My sisters and I come here every time they come to town. I moved and tried other places by my home but was alwsys less than 100% happy. Now I drive 30 minutes to see Loy and his team. They are wonderful. I've never gone away unhappy. I like them so much I gifted my daughters with certificates to come here and I am currently enjoying mother/daughter time with my youngest. 1 star because I cannot leave a zero or negative. I went here for the 1st time 2 weeks ago. Waited 1 hr with only 1 person ahead of me, there was only 2 doing feet and 1 doing hands but yet 4 workers. They had a woman that was obviously NOT happy do mine. I might not speak the language but can tell when a convo is aggressive. She did not speak to me, so I thought she could not speak english until a motorcycle was blaring music outside and I said under my breath THAT IS RIDICULOUS! This was abt 45 min into her sitting in front of me, well she laughed, telling me SHE DID KNOW ENGLISH!!! SO She was rude just to be rude!!! Ok well expected so I thought to just be quiet and continue. Nails looked decent, thicker than I wanted and not quite the shape but decent. I have been to many others over 15yrs. This is the first time that EVERYONE OF MY NAILS popped off like they were Lee press on nails. Like I did not soak or mess with or re polish. Nada. Just regular use. They ALL came off. Acrylic is NOT suppose to just pop off. ALL mine did except for my thumb nails and I just pulled them right off!! Acrylic does NOT PULL off!!!!. Research says she did not prep properly. I paid $60 damn dollars for something I could have glued on and them stay the same!!! read more

Aaron is my absolute favorite. All of the techs are awesome. I won't go to any other salon...seriously. Aaron really has the place looking great and he is one hard worker. He is also very Gentle. I went in to get pink and white ombre, which over the phone he said he could do. When i got there he looked confused and i should of walked out! I let him do it anyway and it looked HORRIBLE! Ive been going here for a while and cant believe he let me walk out w my nails like this and still charged me! I immediately went and got them done at Nails Blvd off Southside Blvd bc they know what theyre doing. Dont watch a tutorial and tell me you can do something you cant. I was rushed out the door bc it was 8pm by the time he was done and they close at 730. I asked for a refund and was denied by the "manager" DO NOT GO HERE. Make the drive to a different salon, it will be worth it I promise. read more

I came from out of town and went here to get my nails done because of how close it was to my hotel. The salons overall decor isn't the best but in my opinion, who cares. Upon arriving there was one other person in front of me however it was clear the salon was understaffed so the wait time was pretty long, probably about 25-30min. The color selection is great tho for gel manicures, which is what I got. Also, a $25 gel manicure is pretty unbeatable. The nail techs were nice. And the work was done pretty quickly considering there were about 4 people waiting behind me. I gave this salon 3 stars because I think the work done was actually pretty good. It was done very quickly so there are some minor flaws, but are only really noticeable to me. The color selection was good. And the staff seemed nice (although not too much talking was done). I would recommend this place, just not on a busy day. read more

Service is slow and they need more workers they do a crappy ass job and they are disrespectful and rude the guy literally told me he wasn't going to paint my nails yellow because he would have to keep going over it like if I'm paying you it doesn't matter just do it. And they try to rush and when they do your nails it looks crappy and doesn't last not worth the money or time read more

I use to get my nails done here all the time then I decided to take a break. Henry is my favorite nail tech. He does really good work.

I have been going to this salon for 10 years. I usually get acrylic overlay on my nails. Sometimes also I will get a pedicure as well. For being a small walk-in salon with 4 people they do well. I have never had any issues with my nails or feet in the 10 years I have patronized the salon. I don't use the waxing services. I have never waited more than 30 minutes, but it's worth the wait. I have never have had lifting or fungus or injury and get compliments on my nails and the holiday designs I sometimes get. I would recommend them and their prices are very reasonable. read more

I tried going three times to see if I was just going on a bad day. The entire staff was rude every time.. they would lie and say 15 minutes before they were available and I ended up waiting at least 45 minutes everytime. I tried getting my eyebrows waxed on top of a mani/pedi. The lady who did them burned my skin horribly. I went back to work the next day and everyone thought I got hit, because I had scabs around both of my eyebrows. I've gotten acrylics done here and they kept filing my nails even though I told them they were paper thin. I gave them 3 tries and was beyond unsatisfied every time. read more

Worst experience ever!! My if my nail was an inch past my nail bed that's an extra $5! If I get the nails shaped like almond, not stiletto, but almond that's an extra $5 and the manicurist rubbed my cuticle with the nail drill in retaliation of me not agreeing with the up charges.
