She then informed me they didn't have the color i asked for (opi bubble bath) so I had to settle for some strange off brand she claimed was identical to bubble bath. It looked awful by the third coat so I had her remove it- she used the drill again instead of allowing me to soak it off which would keep my nails from getting even thinner. She also cut me. With tools that may or may not have been truly sanitized. And also charged me 15 dollars for this when she originally said the manicure was $8. Do not go here.

Most recently, I came in at 1:30 with my daughter and was told they were busy but could take us at 3:00. We returned right at 3:00, but still weren't seated until 3:50. At that point, it didn't really feel like having an appointment made a difference. I'm giving 4 stars because the salon itself is nice and I've consistently been happy with the actual nail services. I just wish they had a better system for appointments and managing wait times. I often try to fit appointments into a lunch break or while one of my kids is at practice, so an unexpected 45-60 minute wait makes it difficult to keep coming back.
