I think he was happy to have the house to himself and no one to bother him or ask him to do anything but he usually comes to get a pedicure too. In all the time I've been a patron of this salon, 95% of the time, I get the same 3 people for us. The other 5% that I haven't been with them is because I needed an appointment on their day off. I always have a great experience. It's a great atmosphere. Generally quiet and relaxing. The massage chairs are older but still in working condition. Today, one of our favorite people was out but since it was just my daughter and I, that was fine. When we got there, they were with clients so we went next door to Publix and came back about 20-30 minutes later. I always get the Nail Time deluxe pedicure and gel polish. My kids usually get the same pedicure and my son gets clear on his nails. Today, she got the reflexology pedicure and regular polish because she likes to switch up her polish with her mood. I've only had a so so experience once and I made sure to never sit with that nail tech again. I don't remember her name nor do I know if she's still working there. This was a couple years ago. For us, we always give nail time 10/10.

I have been impressed by their service and professionalism each time. They offer packages combining manicures and pedicures so that it is less than purchasing separately. And offer pedicures for as little as $33 on up. Today I'm trying their reflexology pedicure. Their thoughtfulness by providing a straw with the complimentary drinks is just one example of how they try to make amazing customer experiences. Another example is how they offer semi private pedicure rooms so that groups can have pedicures together more privately and even offer a semi-private with only two people pedicure area. They have a large salon, and quite a few people on staff so appointments aren't required... However, due to popularity and quality they certainly are recommended even if you call 30 minutes ahead so that they can plan for you to be there with less of a wait time. Today, on a Saturday, I called at 11:30 and they were able to accommodate a 12:45 manicure and pedicure appointment. One thing that I found to be different about this nail salon is that almost 50% of the clientele when I've been in there has been men. I haven't been able to get my husband to join me yet, but time will tell.

I had my tips removed and asked for gel on MY nails. She agreed to a simple design and then kept telling my it wasn't feasible on my length. When I told her fine just do a French manicure she gave me an attitude and told me I should just get a fill. She over grinded and then attempted to fill my nails with layers and layers of polish (which were much longer before she hacked them down shorter with a file). I left there in tears. She charged me $67!!!!! For gel on MY nails. I will not return. This is abusive to say the least.
