The woman didn't answer my question directly, just told me to sit down and that she'd be with me shortly. I didn't wait long before being seated, which was the only positive part of this entire visit. Her husband ended up doing my nails, and from the very beginning, his attitude was incredibly rude and dismissive. I showed him a picture of a design I wanted and asked if he could do it. He said no. I said that was fine and asked for something basic instead. He started my acrylics, and at first he was gentle, but that quickly changed. By the end, he was roughly grabbing and moving my hands without saying a word--no guidance, no communication, just gestures and force. It was uncomfortable and honestly shocking. When discussing shape, I clearly said "square" multiple times. Even after he showed me options, I repeated myself, and somehow he still acted like I was the one who misunderstood. The shape came out mediocre at best, but at that point I just wanted to leave. Then came the design. I originally wanted a textured "bubble" look, but since he said he couldn't do my original idea, I tried to compromise. I explained multiple times that I wanted raised, textured bubbles--not flat polka dots. He kept doing flat dots anyway. By the third time of correcting him, he just said "okay" and continued doing it his way. The end result? Blurry, uneven blobs that didn't resemble bubbles or polka dots--just a mess. When I asked him to fix it, he scoffed, shook his head, and acted annoyed. I told him I could come back in the morning if needed, but instead he just started removing parts of the design without properly communicating--and at one point, he actually laughed while I was visibly upset. That was honestly humiliating. By the end, he rushed me through curing, came up to me, asked "Are you done yet ", and told me to go pay. At the register, I explained that this was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had and asked for a discount. He literally scoffed, walked away mid-conversation, and acted like a child who didn't know what to do. His wife stepped in and apologized, but only offered $5 off a $60 set that was absolutely not worth that price. I offered to pay $50 as a compromise, which I felt was more than fair considering the service and result. She refused and argued with me, insisting I pay full price. I told her I would either pay $50 or have them removed and go elsewhere. Throughout this entire situation, I was nearly in tears trying to explain how uncomfortable and disrespected I felt. Instead of showing empathy, she dismissed me and said I didn't need to "talk about it" and that "I win this time." I asked what she meant by "this time," because I will never be returning. This place is unprofessional, disrespectful, and not worth your money. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.

A different person did them the last time I went (2nd & final visit) and not only did she cut several of my fingers and make me bleed, but she made the nails uneven lengths, shaped them inconsistently, and made some of the nails ridiculously thick. The polish was uneven and too thick as well, which made the nails have ridges. Some parts of the nails were also missed, so no polish at all. Very disappointing, especially considering they are not cheap.
