I tried multiple ones here and found Anna and Ooh La La Nails last year and have been very happy. I love OPI polishes and don't want any other brand. I do hope they will continue to order the new colors as they become available. It is very important to me. I get the SNS dip and the Ooh La La pedicure at each visit. I'd just gotten a manicure about 9 days before when my overlay began to pull up from my nails. I was concerned about moisture getting under my nails and how I could lose a nail, mine are natural and not tips, so I needed a fix immediately. BB was amazing! She saw how concerned I was and squeezed me in. Once my overlay was removed, I was shocked to see a green bacteria growth underneath my overlay!! I had never in life seen anything like this! BB calmed me down and reassured me this could be healed. I went from damaged nail beds and green nastiness to what you see in the pictures. BB even set me up to return so that she can keep up maintenance until I'm completely healed. I've always been one to do my research but even the best research won't always reveal an unskilled technician. I found out the hard way to trust my gut because not everyone posing as a professional truly is. Thank goodness I visited BB! She's about more than pretty nails but nail health and repair. The salon is beautiful, relaxing, and full service. The customer service is amazing and you can get everything from your nails, feet, and eyelashes to micro blading and waxing done. My have were place in a ziplock bag full of drying agent, hazardous acetone. Nothing shorting the skin in my hands. The active was knuckle deep. Then she placed my hands in a bowl with hot towels. I called her out on it and she stated the standard method she's not work. I told her it she's work that's they only eat I've been getting them done. I came in around 10:30 11:00 am and was told to sign in and leave my phone number. She would call me when she was done with the client she was working with. I ended up calling 2 hours later to speak with someone who wasn't even on location. She then tells me to go ahead and go in. I even had to ask her for lotion for my hands bring they had soaked in ACETONE and where very dry. She did put oil around my cuticle but nothing for the ACETONE ON MY SKIN. I will find another nail salon that will be more gentle with my skin and I've that follows basic operating procedures per State licensure requirements. Yes I'm placing a call.

Great for those who like gel mani and regular polish pedi to match. There are 6 comfy pedi massaging stations and 5 nail stations. There were 4 techs working on a Thursday. My $35 pedi was awesome! My leg and feet were massaged for over 10 minutes during and after the exfoliating treatment. Hot stones were complimentary due to the long wait when we arrived. It felt amazing. My husband was thoroughly relaxed during his pedi. We enjoyed talking with Cathy the whole time. Both our nail techs were great doing our pedis. My gel mani was done quickly. My only gripe is that my cuticles were not cleanly trimmed. Very ragged. My daughter's were the same. Both done by same nail tech. About the Owner: Owner's name is Cathy. She took over the business about 9 months ago and has been working hard against the poor management from previous owners. She has another nail salon (Nail Spa) down the street that she has owned for 16 years. Her clients tend to follow her and best nail techs to this location. Cathy was very attentive and accommodating during our entire time there. She is extremely accommodating to her older clients. One came in with an arm in a sling and Cathy offered to message her shoulder area. The client looked so pleased while Cathy was carefully messaging the slinged arm. An older couple came in for pedi's and Cathy was hugging them and kept up with their conversation. The couple were lovingly pampered. It was touching to see this at a nail salon. Cathy takes her business seriously and hopes to continue growing this location. Advice to future Visitors: Let Cathy know before you leave if you are dissatisfied with your service. Or call afterwards. She wants to address any issues or dissatisfaction immediately and make any necessary changes, if possible. Call ahead for wait time in case she is down nail techs. Final Thoughts: I will visit again next time I am in Jax but will make sure to instruct the tech to do a better job with the gel mani. My pedi was amazing and I doubt I will find anything to compare to it back home.

Throughout my time here I have ALWAYS had the most phenomenal service possible. I have gotten sooo many nail sets, I have lost track. There have also been lots of pedicures and eyebrow waxes. No matter what, they have always gone beyond the bar. The business is family owned and ran, which I absolutely love. Almost everyone on their staff has given me a service of some sort. 10/10 recommend I'll drop a few pics below. The color pink and I are in love. They have been doing my nails pink for YEARS now.
