When I told the woman who put them on she needed to remove the excess powder residue so I could leave, she said she needed to finish with her current customer first. Man I LOVE this place. Drove in from Tallahassee and was waiting for others to catch up. I drive around and bump into this place. Nice welcoming and professional salon. I entered and a gentlemen kindly asked what service was I having, put my name on a list, and had me seated. Within maybe 5 minutes I seated in a massage chair to await my pedicure. Looking around there were very few TV's (most shops have flat screens all around). But what was nice about this place, there were mini chairs for children! And there so happen to be two little girls getting pedicures in these teddy like massage chairs. They were seated and given portable DVD players that were playing Dora the Explorer. If I had any kids I would take them here. After my long drive this place was golden. I was offered a drink (not just water like everyone else is doing). I decided on Raspberry Snapple with Green & Black Tea while my feet soaked in some blue-green mineral. I got a nice foot scrub followed by a massage of my legs and feet with lotion and a hot towel. By the time I was done I felt like I was walking on clouds. What was different was all the tools that were used on my feet were brand new! Pedicure cost $30 total (not sure if there was an extra cost for the designs on my nails). I really didn't care because my technician recieved a tip. The only reason I can't give them 5 stars (not many options in nail color). But LOVED that they carried OPI Lacquer. read more

Best pedi and mani ever. Excellent customer service. Complimentary beverages and snacks. The salon is clean and decorated nicely. They use sterilized equipment right out the package. They use new Emory boards and buffers on you which you take home with you. The basin on the spa bath has a plastic liner that is changed after each customer. I appreciate all the steps they go through to make my visit safe and clean. My mani / pedi $35 was relaxing with the massage and hot towels. My toes and nails were done to my standards . I'm not pleased with the service here. First off we waited 60+ minutes for a pedicure because there were only 3 staff members working on a Saturday in the middle of the day. I came with my girlfriend and they sat me down first, ran my water and then didn't start working on my feet for 60 minutes so my water turned cold. Then after 60 minutes they sat my girlfriend down two seats over from me so we couldn't talk. Then they ran her water & overflowed the foot bowl so water ran all over the floor. I'm giving it 2 stars because the manicure and pedicure looks nice overall & that matters more. However, I will not be returning. read more

I started coming to this nail salon right after I moved to Jax (which was about three years ago). I refuse to go anywhere else. They are absolutely amazing in every way. I come in and am greeted right away and asked how they can help me. I have never waited longer than five minutes here. As I said before I refuse to go anywhere else so a few of the ladies I know very well, so when I walk in they all have a smile on their face and ask me how I have been, if I work that day, etc. Now down to business, I usually get my nails, eyebrows, and toes done here. They never fail me. Such a clean and sterile environment, friendly conversation, and an all around relaxing atmosphere. They offer drinks and grapes, and bring out tools that are vacuum sealed just like at the dentist. Unlike other salons they take their time making sure not to rush, putting the polish on perfectly and really just making the experience so relaxing for the customer. I have never had a bad experience at this place. They have me for life and I recommend everyone I can to them. After days and even two weeks later my nails and toes look amazing. I would give them ten stars if I could. Also, their nail polish selection has any color you could possibly think of. read more

The technician was very good, and the salon and tools were all very clean. I really liked the hand scrub they suggested I use after they filed my nails. This has been a hell of an experience. I spoke to "Lucy" on the phone, got an appointment and told her I wanted a full set with gel polish. She gave me a price and hung up. When I get there I was immediately seated, so I had high hopes. My nails were bare- no polish, no acrylic. She starts by shaving them thinner for zero reason. I asked her why and she had no answer, just stopped. The acrylic went on fine and then she starts shaping them. I asked for almond shape and got pointy! When I mentioned one was uneven she insisted she'd fix it. They are all different sizes and shapes. She did two coats of gel polish with no base coat and had them under the light for uneven amounts of time. When cleaning them up she filed so hard she ripped my thumb open. She pulled me forward over twenty times to get closer to her while she sat back and relaxed.. it was the most awful unpleasant salexperience I've ever had. read more

I had to ask her to fix my nail two or three times, and instead of acknowledging that there was a problem and fixing it, she was trying to find excuse for me to accept the issue. I initially paid $75 for this and to get crappy work and have to come back 2X for repair and get an attitude when I do, and wanting to charge me more for the repairs. Dirty salon, we were seated in spa chairs that had not been cleaned since the last pedicures after they finally cleaned them/replaced liner, still took over an hour to get pedicures. They weren't busy, but several people came in after us and were already gone, all while our feet were turning to raisins. After asking the nail tech how much longer it would be, she lost her mind and started yelling about how it's the customers job to tell them that we've been waiting so long, because she said she didn't know... she was the one who sat us in the dirty spa chairs to begin with ‍ Our questions about her timeline really set her off because she ended up throwing the hot towel at us instead of laying it on our legs Oh and when I pointed out that she painted my cuticle, she said that was my fault for not laying my foot flat when she painted it. Anyone who's ever had a pedicure knows the tech grabs your foot and places it where she wants it so how's that my fault? Pedicure was fine, they never asked what kind we wanted. Afterwards, they sat us at the dryer and we waited for over 30 mins. There was one girl getting her nails done, one getting a pedicure, 3 of the workers were just standing around and kept walking past us. We got tired of waiting, paid for the pedicures and left! We spent 2 hrs there just for a pedicure! When we left my friends polish was messed up. This place is disgusting. No clean implements, no clean files, no clean buffers. The nail tech actually took a brush from an open container of oil to brush on me and put back in the open container of oil. Hello fungus! Hello dust! Hello dead bugs! The polish job was terrible, and 4 days later it's a mess. I normally get 10 days out of a standard manicure. You can even see where the coats of polish don't match up and the topcoat doesn't cover the whole nail-just terrible. At checkout I watched a woman use a nail dust brush (like a big kabuki brush) to dust her polish shelves and minutes later she used it on a client. Polish choices are mostly half empty, thinned with acetone and look about 3 years old-no Wonder the polish chips. Stay away. read more

Never will I trust this place again! My nails looked great until I went to clean them and found out that the overlay build up was all under my nails instead of building it up on top of the nail. So when I bumped my nails they broke. Also I discovered that she had build them up underneath. When I tried to clean food out from under them I couldn't because I literally had build up most of the way back under the all nails. I went in today to ask them to fix them after all it cost me $40.00 plus a $10.00 top. The man was rude and when I asked why he would only fix the one he said I should have said something when I got them done 3 days before. Sadly we all know many of times they look okay until you really see what a lousy job they did after you get home and in better lighting. He proceeded to try and trim up the under mess she made and dug so deep he dug out my natural nails and left my fingers raw.
