Horrible and unsanitary!! We made an appointment days in advance. Then confirmed hours prior and on arrival. We sat down and waited 45 min in the pedicure chair. Three different people would do one thing to our feet. Then leave and work on someone's nails. They NEVER washed their hands between my feet to another to someone's nails. Tools were dirty. The foot grader was on the floor. I'm sure I will get a fungus. Place was filthy. read more

The service was absolutely amazing. My mother and I went here for mother's day and we were both very satisfied with the service. However, the reason I give a low rating is because of the abuse of the fish kept in the tank. There are about 13 large fish crammed into a ~50 gallon tank. As a result of having no room they are constantly fighting each other. During the hour or two I spend here I watched them lunge at each other at least 50+ times. Particularly the two white fishes, I have no knowledge of their variety but the larger one was absolutely beating up the smaller one, to the point that the smaller one had chunks bitten out of him. The smaller one was constantly in corners, trying to get away from the larger one but as there's no space it either got rammed into, bitten, or slammed into the side of the tank. The saddest part was our nail tech was 100% aware that they were fighting but they didn't seem to care. From the bottom of my heart please fix this, I would like to come back again as the service was amazing but it broke my heart seeing the neglect of these guys. Those animals are reliant on your care, please either rehome them, separate them, get a bigger tank, or anything else to give them proper care. read more

I walked in and was immediately greeted with the strong smell of acitone which isn't uncommon for nail spas but this was very strong. Then I sat down to wait my turn and noticed a large fish tank in the front. PACKED with large fish. It was so so sad and they were hardly moving due to lack of space. It's horrible to witness such cruelty in a place that's supposed to inspire relaxation. Please please move some of the fish into their own tank and INVEST in you place of business. Or just cut costs and take the fish out of this store completely. Between the smell and fibers that go in the air it cannot be good for them. Do better. read more

So update from previous review. Today I went back as Stephen "husband" always does my nails and he delivers. Of course you would wonder why I went back. Well I'm paying for a service and it is what it is. So I called to see if I needed an appointment Tracy says come now, I arrive and complete silence after being asked what do I need I answered powder and pedicure. She tells her husband not in English something but he refuses to answer finally he says wash your hands. Female starts my pedicure only gets to file down gel then applies remover and then foil to soak the gel off, usual process. Traceys approached me with her cell phone asking if the Yelp review was me shouldn't matter as I have a right to post what I want especially if it was a negative experience initiated by Tracy. She proceeds to tell me it was me but I also let her know someone who was a friend was also there and advised me based on her witnessing the matter that I should complain, however her issue should be why the review was written in the first place. She starts to get upset and I'm asking her what was her issue anyway why has she been so rude? She proceeds to tell me that her husband said I told him that his work is better than hers, He asked me if I was happy with his design or my nails one day I replied "Yes you always do a good job and the gentleman who did my pedicure always does good work. Now prior to that I Tracy used to do my nails sometimes I would change my color or design but before she started. She tells me Stephen has to do my nails in the future because I never know what I want. First of all I can change my mind as much as I want. Not to be rude on my part and it wasn't done out of malice. I'm the one paying. Second i didn't suggest Stephen doing my nails she did and I never knew why that would cause so much of an issue. I wasn't the one who had an issue with her work and if I did I would say so, Third my daughter goes here and friends. How dare you deflect away from your horrible customer service and your NASTY ways. Fourth because you lack understanding it's my fault? Really? I even said if that's what your husband said that's not the message I intended. She still insists that I said she doesn't do good work. Now because you have chosen to air this issue in front of the customers today because you've been salty all this time over a misunderstanding and proceeded to be disrespectful even when I asked her husband what was her issue with me. She states when I asked her questions she was busy or on the phone. I would never just disrupt or purposely do anything so petty for no reason, however I'm a CUSTOMER...hello it shouldn't matter who I ask or why the bigger issue is when I asked she never addressed me was disrespectful and nasty and of corse I asked why, so after all that she feels that she can yell at me like I'm her child and talk over me..... so she was put in her place today for the last time. I feel sorry for the staff. The poor lady who attempted my pedi looked baffled I apologize to her for having that experience, but it was her owner that did not want my money but instead asked me to fix the previous review. Well TRACY... you've earned another bad review. Maybe you will learn your lesson this time and realize RESPECT is earned! All the choice words and negative names through all your reviews you've earned! When you treat people like there beneath you and yell, and make an ass of your self you get what you get. This nail salon it not luxury at all!!! I was told There was a 30 minute wait, but instead I waited an hour and a half and still not seated! people who got there after me got sat down before me. A workers son was throwing tantrums,toys,kicking customers and crying. The place was filthy. There were shoes everywhere!! One man was doing three people at once leaving people waiting with half nails done before getting to them 30 mins later. Horrible service. read more

Do not come here. I came in for a pedicure and sat with my feet soaking for 15 minutes while one of the workers here got a pedicure herself. They don't sanitize their tools. In fact they store the pomace in a plastic recipient with sponges (that I presume they use to clean.) Similarly, they use the foot scrubber and then put in the trash, took it out and used it on my other foot and put it back in the trash. This place is honestly disgusting. The tech also cleaned off the tools in my pedicure water while my feet were still soaking. I mean come on! I will never come back here again. read more

This place was great! I called 20 minutes before I went and they took me right in. He really took his time on my nails, the shaping was great and he checked each nail without rushing. The shape and length was exactly what I asked for. The main reason why I am writing a review is because anyone that knows me, knows that acrylic nails don't last me more than 5 days because everywhere I have gone before, my acrylics would start to chip close to the cuticle and start lifting. When that happens, I really can't help yo start picking and pulling and then I eventually rip them off (I know I'm kind of crazy lol) but I loved these nails because here I am almost at the two week mark, and they have NOT LIFTED OR CHIPPED! A snake can't be trusted because she also talks about her customers business and who she likes and who she does not like with a reason why. I've been getting my nails done here for months. I've never had a problem. In fact, I think they do amazing work. However, during my last two visits, I was yelled at and treated poorly by Tracy, who always does my nails. The first visit, I wanted to change my nail color and she fussed at me saying I didn't know what I wanted. It took me two minutes to find a new color and she went on and on about how I couldn't make up my mind. The second visit, her husband did my nails, but I didn't think the glitter looked good or shiny. He said something to her about it and she fussed that I shouldn't come back because all I do is waste their time. I used to enjoy coming here but my recent experiences have made reconsider going back to my old technician who lives on another side of town. At least, I'll be treated better and valued as a customer. read more

I've been getting my SNS nails done at this place for about a year now, I started off with tracy's husband and never had an issue, that was of course until tracy started doing my nails because her husband was out of town. The first session with tracy was okay she did cut me a couple times she did great on the shape but they were a little thin and too long for my liking, a week and a half later I was left with 2 nails on each hand. I went back for a full set of SNS and went back to tracy specifically because she told me she could do Ombré with SNS. The first thing she says when she sees my nails is what happened are you not use to having long nails, my response is they were a little long for my liking but i've worn longer nails in the past and never had an issue, so she starts my nails I specifically tell her i want them shorter and thicker then the last time she says great we get started a couple people walk in and she starts to rush through my nails cuts me so bad that my fingers hurt by the time I was finished even she stated omg i'm so sorry I keep cutting you. I leave and am super happy with the ombre but i notice they're a little thin and around my edges it's super messy mostly because there were cuts around my nails not allowing her to file the sides properly. I come home and compare to my mom who goes to tracys husband hers were thick and super clean around the edges with not one cut. I get over it until a day later my pointer finger pops off right in the middle where it should be the thickest all by closing my car door. I go back to tracy and let her know I believed they're too thin she ignores that statement gets my nail soaking and tells me it'll be a couple minutes I got there at 3:30 didn't leave till 5 to get one nail fixed granted I understand that she had people in her chair but she could have easily told me to come back in an hour or so. My poor pointer finger was throbbing because it was one of the fingers she cut in three different spots while filing and she filed right over those spots i begin to bleed and she has the nerve to ask me what happened i let her know you cut me there the last time she ignores it. I ask her how much i owe her she says nothing I say thank you and I walk out. Two days later my thumb and pointer finger on the other hand pop off at the same exact spot my other pointer finger broke in the last time I go back in and I show her my hands and say i really think they're too thin. She says no you just don't know how to wear long nails anymore lol I've worn long nails my whole nail career. She then takes her finger and pops off the remainder of the nail with her finger that's how thin they were they didn't even require to be soaked off. She shows me the bottom where it's the thickest and says see they're thick. I let her know right because the thinnest part is already broken off. She begins to "fix" them and is rushing through them i wasn't too happy with the ombre on one and the other one is bumpy but at this point I just wanted to have a full set i didn't even care what they looked like, Also she went back in with the nail drill on one hand to clean up the edges because you could tell she couldn't stand to look at them. As I get ready to leave she says I give you discount this time but you break one more I charge you as if it's my fault my nails are popping off. I get home and as I sit on the couch my other thumb pops in the exact place the other 3 nails popped off at. I'm just in shock it's about 6:40 so I call the shop and let tracy know what had happened. This lady had the nerve to yell and blame me for my nails breaking 3 days after getting them done. She said I showed you they were thick and I tried explaining to her in a very nice way that they're too thin even my mom witnessed me sit on the couch and my nail just popped off. I even tell her I'll come in and pay for a new full set if it's the ombre that's causing it to not be thick enough in the middle. She gets extremely defensive and says my husband can do for you because your too much for me. It's just bad business and now they've lost two loyal customers over not knowing how to handle the situation. I'm a licensed professional cosmetologist I know the nail theory and how it's built she did a sloppy job and couldn't own up to it. Now I'm $50 down the drain and I still have a broken nail. Another nail broke after I wrote this review I'm so livid stay far away from this place. I called back one more time to let her know that another nail had broken making it a total of 5 nails and tracy had the nerve to yell at me once again. Save yourself don't go! I didn't even mention how dirty this place is they're very unsanitary total chop shop! read more

Not terrible, not great. Upon walking in one of the workers would not stop staring at me to where it made me feel uncomfortable. Then proceeded to talk to her colleagues in her language clearly speaking about me as she was eyeing me up and down. Every nail salon I go to, I'm sure they talk about people however do not make it so obvious to where your customer feels uncomfortable. To my surprise, she was the one that did my pedicure and it was not terrible although not a word was spoken to me the whole time. However previously, she was speaking to the customers before me..sitting right next to me. More than likely will not come back. read more

Let me first say, Steven's work is phenomenal. The customer service and the way Tracy speaks to her customers is horrendous. The shop is super cluttered, dusty and simple unprofessional. Their son is always there running around the shop, leaving safety hazards everywhere because there are always toys, shoes, blankets or what ever in the middle of the floor. The kid is a complete nuisance to customers. The place was filthy. Products, towels, toys, just haphazardly everywhere. Nothing luxury about this place except for Steven's work. I had an appointment for 3:30 in the afternoon. I was not even touched until close to 4:30. I had an appointment so I couldn't even finish getting my nails done. I returned to finish, and was treated like a villain because Tracy was not comfortable with finishing my nails when Steven was out. She is rude. She finished what Steven started, but the stones started to pop off the very next day. I refused to go back. Each time I went to get my nails done, I spent a minimum of 4 hours in this shop. Oh, by the way, they do not accept appointments on Fri, Sat or Sun. Unless you are prepared to sit for a unforeseen amount of time, do not go to this shop. I don't have that kind of time If you want to be treated with respect, do not EVER talk to Tracy. I was hoping that the experience would get better, but I give up on this waste land of a place. read more
