I have been to this nail salon a few times in the past. It's pretty spacious and has a lot of nail techs which makes the wait time very minimal. The set up is like most other nai I'm pretty basic. I like a nice manicure and pedi. I don't have much experience with acrylics. The tech that did my name was Tammy. She was quick and for my nails and toes down in about 30 minutes I say. My only fault was that the nails weren't painted entirely on the sides of my finger nails. I notice this every time I get them done here. Overall, I like the experience here. If there is any review to listen too... THIS IS IT!!! First off it took awhile for someone to take me and some of the people waiting longer then me had left due to the long wait time. I finally get seated and she proceeded to cut my toe nails and not clean them up properly. I asked them to be short and straight and they are clearly not straight, cleaned up properly and she missed a few spots (you can also see my previous blue color nails polish I had on- which they charged me extra to remove) This is considered "2 coats" and after the 1st coats, I was hesitant as it didn't look like she filled my entire toes with color then told me "if you change the color after I color all of them, I will charge you" then kept repeating herself 2 more times. She didn't do the bottom of my feet well and as you can see there is still some callus on my heels. I then had to wait 10 more mins to get my nails done in between my nail appointment which then another lady had take me. I asked for almond shape and to have French tips with the same color as my toes. She had a hard time shaping them to an almond shape, had applied the gel power and made me put them in front of her desk heater (which I never had to do before) which burned my finger so bad I had to move my hand away and waited for the pain to pass for her to touch them again. She didn't shape them well and my right hand pointer finger did not come out straight. She did not file them down correctly as the feeling on the top of my fingers is not smooth, very bumpy and too bulky. At the end I noticed she didn't give me symmetrical French tips as some fingers have their French tips longer than the other and is not straight. There was also glitter left on my hands/skin and on my nail bed. Overall such a bad experience. Atmosphere was not welcoming. And overall care for my nails felt uncomfortable. I left feeling worse about my nails than when I first got there, as soon as I got into my car, I was regretting with tears in my eyes, ever going to this butcher house. I will defiently not be going back there. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT SUCH A HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT. You'll thank me later I promise you! read more

I'm so upset that I don't remember my techs name but I went in for pink/white. Then I was like, never mind because I actually don't like how pink or ombré look. Different techs specialize in different areas and I'm happy that they didn't switch me because he seemed upset that I changed my mind. The staff are all friendly and accommodating! I took my 5 year old daughter today to get her nails polished for the first day of kindergarten. We were seated quickly and the technician was friendly. I was sitting at the station next to her while she had her nails painted. During that time, I was told to move because the seat was needed, however at least 10 other seats were available and the salon was not busy. I specifically took her to a salon with the expectation that the polish would last longer than if if I painted them at home. Within 2 hrs of leaving the salon (during which we shopped and ate lunch), the polish peeled completely off one nail. We went back by and they were willing to repolish that one nail, assuring us that it wouldn't happen anymore. By this evening, 7 nails have done the exact same thing. She isn't picking at them, the polish is peeling off on its own in one solid piece. We got glitter polish because in my experience it lasts longer and sticks better. I'm sad to say that my daughter's first experience at a nail salon was extremely disappointing and I would have been better off spending the money on buying a new polish for her to keep at home. read more

I am not familiar to the location however this was the closest shopping center and a couple of girls in the parking lot recommended this place to me. The space is huge and very clean. I requested a pedicure, which was 25.00, and was sent to a gentleman to do work on my feet. The gentlemen who worked on me did not cut my toenails or file them. He barley cleaned them. He gave me a quick two second weak massage with soap and not lotion and sent me on my way. I was probably there for 15-20 minutes. It felt like he rushed through everything. The next day the nail polish had already chipped. I didn't have time to complain because I had to go but I would not recommend this place. There is another one next door.
