This was my 2nd visit which was no where near like the first visit. I came in for a powder coat. I have where placed in a zip lock bag full of ACETONE, usually your finger tips are wrapped in cotton and aluminum foil. My have were place in a ziplock bag full of drying agent, hazardous acetone. Nothing shorting the skin in my hands. The active was knuckle deep. Then she placed my hands in a bowl with hot towels. I called her out on it and she stated the standard method she's not work. I told her it she's work that's they only eat I've been getting them done. I came in around 10:30 11:00 am and was told to sign in and leave my phone number. She would call me when she was done with the client she was working with. I ended up calling 2 hours later to speak with someone who wasn't even on location. She then tells me to go ahead and go in. I even had to ask her for lotion for my hands bring they had soaked in ACETONE and where very dry. She did put oil around my cuticle but nothing for the ACETONE ON MY SKIN. I will find another nail salon that will be more gentle with my skin and I've that follows basic operating procedures per State licensure requirements. Yes I'm placing a call. read more

This place is so nice and quaint. Well lit and decorated, the staff is super nice and attentive. I went for a regular pedicure with gel polish, the cost was right around $65-68 for my pedicure. The aesthetician was really nice and made my experience special, given I came in during a slow period. I'll definitely be back; this place was a renovated bank and its inside looks wonderful. I wish I'd happened up on this place a year ago! I arrived in desperate need of having my nails checked. I'd just gotten a manicure about 9 days before when my overlay began to pull up from my nails. I was concerned about moisture getting under my nails and how I could lose a nail, mine are natural and not tips, so I needed a fix immediately. BB was amazing! She saw how concerned I was and squeezed me in. Once my overlay was removed, I was shocked to see a green bacteria growth underneath my overlay!! I had never in life seen anything like this! BB calmed me down and reassured me this could be healed. I went from damaged nail beds and green nastiness to what you see in the pictures. BB even set me up to return so that she can keep up maintenance until I'm completely healed. I've always been one to do my research but even the best research won't always reveal an unskilled technician. I found out the hard way to trust my gut because not everyone posing as a professional truly is. Thank goodness I visited BB! She's about more than pretty nails but nail health and repair. The salon is beautiful, relaxing, and full service. The customer service is amazing and you can get everything from your nails, feet, and eyelashes to micro blading and waxing done. I had a horrible experience here. I walked in at noon and there were only 4 other people being serviced. Seeing there were not many people in the shop we would be taken quickly was the thought. We waited about 25 minutes upfront. They took us back and just had us sitting with our feet in the water another 45 minutes. It was very uncomfortable waiting in the water. When I finally started my service the person that did it kept having to walk away for reasons unknown. The whole experience took almost 3 hours for just a pedi. There were two of us. They started another person that was there after us instead of starting the two of us together. We did mention our experience to them so hopefully it change. Definitely will not be back even if they did. Just due to the overall attitude. read more

Love this place! I have been coming here for almost 3 years for my lashes and I'm always happy with the work Bihn does. Her and her sister Tweety have worked on my nails and they always look amazing.They take their time to make sure everything looks perfect. Definitely won't be back. Got my nails done here on Saturday and today is Wednesday and two are cracked across the top. Sent Veronica a message to get a repair and she said she is booked and would not be free to fix them until Wednesday. Fun fact, today is Wednesday. In my opinion if your work is cracking after three days you should move your schedule around and be more excited to repair it, but i guess not. So, I'm supposed to walk around with two cracked nails for a week. By the time she can fix them it will be time for a fill, and it definitely won't be at eclat. Follow up: After I posted the review Veronica sent me a message about "communication". I'll share screenshots below. Go to this salon AT YOUR OWN RISK FOLLOW UP ON MY FOLLOW: Since I've posted my review Veronica has reached out to me to call me out of my name and attempt to bully me. I am so surprised a place of business would allow an employee to behave this way. There is never a justification for this type of bad behavior. I would not send my worst enemy to eclat to sit in Veronica's chair. I will not say bad things about the rest of the techs in the shop, because I have only experienced one. I must say the experience has been terrible. DO NOT SIT IN VERONICA'S CHAIR. She is a terrible person. If I could give Veronica zero stars I would. read more

This shop knows what's up ! I cannot express just how pleased I am to have found E'clat. I've never left this place unhappy. The technicians here are extremely talented, skillful and welcoming. They have a HUGE selection , I've never seen anywhere else that offers so many different colors, gels, powders , nail shapes, tips, glitters, rhinestones, gems, pearls , beads ..the list is endless..mean wow ! I went to this salon since my normal salon was not available on the day I went. I was very excited to have my nails done for Christmas, but was quickly very disappointment. I paid for a gel manicure, and expected a gel manicure. Within the first day, 3 nails had already chipped, and by day 3, 3 of the "gels" had completely popped off. When I left the manicure, the owner gave me her number and told me to tell her if they chipped within the first 5 days and she would fix them. It has been my experience in the past that gels do not chip until after couple weeks, so I found it odd that she told me that. I did not have time to go back since I was leaving town for the holidays. But for the price I paid, it was a complete rip-off. I would not recommend this nail salon and will not be going back. read more
