She took care of my pedicure and manicure and the amount of consideration, attention to detail, and professional was outstanding. I've never felt so comfortable at a nail salon. Stopped by without an appointment. They were very friendly courteous. The salon was very clean. The nail tech that took care of me was named Phuong. Truly, best pedicure I believe I've ever had. We called and made an appointment for 2 pedicures on a Saturday. We wanted to try this "new place!" Come to find out they have been opened for 3 years! We both got gel polish which was new for us. One of us got the luxury pedicure ($65) and the other got the basic($45). We both really liked this place even though it's a little higher priced than we normally pay. They had 4 TV's all with different shows on and the ladies didn't chat much with us even though they were nice. They let us relax, talk to each other, look at our phones and they worked hard - they both paid attention to detail as well. If you go, we recommend Annie and/or Taylor - they both did a great job! Giving it 4 out of 5 stars because 1) for the price I paid, I would've liked a bit more of a feet/legs massage and higher price. read more

I've been coming here consistently since the new year and love this place. I like the vibe very clean , moderately priced, and attentive. They put covers on the pedicure tubs and offer sns, foil, hologram, 3D nail services. You can book online through the website and they have pictures of customers nails and nail art different techs are skilled at. Found out about the place through Instagram,the handle is nailcareusa. One day I'm going to try the 3D nail art! As for longevity I can wear my nails 3 weeks out if I choose and I've never had a nail pop off. If you give them a try you won't be disappointed. read more

AMAZING! Went here on a whim because my nails were BUSTED and I needed a fresh gel manicure, and they accommodated me right away. The vibes are immaculate, and the place is very nice and clean. I had Charie (I probably spelled that wrong lol) and she was super sweet! Made conversation with me and made sure I was happy with my color and such along the way! After check out, I noticed one of my nails felt just a tad bit sticky still, so I sheepishly went back in and asked if I could get one more coat of top coat on that nail and she accommodated! I had a appointment at 11:30. With Michelle. I arrive at my appointment for a fill. I was missing 2 nails no biggie. It took her 3.5 hours to complete a simple fill on what she even said were short nails. The design is just 2 simple lines and it took forever. Very disappointing with how long it took and not worth the 65 dollars it cost me for this. Staff was very very friendly. However, they had very terrible time management. read more

This is without a doubt the best nail salon I've ever patronized. It's always VERY clean & the prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly, thorough, & super talented. My first visit was about 30 minutes before closing. I needed a new set & she (her name is Phoung I believe) still serviced me, didn't rush & was very particular about her work. My next visit was by appointment with Ree. She was ready for me when I arrived, patient with my indecisiveness, & my nails came out beautifully. I have visited this nail spa on 3 different occasions for manis and pedis. I was first attracted by the word "Organic" in the nail salon's name, and when I learned that they offered a line of polish that had less chemicals, I decided to try them out. After 3 visits, my conclusion is that they really are just okay at best, lacking in some areas and with nothing special or spectacular about the experience when visiting or the quality of work. They don't complete low quality services, but their work also is not stellar and lacks much compared to so many other nail salons I have used. Their work doesn't last as long as I would expect, and they lack attention to detail with cuticles, they neglect taking care to clean up corners on toes, etc. and they have a low bar for sending customers out with super soft feet (this is what I usually get and expect). So, when you get out of there, your hands and feet look nice upon leaving, but within a week, my pedicure looks like I already am due for another one. The gel on the mani also chips after only 1 week. Also, there is lack of some professionalism. I want to relax and have some quiet time when getting services that I pay for. The nail techs here stop to take phone calls, send and read text messages, and they carry on conversations with other nail techs and other customers who they know. My experience there should not be listening to details about their personal lives, and I don't care to hear someone discuss what the best cleaning agent is for mopping floors while I am trying to chill. On my most recent gel mani, the nail tech first applied the wrong shade of polish. After I made a comment that this gel did not look like Bubble Bath, she checked the bottle name and said she got the wrong color. Instead of removing the wrong color of gel off my nails, she just grabbed the Bubble Bath and painted over the other color, which turned out to be "okay", but not what I asked for. It did look very different from Bubble Bath. She should have offered to remove the wrong color she applied instead of deciding for me how she was going to handle her error. So, the ladies who work there are very nice and have good intentions. They just have a different standard that what I expect. read more

When I get there the lady acted like she didn't even know what I was talking about. Then she said no we dont have that. On top of that they just took me back without even letting me pick a color. I am so glad I checked them out today. It's a brand new salon, super nice and clean! Their massage chairs are wonderful! The guy who did my pedicure was detailed and gave me the best leg massage ever! I also did a gel manicure for the first time and loved the results! Every tool used, even the water basin is well sanitized, they gave me a water bottle, went over the services and prices up front. Overall it was a great experience.
