It was easy to make an appointment and Helen did an amazing job. A word of caution however, they do not clean equipment or area after each customer. The floors can be slippery due to the amount of dust from sanding on the floor. Not the most organized place, but like I said, Helen did an incredible job. One the positive, they did not have and issues when I asked if they could clean off their equipment.

The service at Posh Nail Lounge is amazing. Everyone is so friendly. I have gotten manicures and pedicures from Jenny, Elma, and Ben. They are great, but you can go to anyone at Posh and they're equally good, as well. The place is clean and the vibe is awesome.

Absolutely loved my experience here! I was seated right away with no wait, and the staff was so personable, funny, and kind. They made me feel completely comfortable the whole time. My nails turned out perfect, especially the designs, super detailed and exactly what I wanted. You can tell they really care about their work and their clients. Definitely my new go-to nail salon! Love love love my nails!! I got my nails done by Helen and she was so kind and thoughtful. She helped me pick out the colors I wanted for my design, took extra care to make sure the design was perfect to what I wanted, and was so kind throughout the process. I don't think I've ever left and experience and just felt like I needed to write a yelp review, but this was such a good experience that I just had to! Fun shop, nice people, great nails! 100/10

I'm new to this area and needed to find a good nail tech. It's so hard to find! I knew they opened at 930am and they were actually letting folks in at 920! Lol it was packed solid 6 mins after opening I was shocked! I had Tim who was amazing! He did a great job and did exactly what I wanted and copied the picture I showed him... will return but maybe on a week day since it was soooo busy! Saturday's are clearly their busiest day.

Got my gel pedicure removed and a solid color added, plus my nail tech used acrylic to add a tip to my big toe since my nail broke off so it would match the length of the rest of my nails. She thoroughly manicured my toenails, cuticles and the beginning of an ingrown toenail. Gel removal+gel pedicure+acrylic tip on one toe= $50 Total! Plus, my appointment was at 4:30, I got there 20 minutes early on a Friday and they were able to get me in early!! read more

Happy to have been taken as a walk-in! I was visiting St. Augustine on vacay and the front desk person at the property I stayed at recommended this place. Though they appeared to be busy with regulars and other walk-in's, I received prompt service for my dip powder hand and gel polish feet. My technician was nice and did a fine job on my feet. I was not as pleased with the hands. They are ok but the French tips are not quite as I expected. I tried to explain but I'm not sure he nor the other tech understood. Not unattractive just not exactly what I wanted. If I had gotten what I wanted I would have given more stars. read more

I have always loved how Posh does my nails and pedicures but today was a different experience. The nail tech was very rough and it was painful. He was insulting me by telling me I looked old enough to be my friend's mom, which my age was not his business, nor how old my friend was. He insisted I tell him my age. It went on and on. I was hoping to have a great experience, but sadly that was not the case and I will not be returning. read more

She helped me pick out the colors I wanted for my design, took extra care to make sure the design was perfect to what I wanted, and was so kind throughout the process. I don't think I've ever left and experience and just felt like I needed to write a yelp review, but this was such a good experience that I just had to! I walked in on a Monday at 10:30a and they had some customers but were not so busy as to turn me away. soooo... Spa day here we come! My feet feel amazing. I opted for a deluxe for $65 bucks. Winter has not been kind to my feet so I felt I had to splurge. Oceans of lotions and hot stone massage later, I had my gel manicure to go along with my toesies. That felt too short but not short on quality. I tried not to feel bad about my $115 bill (paid tip in cash, these ladies & gents work so hard). I was happily on my way to my next adventure. terrible service. Rude staff. very rushed, and don't listen to your requests. no pride in their work. not the cleanest place either. For the prices and being in the World Golf area, they really need to change the operation a bit. There is a much better place 5 minutes down the road where I will be going instead. AVOID. read more

I have nothing but good things to say about this salon!! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The dip manicure was reasonably priced, quick, and the best I've had in St. Augustine by a landslide. They also were able to get my ingrown toenail out and were very kind (even when I switched my color after she painted one toe). The vibes were great and the level of service was beyond. read more

I don't recommend this place if you want decent looking regular gel mani and pedi. The man who was doing my nails didn't take his time very rushed worked didn't clean up the paint around my nails and left some areas patchy with the nail polish and I'm just every disappointed with how my nails came out. During the pedicure I felt like he was judging my feet based off his facial expressions and it made me feel very uncomfortable and I will never come here again. read more

The worst experience. Ask for sns and guy files my nails down to nothing then gets mad when I tell them they're too short. I have bubbles in the nail paint and filed down to the quick. Didn't offer discount or to fix to make right. All while I'm waiting to get out of there a roach jumps on me and lands on my feet. Then Charged me $40 !!! Horrible place read more

OK we was in town for a Golf tournament and the wife decided we need to get tips and toes done. We found this little place called posh nail lounge and let me tell you we were like the second and third group that get in and by the time we got in this place was packed but they had a lot of technicians. I can't rave enough about Ben and his work! Everyone is good but my experience is with Ben. I've been coming here since they opened and they really are the best in the area! Even if I move a bit further I'll still make the drive to come here! The set up and front desk girls are amazing! This place has the nicest pedicure chairs I have ever seen by far (they even have usb ports so you can charge your phone). My pedicure was very nice, not rushed at all, and done well. They really pay attention to the details and after painting go back and touch up any little areas that aren't perfect. The manicure was pretty basic but no complaints at all. Prices are a little higher than most places (add $18 for gel instead of the usual $15) read more

I have been going to Posh Nail Lounge for over a year! I have gotten SNS manicures, acrylics with designs, and pedicures. I have always been happy with every service I have received. Dean is my usual technician and he is fast, efficient, and personable. Dean always makes sure I love my nails before I leave. All of the technicians are very talented with their nail art and always pay attention to the smallest of details. The salon itself is beautiful and clean, and the staff are all very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this salon!! read more

I decided to try Glitz and Glam, and have been a loyal customer to Peter. His wife does my waxing and from the start when i told her i break out from the hit wax, she has used wax for sensitive skin. The first time Peter removed my dipping powder nails after I'd been to Queen, he said my fingers were red and itchy bc the girl had used acrylic! I told the girls every time that I couldn't wear acrylic - my fingers crack and bleed and itch. Although I drive a little farther, it is so worth the trip. The salon is large, airy, and new in appearance. One problem: I have asked Peter not to take a vape break out back when working on me bc I am allergic to the tar, however during my pedi he usually runs out for a quick smoke, so he smells of tobacco. He is so good at french mani and does a great job on pedis, I hate to switch! Sue is very gentle on the wax. Very sweet.

I also wanted to make sure that they would be willing to provide the service if she did come back to the salon. My family member did ask in the moment for the service to be provided in the manner that was promised and the tech said no; i.e they were not willing to provide the service. I then received the following information in response to why the service wasn't provided: the service was actually too time consuming for them to be willing to do (would have been nice to have just been honest about that when I called ahead and scheduled the appointment) and to tell me to get gel instead. They then refused to acknowledge the fact that they confirmed a service that they were then not willing to provide. The continued response they had was straight up deflection. If you're interested in going to a salon that is a turn and burn shop then this is the one for you.

Julie was quite challenged removing a very bad gel application from another tech at another salon. She was most patient and did not rush me through the whole process. She is very thorough and does an excellent leg massage. I plan to try her Reflexology treatment in the very near future. The salon was quiet but busy when I was there on a Monday.
