I hadn't had a haircut in a couple of years after going through something that caused me to lose my…read morehair. It had finally grown back thick, healthy, and curly, and I was looking forward to getting something easier to manage but still cute and stylish. This was my first appointment with Dev and at that establishment. I brought in a picture, showed her exactly what I wanted, and told her I was nervous. She looked at the picture and said she could do it. That was not true. What I left with looks nothing like what I asked for. It is poorly done, uneven, and completely unflattering. At this point, shaving my head feels like a better option than trying to work with what she did. I will be wearing a ball cap and wigs for the next few weeks just to feel presentable, because right now my hair looks terrible. This experience was incredibly disappointing, especially after I made it clear how much this meant to me.

I've been a client of Tony's for a few months. The haircuts for me were decent, though my other…read moresons were unhappy and stopped going. What ultimately ended it for me wasn't the haircut -- it was the customer service and the double standard. On multiple occasions, Tony ran 20-25 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. I'm a reasonable person and understand delays happen, but this became a pattern. The last time, I had to leave because waiting any longer would have made me late for my next commitment. That's on their end -- not mine. Despite that, I still booked again. One time I had to cancel on short notice because I was on-call and got called in. Another cancellation was done within the required notice window. The next time I booked appointments for myself and my younger son, my appointments were canceled -- twice. When I called, I was told that because I had canceled previously, I should "find another barber." So let me get this straight: They can repeatedly make customers wait well past their appointment time, but if you inconvenience them once -- even within policy -- you're immediately cut off. That's not professionalism. That's a one-sided relationship where the barber's time matters and the customer's does not. I have no interest in doing business with a place that operates this way, and others should be aware before booking.

Mainly, because my barber was accommodating, gave me the cut I asked for, and took her time to do it right. Shout out to Marie for giving me some good lines in my hair, fantastic hard-part, great head massage with hair wash, and even greater conversation. The staff seemed to really care about the work they were doing and the place was busy throughout my time there. Highly recommend his location. Overall, I plan to return next time I'm visiting the area. Sports clips had always been my go to hair cutting place but it does make it nice when you have rock star staff.

Super nice guy but unfortunately the fade was not blended and he cut off quite a bit more off the top and it was choppy and uneven. Red flag was when he used clippers instead of scissors to take off length from the top - definitely had to wear a hat the last couple of days to wait for this to grow out. The shop itself was nice but the skill was just not at the level I'm used to, and I'm pretty picky when it comes to my fades. Needless to say, Ive already scheduled an appointment to see my barber back home for Saturday to have him attempt to remedy this botched cut.
