenever I am in Jacksonville while hubby is surfing. Left with stubby, crooked, extremely thick nails. My toes got cut twice during the pedicure and left bleeding , not well done either. High prices for the outcome. Both times I've come my service was rushed for others who walked in, or they don't finish and put it off on another coworker. read more

I went in with grown out nails asked for just a shape up, rounded edge. Left with short stubby square nails... I should know not to stray from my normal shop. Not to mention half of my nails are crooked... only getting 3 Stars because the manicure it self was good. read more

The shape and everything was perfect and my daughter usually doesn't like her nails polished but she even commented on how great her nails and toe nails looked. I would not recommend eyebrow wax. Friendly lady with the two boys waxed too short on one side. On the other, she didn't trim or touch. Im pretty upset. It's hard to see the job she did in the dark room and unclean mirror. read more

Staying close by and needed a manicure. They are super sweet and welcoming! I got a gel manicure with art and my sister got a full acrylic set. So happy we visited. Both techs are so attentive to detail and meticulous. If I lived in the area I would most definitely be a regular. Highly recommend getting a manicure here.
