Lina does an amazing job. Life gets really busy and when I go there I usually get a full work done (eyebrows, lip, and chin wax) spa pedicure and sometimes I will get nails done (only on special occasions) I highly recommend read more

Service was great and they got us in quickly. My only issue is that I went in for a fill-in ($25) and was charged $45. I'm not really sure what happened there because I didn't do anything extra. I went in for a fill-in after seeing the beautiful pictures posted on Facebook. Those must be nails done by their best nail tech because that's NOT the tech I got, unfortunately. I'm not happy with mine at all!! The thumbnails look horrible and aren't coffin shaped! They literally look like a child shaped and painted them. They're lumpy and look awful!! Would not recommend this place to anyone. very overpriced and overrated. made an appointment with someone specific and did not see him. the lady that did my pedicure rushed me and did not do what I asked her. then saw someone else for my manicure and she did was rushing also. if you want a good pedi and mani I would not go here. and to top it off, my bill was $120 which seems pricey since all I got was a basic mani and pedi with French.. read more

This has never happened to me and I've been a regular here. I left work early which is an hour away to come to this salon at 5:45pm they close at 7pm. She told me she couldn't take me in when I walked in. Extremely disappointed this should tell people by appointment early then. read more

Great customer service but the work itself is terrible. Pedi took over an hour and it was not a good job; they had to redo it. Even so, the final result still has a couple of air bubbles and unevenness. Also, only half of my baby toe nail is painted. Wouldn't recommend. read more

Only came in because someone paid for me but respectfully I can't believe almost 80$ + 10$ tip for such minimal effort. Basically all she did was use a sugar scrub on my feet and only scrubbed ONE LEG, hot towels, barely warm rock massage, and got them painted. She didn't scrape under my nails and I could still see dirt under my big toenails while she applied the base coat... no block scrub or callus remover on my heels or anything. I pay less at my regular salon to have so much more done, and in so much more detail. I feel ripped off. Won't waste money anywhere else again. read more

I called the salon to ask what their pricing was. I specifically said a fill in with regular polish- not gel polish. I was told it was $25 and $5 for cut down. Which I think is ridiculous but I was ok with it because I was informed up front. Went in- told them again that I wanted regular polish. I was given colors to pick out. Went to check out and it was $15 more than I was quoted. When I questioned it, I was told it was for gel polish. Very unprofessional and greedy. Unacceptable business practice. My nails don't even look good. Picture doesn't show lumps and defects well but it's there. They are lumpy and the polish looks spotty. Won't go back. Consumer beware. read more

Okay, this is def the best place to come get your nails done. I'm very picky about who does my nails and getting nail designs. But seriously! Katie did my nails and Free Handed the snowflakes! FREE HANDED! All the staff is super sweet and one gentleman helped me pick this beautiful red color for the holiday. I've never walked out of a salon so happy. I requested the same tech that does my nails every time. I arrive and do not see her. A young lady sat me at her desk and was told to basically remove my SNS myself. I'm then told she's a mgr and has no idea who the person is I requested. Less Han a week later, my $50 manicure had not only started chipping, the nails are completely coming off. This business has taken a negative turn since the new owners started working. Diva Nails used to be my favorite place to get my nails done in Fleming Island. On Saturday, I made an appointment for 3:00pm. I got there at 3:00 and was greeted as usual, then they told me to sit and wait. I waited until 3:30 and then left because it was taking too long and I did have plans at 4. No big deal, everyone gets side tracked once in a while. So I called today and make an appointment at 6:10pm. I arrive at 6:07, walk to the door where their hours clearly state 9:30am-7:00pm, and their door was locked, open sign was off, and no one was answering the phone. I am extremely frustrated with Diva Nails and will not be returning. read more

Absolutely love Diva Nails!! If u are tired of spending money on shotty work, you have to try Diva Nails. Today was my 4th or 5th time, and I have left satisfied and more than happy with their work. Every time I come in, I show them a pic of my idea and they have never failed to top the pic I show them. I will be back for as long as the business is here. Everyone that works here have always been more than welcoming, helpful and eager to do their very best and they def do!! I have recommended Diva since my first visit, and will continue to do so. Idk why, but im unable to upload pics of the wonderful job my tech did. (I'm so sorry, I didn't get his name, but he is great) i will find another place to post pics. I am not one to normally leave a bad review. However, my sister and I just left and this was her finished pedicure. Not only was the service extremely rushed, you can see how messy of a job it was. I have been coming here for some time and have never had this bad of a job done. We would rather have been told that they were too busy to take us and be turned away, then pay for what we did get. read more

I cant believe these reviews. I have been going to Diva nails for a long time. I am extremely satisfied with my nails. The staff is very friendly. They give me whatever design I ask for. I also get relaxing pedi's. My powder dip nails last me over a month and my toes with gel last even longer. Lena is the best! read more

Absolutely love this nail salon! I have been going for over a year now and I will always recommend this location for a gel manicure! Nu is so great! Nu does my nails and never disappoints when I ask or something new or specific. She's always willing to learn new styles and always knows the perfect colors and glitter to use! My daughter thought she'd surprise me with manicure pedicure for my birthday week. I was so surprised. She told me that they were high rated in not only customer service but in quality of work. Nice place etc. She made an appointment 1 week prior. Once we were there and checked in the gentleman walked up my daughter let him know she made an appointment for 3pm we were 5 min early. He asked us to have a seat. 8 min after 3pm he called me over and asked me to sit in the pedicure chair With the blue plastic on it. As I sat there was some type of grease on the arms of the chair so I didn't use them figured I'd wait until the professional came over to start on me but no one ever came there was a regular who came in and he told her it would be a 30 min wait. He walked over to the lady and said someone will be with you in a min now she just wanted a polish change and a pedicure and she did not have an appointment. Now I'm sitting there over 20 min with an appointment and someone who doesn't have an appointment walks in and gets seen before me. I mean they didnt even start the water for me. I was just sitting there looking stupid. I just got up and walked out. Do you know they didnt even try to stop me/us. I thought appointments were priority. I thought they were high rated in customer service and do great quality of work. I did not witness any of this today. My my KIND or my MONEY wasn't to there liking Idk but what I do know is that I WON'T BE BACK PERIOD. Would I recommend this establishment? NO Would I come back to this establishment? NO I hope this review is helpful and I hope your having a great day. So far I am not. read more

If you just want a manicure or polish change this may be the place for you IF you can get past the ridiculous wait times and unprofessional staff. They try and bully people who leave negative reviews. When I first moved to the area I tried them a few times because it's close to my job but the service is just BASIC. They cant do long nails, outdated polish and "nail art" no encapsulated nails. No jelly nails...ombre is a joke! They MAY have 1 tech that can do designs but the rest....BASIC AF. read more

Same as a few other reviews. I selected the Deluxe mani and pedi. The tech was in a hurry. She barley touched the cuticles on my fingers or toes. During the pedi She wasn't going to do the clay mask and hot towel part of the pedi until I asked about it. Of course the massage portion didn't happen either. 15 min after sitting in the chair, she was putting on my polish... for the deluxe - most expensive pedi they offer. However, the person sitting next to me seemed to get a wonderful deluxe pedi treatment. On the bright side, Everyone in the salon was nice. read more

They did a good job quality wise was good and the staff is great but I wasn't impressed at all. Felt rushed , didn't quite feel as luxurious as I hoped. Just short and sweet. I want my feet and legs rubbed a good while and my feet cleaned up without feeling rushed. It just happened all in under 30 minutes. The whole thing ! I'm not sure if on a Friday they are so understaffed or what. If I wasn't leaving for VA on a plane at 6:00 am I would walk out after they were done with my grand daughter. Sadly I'm stuck.
