Me and my wife went to get a manicure and pedicure last weekend. They forgot about my manicure and still charged us for it. My wife got possibly the worst acrylic set in her life. It was sloppy, poorly shaped, they refused to give her the length she wanted, and there is a huge gap between the paint and cuticles, as well as it had only been a few days till they started chipping. The person that did her nails was rude and it took well over an hour to even get her nail color samples, let alone start working with her. Super pushy. I asked for a simple manicure and ended up getting a manicure and pedicure for $63. They gave me a quick manicure while I was in the pedicure chair. My back hurts from having to hold my arms up and to the one side the whole time. They tricked me. Not a good first experience for a nail salon. Since it was my first time in years getting a manicure, I didn't realize how bad of an experience it really was. I'm so tired of coming into these establishments with pushy SALESPERSON(S) versus nail technicians. Why ask me what pedicure service and treatment I want to only nearly demand I chose another. DO NOT GO HERE! I have been going here for the past 4-5 months since I moved back and only used one nail tech in this shop. The one time I decide to allow someone else to do my nails was TRAGIC due to my tech being on vacation. And the person who did them was the OWNER!! It began with me getting a pedicure in scolding hot water however the tech who did them was very nice and accommodating. When I moved to the chair to get my nails done I thought because the owner was doing them that I was in good hands. I. WAS. WRONG. As she began to do my nails I noticed that the shape was not the same as my original so I reminded her that my nails were in a coffin shape. She said 'okay' and proceeded to file my nails. She then got on the phone and was not paying full attention to the shape of my nails. Mind you I was getting SNS and my natural nails are really long so once you shape them there's no going back. She did the first hand and they looked just okay. After doing the second hand I noticed that the shape of my nails were not even on both sides!!! I mentioned it to her and she said 'well you asked for the coffin shape and that's what I gave you'. I have been getting my nails done for YEARS and no matter how you file the nail each side should be even. I told her I did not like them and she said 'well what would you like for me to do' I advised her to finish but because I was not happy I was NOT paying full price. For the past 5 times I have gone here I have paid $35 for the length and shape of my nails with SNS. When she finished she told me it was still $35. I did not want to be the person to walk out and not pay anything at all but paying full price which I have done in the past and been satisfied compared to now was unacceptable. She kept saying 'I did not mess up you asked for coffin and that's what I gave you'. She only took the price down to $30 and then said nothing else as she let her techs handle the situation. She tried to say that next time you come you'll only have to pay $35 but I HAVE ALWAYS PAID $35. The owner then began to ignore me and my mothers complaints and then they started speaking in their language. Needless to say I will be hiring my nail tech for personal services and this company will no longer receive any of my money. As a business owner you try to accommodate your customers as best you can to continue receiving business. The OWNER sat there and ignored me and kept saying 'I didn't mess up' as if to say it's my fault that I didn't like the shape she gave me. She even cut me because the buffer was too sharp. read more

This nail salon is the worse I've ever been to. Extremely dirty, rude and gave me a fungus to top it off. I went there because it was near the airport and figured I'd give this place a try. I waited for about 15 minutes and when I met the nail tech she was rude from the get go. As soon as we sat I had to ask her three times to place a paper towel on the filthy station. I know she heard me but was ignoring me ... to save 5 cents??? While working in my nails she was talking to the other nail techs and wasn't even looking at my nails as she was doing my fill. She was cutting my cuticles with her nail file ..which she used very forcefully. The nails lifted very soon and fungus started forming soon thereafter. Do Not Go There!!!! I came in to get a pedicure today & was extremely disappointed. First of all, the water was too hot (which I like my showers "scalding" according to my husband) and I told the technician. When she went to put on the parffin wax it was wayyy to hot! I told her & she continued to rub it onto my feet (maybe she didn't understand me??). About 10 minutes after I pointed out hot red my foot still was from the wax, so I spoke to the manager & he just said "don't worry, I'll put a lotion on it". I ventured here for the first time today to try the SNS nails advertised. I also had a pedicure too. I enjoyed the pedicure chair. It gives a great massage! Probably the best I've ever had given from a chair. The pedicure was standard, the person going the pedicure seemed inexperienced. I chalked it up to that he was probably new. The pedicure came out as expected, however his massaging technique lacked luster. I moved onto getting my nails done. The tech didn't speak recognizable English. (I say that with the deepest respect.) He attempted to communicate with me several times, however I could only make out a small portion of what he was trying to convey to me. He seemed like he knew what he was doing, so we proceeded. I'll have to say that I am very pleased with the turn out and will be back to get my nails done, but may hold off on the pedicure. They seem to lack continuity in some areas, but use a clean/sterile approach, which one of the reasons I will be back also. read more

Absolutely terrible! I came in and was told to pick a chair. I sat and waited for about 45 minutes. I understand they were busy. So the nail tech finally comes over. He turns the water on and it was ridiculously hot. He asked "is it too hot" and i said "yes". Then he walked away. Ok, I'll deal with it. I ordered the OPI deluxe, which is $50. He starts. I have a cut on my leg and I told him it hurt when he touched it so he didn't need to do that area, and he continued to do it. So The massage portion was super uncomfortable and actually painful. Then we get to the end and he puts hot towels on my legs and walked away and started someone else. Didn't finish my toes - no polish at all. Said someone else would finish them. After 30 minutes I still was sitting there with now cold towels wrapped on my legs. At this point it's been about 3 hours. I had to go to my husbands birthday lunch so I had to leave without having any polish put on. I was extremely disappointed and i wasn't given any sort of discount. When I brought it up he said I got the pedi. But I really needed the polish. Now I have to pay to get that done from someone else. I got my nails done here religiously for a year. And it just got dirtier and dirtier. I'm not sure when the last time anyone cleaned anything there. The dust is so thick(and ya KNOW what that is, in the nail place! ), the arm rests are covered in polish and drips of who knows what. The SNS samples to pick from are all distorted because they have you pick your color while your nails are soaking so people drip that ALLLL over the samples. The ONLY reason I kept going back for so long and gave 2 stars is because Hao is the best nail technician there. He is fabulous. Doesn't overlook anything. If he swapped salaons, I'd follow. Otherwise until they do a deep clean and keep up with daily cleanliness, I won't be back. read more

Nice salon. Poor quality of work. I got Tony who seemed like a nice enough kid. However, he isn't a good nail tech. My nails were dirty from a mud race I had done the day before. The polish was chipped. However they were still shaped and none had broken. The lady kept suggesting a no chip so I went along. I asked him not to cut them. Without asking about a shape he started filing. I kept trying to look to see from he was shaping the right. Dear God. It was like a bad fade haircut from the 90's. Like slopes. He filed them down so low I just told him to cut them at that point. Then he filed them again. I had to specifically show him the slants to file down. Then I told him just to give me a regular manicure. I was disappointed the entire time. Then he starts to try to polish them with dirt under the nails. Seriously?! I got up to wash and scrub them. Finally he starts polishing and I guess he figured I'd take whatever color he decided to give me. I had to tell him to wait for me to pick a color. Lastly, he had some kind of sore on his arm. It could be psoriasis or it could be ringworm. I have no idea. He should have it covered or not be working until it's resolved. Very disappointed. read more

The quality of their work was good. However, feeling uncomfortable for a hour was not worth it. I was rushed to get my nails started without giving any samples of colors. When asked what color I wanted, I told them I hadn't been able to look yet and that seemed to really inconvenience them. The owner (maybe) would stop my nails to look at her security cameras of her employees in the shop. She started an unnecessary confrontation with one her employees in front of me. Then stopped doing my nails and continued this confrontation. She and another technician next to her made fun of a customer in front of me and another client. Horrible place! Most people are very rude and not skilled. I had a manicure-pedicure done on Wednesday. The technician injured two fingers and scraped the my leg right on the ankle bone. My finger nails chipped first thing the morning after. I had to remove the nail polish completely and my nails and cuticles are destroyed from just a manicure. I took my daughter here for her 10th birthday to get a manicure and I was getting mine done as well. Mine were okay, the worst part is that the nail techs make no effort to interact with guests and only speak among themselves the entire visit. It was super awkward. Unfortunately my daughters experience was terrible. A man who was on his cell phone did her nails, literally just sat down and painted them. No filing, trimming, cuticle care or anything. We could have done that at home. Again, sometimes it is about customer experience alone. The nail tech would get on his phone while in the middle of painting her nails, which even as a 10 year old she realized was rude. This place is super nice and so are the people. I get the SNS nails of which they have a huge supply of various different colors. The SNS is for signature nail system, it a new gel polish layering system which is fortified with vitamins and calcium so it's actually really good for your own nails. I only went to Tina for my nails but for whatever reason she felt like talking to her friends was more important than assisting a loyal customer. I go, wait there another 15 mins to be serviced, to only be told bt the pedicure tech to go back to Tina's chair because another person had just walked in to get a pedicure. As if I wasn't sitting there already waiting. So...now I'm back sitting in Tina's chair waiting. I waited 30 mins while she stood outside TALKING. Finally when I asked how much was the soak off fee for SNS and begin to gather my belongings, only then did the others try to assist me. At this point I'd had enough and left my money on Tina's station and proceeded towards the door. As I'm walking out she looks shocked. I let her know I'm done with them and I will never be returning again. Loyal customers deserve better service and what she showed me today was that I'm not valued nor is my time.
