The one who cut her did not apologize but said she cut her because she was asleep. That was not true. The lady who cut my friend's toes started talking loudly in Russian, like she was mad, but she was not the one who was cut, so we were not understanding her yelling. They only gave her a 10% discount, which was not enough for all the pain, burning, and discomfort my friend was forced to suffer. And a discount had to be asked for. Yet, some lady who did not like her nail color was offered the world!!! smh We were told it is expected to get cut. Really? 4 times? No one explained the possiblity of being injured!! That's not okay at all. We gave them good business, and the treatment received after my friend sustained several cuts was well below subpar!! smh Then I reached out to the owner and shared the photos with him. I received complete silence! Not a good look as a business owner. I'm very angry and disappointed that my friend was mishandled after being cut so many times by these professionals...... So, this is an update: The owner, Aibek called me after seeing the reviews I posted. He never asked how my friend was doing even after I told him that she still experienced bleeding on her cuts a couple of days after receiving services here. He asked what he could do, and then offered 2 free manicures. I didn't know, but he only offered something because he is trying to save his reputation, not because he cares about the clients. This was so selfish to ask me to remove my reviews because it all happened and people need to know, which is the purpose of leaving a review. Aibek is only about saving his reputation, not treating every customer like they matter. Real messed up! This happened 7 days ago, so he was not concerned.

I decided to give it a shot. First of all, make an appointment. Even though this was the weekend before Christmas, make an appointment! People who didn't have one were told to come back in about 2 hours. I made one and I still had to wait a little bit but it was worth it in the end. Ty Ty was great. She soaked off the the dip powder and the tips and after a short consultation I decided to not get the tips again and just put the dip powder directly on my nails which had already grown out some. Not only did it take forever but the tech did a sloppy job. She was trying to upsell me every step of the way. She had me get "hybrid gel" fill but did not fully know how to put it on. It was lumpy and too thick after I told her I want it to look natural and thin. I also had to have her fix the shape multiple times and even still both hands weren't even. The icing on the cake was the price. After all of that it cost $80 for just a gel fill. This was a one and done for me. Lesson learned..Never again!!

By the end of the week I had to remove polish off of 4 nails as they had all cracked and looked horrible. Very frustrating! I have sensitive feet and sometimes the callus portion is uncomfortable. Their prices are a little on the pricey side or maybe average as you don't get a discount for mani pedi combo, and the don't give you a discount if you don't get nail polish which I think they should do. We only get regular manicure and pedicures, but I know they do gel and powder dips as well and I saw them doing some sort of nail tips with the technique.
