WARNING Do not waste your time for nail service at this place!! The nails, powder and polish are low graded quality. I have been receiving nail service in the St Augustine area for almost two years and I have never and I mean NEVER had two let alone one nail break. On 2 May, requested a full set with SNS and was serviced by the pregnant lady, sits in the front right station (I don't know her name). Although I wasn't pleased with her professionalism, tone and energy, I gave her grace due to her pregnancy. Within a week of my service, notice the polish and finishing coming off on the sides and tips. On 14 May, the tip of my indent finger nail started with a crack on the side and eventually broke. I did not hit my hand or finger on anything... On 16 May, I returned for a nail repair and the pregnant lady rendered the service. She tried to convince me that it's been two weeks or maybe you hit your hand. I kindly interrupted and stated, "stop, please stop", as I felt my intelligence was insulted. Not only did she put the nail crooked, she did not match the chrome properly. She had a justification for every damn thing. She stated, "oh, your nail will not look the same because it's a new nail". Really?!?! I politely said thank you and walked out. On 29 May, my middle finger nail broke at the tip, similar to my indent finger nail. I understand I'm within my 30 day window but no one can convince me that nail salon is not using low quality/ cheap material. I have my appointment with BEN at Polish Nails in the Murabella Shopping as that is my primary nail tech. They are slightly expensive but my nails last up to 6 weeks with incidents. Again! My friend and I were visiting from California and wanted to get our nails done. I'm so glad we came here because we are in love with our nails!!!! They were quick and professional and the salon had a relaxing vibe. It seemed like all their customers were joking and laughing with their techs and everyone was having a fun time. This shop is located right off SR16 by the outlets. After calling other shops I drove to this one and they were more than accommodating. I was getting a mani pedi for the holidays. Nice clean establishment very friendly staff. I would highly recommend to anyone. read more

I'm giving this a four star review only because the gentleman did a great job on my nails, he wasn't friendly and there was zero conversation. I asked him what the charges would be before he started but then when I checked out he said it was an additional +5 hands and feet for French, +10 hands and feet for chrome and + 5 for coffin shape.. that's and additional $35. I went to this place & it seemed promising at first, and maybe I'm just picky, but I paid $50 for nails that in my opinion are just sloppy and way too thick. It's my birthday tomorrow so I was so excited to get my nails done & feel my best self for it... Unfortunately, I had to make another appointment for later today to get them fixed at a different salon, and when I expressed that I didn't like the job they had done at this place, there was no offer to fix them or give me a refund. Also, my mom got a pedicure & they made her toe bleed. Will not be spending any money here again. read more

This establishment is located in the shopping center in between both entrances to the outside St. Augustine outlets, off of I-95. This the second time I've been hear and I love it! I went there because the previous nail salon that did my SNS dip nails fell very short, with it only lasting 1week. Spent over $90 on two kids a Mani and Pedis along with my dad's pedicure. The butterflies put on my nieces fingers didn't even last a whole day. The polish was even messy as if they just didn't care because it was two children. I will never waste my money here again and I wouldn't advise anybody else to either. read more

I have been going to the same nail salon for nearly 20 years. Eight years ago I moved 50 miles away from my favorite salon. I tried so many local places and was never happy. So I've been driving the 50 miles to get my nails done. Once Covid hit I quit going. My hairdresser recommended Zen nails. I was not expecting to be happy with it but I'm just tired of driving 50 miles! But I was super happy. A really nice $35 pedicure in a good chair. Fills with gel polish for $35 as well. Came in for a pedicure today around noon and they fit me in right away. Being new to the area I asked upfront how much a regular pedicure was versus a gel pedicure. No prices posted for services except eyelash extensions...(red flag). I was told by the nail tech that a regular pedicure was $20 and a gel pedicure was $32 after inquiring about prices. Immediately another tech interjected and stated that a gel pedicure was actually $42. $22 extra for gel polish.... Ok??? Little bit awkward and confusing, but I brushed it off and asked for the regular pedicure. There was not a great selection of standard nail polish available so bring your own if you have something in mind...Much bigger gel selection. I asked my nail tech to please not cut into the corners of my big toes when doing the cuticles due to being prone to ingrowns. She seemed to take that as a reason to not touch my big toes period lol... She was kinda rough and definitely rushed through despite not having any other clients behind me. The entire pedicure took less than 30 minutes down to the polish. I also didn't see her take the nail tools out of a sanitation bag at the beginning so -another red flag... Still had to come home and use my own callus tools on my feet and clean up the cuticles around my big toes. When I went to pay for the pedicure I was charged $27 which wasn't what I was told at the beginning... but I just wanted to get out of there so ended up paying (and tipping ). Sadly this was a pretty standard nail salon experience but I don't think I'll be going back unless I'm really desperate lol read more

Had a gel pedicure. They had to remove the previous gel, apply a fake nail to one large toe, got the virgin olive pedicure for $35, and had the gel color put on. Not sure why the bill ended up $60. $25 for a fake nail and gel paint on feet? $25 is usually the cost of a full gel refill.... As another reviewer said, they should have a price list. Prices are too high. They seemed like they rushed and three people ended up working on my feet. Was not relaxing at all. Not saying don't go, but ask for pricing first. read more

I was given a gift card to Zen Nails so I went and used it for a pedicure and full set. The ladies were very kind and professional. I choose a pedicure with the massage and warm towels as I had been having cramps all night and my legs and feet were sore. The lady doing the pedicure made sure to massage the tight muscles and reduced the soreness. Great job ladies! read more

I made an appointment at Zen nails for Tuesday November 14, 2017! Kathy did my acrlic nail fil and gel color along with a pedicure! She did a great job! Then on Friday both of my thumb nails chipped. On Monday the 20th I went back in to get the chips fixed. Not only was Kathy extremely rude, but the gentleman who is the mamger or owns Zen was rude as well. Kathy was angry that my nails were chipped! I even offered to pay for the fixing of my nails.This was going to be my new nail salon, however that is no longer the case!! read more

Zero stars if I could! Worst experience at a nail salon I've ever had. They don't care about their customers or don't try to make it right after they put regular polish when I asked for gel! After almost 3 hours of sitting there, I had to leave because I was late for work. I left without having gel on my nails and them looking worst then when I walked in. The lady had no idea what she was doing and the guy who I think is the manager did not say anything at all. They didn't even apologize or offer to schedule a time to redo them!
