IF I could give 0 stars I would. Came here a month ago and the tension in the air was heavy. There was an issue with a married couple who worked here and management. But their son was still there and was great. Brought 2 granddaughters in for prom nails and it totaled to $370. I swiped my Amex, it said APPROVED. I TOLD THE GIRL IT SAID APPROVED. She said "no no I had to cancel I promoted it didn't go through!" (Sadly I should have pulled up my Amex app but didn't!" She told me to swipe my card again. I did and added a $30 tip even though my nails were not the color I chose and were not done how I asked but already been there so long I said "screw it!" The next day I thought I need to look at my Amex and sure enough a $370 and $400 charge as you can see on the photo. I called them first and she apologized. I don't want apologies I want money back into my account because my APR IS 23%. She told it it would take 5-7 days. NO!! I got my nails done you want your $$ now. Not in 5-7 days. So I contacted Amex and told them. They told me ok it would be 24-48 hours on Friday. Today Thursday I get in and the $ is not in. This nail salon disputed my dispute and Mindy called me today apologizing that it was a mistake and this is a process to refund me my $. Needless to say I'm not going to return and would suggest to find another place. There are a ton of salons that won't steal your money. read more

I had previously given Yutaim 5 stars, but since Elaine and her crew left the quality of service isn't the same. My tech Mindy covered the entire nail bed with acrylic (including cuticles!) when she put on the new set. I had gone for a fill-in, and the polish wasn't good. After going home and discussing with my hubby, I called and asked for a re-polish. Mindy agreed and I came back next day. She said acrylic was old and too thick and I agreed to a new set. The previous day she had filed it thinner, but now she was making it super thick. Covering the entire nail bed is dangerous because the nail can't breathe!. I was also asked to pay additional (but slightly reduced price). I will be finding a new place to go, which is unfortunate. I saw some recommendations on a local Facebook group page last week and decided to try this place out to have my nails done before Thanksgiving. I am so glad I came here! My nails turned out amazing!! I got acrylic tips with a custom design, Nightmare Before Christmas, based on song ideas I saw online and omg! The details and quality!!! I was stunned how well they turned out! Active length was perfect, design execution, color selection, everything! I also got a polish change on my toes and that went quick and was done perfectly too. They were all very nice and it was a chill atmosphere in the spa too. Glad I made an appointment and went mid-day because it definitely picked up around 1-2 when I was leaving. I am beyond impressed. I used to come here when it was called Ann's Nails and they always did a good job, but stopped going because it was out of the way with work. However, the nail place I was going to by my job disappointed me so I decided to come back to try and they did not disappoint. It is under new management and it has all been fixed up nicely. Elaine did my gel manicure and did exactly what I wanted. She was very detail oriented, cutting the cuticle, and even giving a hand massage at the end. My pedicure was also perfect for being a basic pedicure. I am currently 39 weeks pregnant so it's hard for me to do my toes myself like I usually do so I was so happy that I had such an amazing experience today. I will DEFINITELY be back. read more

Had been going to Elaine for almost a year and she was the absolute best. Been calling for a couple of weeks to make an appointment kept being told she was on vacation for a while. Today we stopped by with hopes Elaine might be in or someone could let us know when she would be back. Was told she and her husband sold the place and moved to another state. Got convinced to give new techs a try, this was by far the worst nail job I have ever had. Wish I would have saved my $60. I immediately took my nails off in the parking lot. I don't want anyone to make the same mistake we did or wait around for Elaine and Alex to return because that's not happening. read more

This place was beautiful on the inside ! Staff was so friendly and welcoming. Did a walk-in and got one of the best pedicures I ever had in a long time. I moved to Jacksonville recently and had been searching for a good nail salon that does Dipping Powder that lasts and was similar to the excellent salon I had been at for years before moving. I tried a few local places and was not happy. Ann's is near my home and I decided to give it a shot. As soon as I walked in I was greeted warmly and they were able to fit me in. Sam was amazing and personable and as soon as he started doing my nails I could tell immediately he knew exactly what he was doing. I have found my new "nail home"!
