Went in for a manicure and pedicure. They would not use what I brought in. I went to the nail salon by my house and not only did they use what I brought in they gave me other options. Everything happens for a reason. The nail salon by me went above and beyond. Therefore I would not recommend this salon. Rude and not accommodating. read more

I live nearby and have been coming to this nail salon for about 2 years now. Previously I just came as a walk-in but a couple of months ago I had Chloe as my nail technician. She was a real pleasure. She is friendly, a good nail technician, and listens to what you want. I highly recommend giving her a try the next time you need a manicure or a pedicure. read more

Went in as a first time customer Friday. Called made an appointment for sns french and pedicure. Got there a few minutes early so I expected to want a few . Was sat in pedicure chair and made to wait some more .. they were busy so I understood. Services on website are quoted 45 for nails and 30 for pedicure timing wise . So thats 1hour and 15 minutes . Pedicure was ok . The guy worked on an ingrown toenail that i was unaware I even had for far too long . My heel looks terrible as if the stone used didn't work .never have I had pedicure that didnt smooth my heels. Ok pedicure done . Guy got up took a break I thought I was just waiting for another nail tech for nails . Nope he comes back and he is doing nails . Ok fine . What's not fine is the fact that he took 2 additional breaks while doing my nails . 2 hours start to finish.. and when I left he was just coming back in from being on his phone . I had no real way to know if I was done. Every sns I've gotten had a uv top coat.this one didn't. The nail tech behind me said yeah your probably done . It's Sunday and already chipped . I went here because my regular place couldnt take me on short notice and had they lasted I wouldn't have even mentioned the terrible service. But since they are soft and already chipped a nail .. My friend raves about this mail salon and today I tried them. After calling my usual spots and they all had a wait, called Noire and they were awesome, had availability and they told me I could come right away. Walked in the the place was nice and super clean. The massage chairs were super comfortable and the ladies that work there were so friendly. I got a regular pedi and my technician did an spectacular job, loved the end result and will definitely be coming back as it is so convenient to my house. read more

There's a new person, Olivia. She was very kind and helpful with suggestions from acrylic to dip. I was also changed from the first person to her because she specializes with designs. I showed a photo ahead of time and we tried to color match as best as we could. The salon didn't have a metallic gold and I wasn't aware until after the green was painted on. TLDR: Alyssa really took her time and I love what I ended up with. Go see her. I went on Monday evening and Alyssa did my nails. She is fairly new there but did an amazing job. She was very attentive, helped me pick the right color, told me how to help heal a recently detached toenail (from trauma, I guess?) and was great to chat with. The guy who was doing the ladies nails next to me did a beautiful job as well. I will add just FYI a manicure is not included in the cost for SNS. It was where I moved from (north Atlanta) so I want to mention that. You can pay extra for it. I would go and ask for Alyssa! read more

Just be careful sending your teenagers in here. Mine asked for Acrylics - $32.00. They charged and extra $5 for coffin shape (that's fine). An extra $5 for 2 thin blue stripes on ONE nail. And apparently they gave her gel! She didnt ask for gel. What's the point in gel with acyrlics?? She was charged $56.00! A lady sitting there warned my daughter and her friends that they rip of the younger girls that come in. I guess they think it's mommy's credit card - no big deal. It's not! That was her baby-sitting money. I went back to ask what happened. All 10 workers got in a circle, seemed guilty/nervous. Then broke down what they charged. I'm not saying they didnt do a great job - they did. But from $32 to $56? ($37 would have been fine with coffin shape - I guess). Just get a price quote up front before they start. read more

When I requested a different color, she ignored my request and got very rude with me. She wouldn't let me get up and pick out my color. Other technician/manager was walking around the salon eating. before, my nails were lifting and i couldn't even run them thru my hair. after, my nails look like a blind elephant did them. they are lumpy, and some don't even have an apex. they are uneven, and nothing like the picture. i don't know who did them, but i am very disappointed. read more

Don't go if you value your time and money... I used to love this place but it's gotten so bad lately .. This way today's nail appt - nail appt with Alyssa for 1p - I call to see if I can add toes .. sure can you come sooner she says .. so I jet right over (I live 5 minutes away) .. I get there about 15 minutes early.. Alyssa says - I'll be with you in a few minutes .. ‍ My appt was with a friend so when she arrived for her 1p appt time I'm still waiting .. she's like thought they told you to come early .. I said yup they did.. she sits down and they call her.. Other person comes in and says I have an appt at 1 for a fill. She sits down. Alyssa finishes with her client a little past 1p and that lady goes to her chair. I walk over and say Um excuse me I have an appt with you at 1.. she's like I have an appt at 1.. they start discussing I walk away and wait.. Apparently the lady sitting was texting directly with Alyssa so she's like no she text me and I told her to call and she said she had an appt for 1 and she opens the text. We made our appts over a week ago.. the girl says she made hers a week ago too.. the owner says well I made the appt for these two and there was nothing else there when I did. I wait a few more minutes and decide to stand and say I'll make this easier- I'll just reschedule and I walk out.. I get home and call to reschedule ... the owner says "I'm so sorry can you come back tomorrow - I said I can come back later today and she says ok 2:30 - You try the new girl she's good.. I give you big discount for the mistake sorry... " Sooo I go back at 2:30 ... I wait again... finally I get my turn - I get my nails done and she's doing my toes and she says ... would you mind if I wrap that lady's hands ... I'm beside myself but say sure.. It's now 5pm - this all started at 12:30p and I'm cashing out .. I remind the technician that the owner sitting right there said she would discount my service .. she talks to her walks over and writes on the back of my slip.. 79 then 10 and says we give you 10 for the mistake ... I was trying not to laugh out loud so I said in a soft voice - that's is insulting and not an appropriate amount you understand what I'm saying yes... ? she said yes.. I then asked the owner if she understood and she said yes.. so I paid and even tipped the technician ($20 it's not her fault) and I left.. on the way home I called back to speak with the owner and said I just wanted to voice my displeasure but quietly and not make a scene in front of all of your customers ... she says uh ah... I said you do know that a $10 discount isn't an appropriate discount for what occurred she says well it wasn't my fault it was Alyssa's .. I said I understand that but you could fix t by saying well we won't charge you for your toes or your nails or one of the services I got today.. she says uh ha... I said I'm just letting you know it's just not a good discount you're basically saying you don't value my time or business .. I know there's a language barrier here but I'm trying to help you out in the future .. she says uh hah.. you come back I give you more discount .. in my head I say uh ha... no thank you.. I wish I could say this is the first time but it isn't. They don't seem to valued clients time or appt times ... sadly I will likely go elsewhere .. I just liked this place bcs it was clean and close ... but if I'm going to waste 5 hours of my day I might as well drive an extra 20 minutes and get treated like my business matters.. After reading the reviews I was hesitant to go but I was already in the area and gave it a chance and I'm so glad I did! I had an amazing lady who really took her time, I didn't find it pricey at all I found it just average pricing. I got a gel pedi and left her 10 tip so I walked away spending $50 which is my average with gel. She did more coats than required so that the color really showed up nice and she cut my cuticles really well and didn't cut my skin at all! The only reason I come here is because it's close, half the time they tell me to come back because they are busy, so I typically leave and go somewhere else. They do a nice job, but it takes for ever. The wine theme could be fun, but I've never been offered a glass ... I did notice empty glasses in their cabinet with lipstick stains still on them. Again, the theme could be fun but they don't seem to put it into practice. All in all it's like a typical nail salon but a bit slower. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I had multiple issues with my nail tech and voiced my concerns to him and the manager. I told them, after I was argued with saying I was in the wrong, that I wanted to full refund. I had the owner call me and he as well argued with me. I was never awarded my full refund. I was cut in multiple places on my nails and my toes have extra skin and cuticles that needed to be clipped off. Take your business elsewhere and save your money so you don't get infected nails like me. read more
