No one should be made to feel like an inconvenience for showing up. Based on her behavior alone, I seriously reconsidered whether I wanted to go through with my service. I went there to have a skin growth on my knuckle removed. The lady that sprayed the nitrogen on it…read morewent super deep and said that it would take multiple treatments because it was a wart. She did not believe me that it was not. It was gone after one treatment and when the doctor came in he agreed that it was not a wart and his comment was she went pretty deep didn't she. She also burned off a supposably pre-cancerous spot on my face and left a pretty decent scar. When the doctor came in to check everything out on my follow-up appointment there was a mole above the place where the pre-cancerous hole was, and the doctor said he could remove it. I figured it would be not noticeable after a month or two considering I am going to a dermatologist. He removed the mole and I didn't get any stitches or anything, it was one big fillet spot on my face that took forever to heal. Now I'm left with a scar almost a year later that looks worse than the mole. I guess I should have gone to see a plastic surgeon instead of a dermatologist. Now I'm left with a permanent scar on my face from both places that were treated. Not happy. Response: You would have it under the last name of Reigle.

I went and saw Dr Stakem on Monday to make sure nothing was wrong, and again today because I haven't noticed any improvements. The nurses have been AMAZING- so nice, caring and understanding- but Dr Stakem should go take a crash course on bedside table manners. He basically told me that I was being a cry baby and that the pain would go away, that since I was up and speaking that I wasn't experiencing any "real" pain. He insinuated that I needed to just chill out and that the pain would go away and that I had a low pain tolerance. I'm sorry, but for someone that's been through surgery before and had many injuries, I don't think it's crazy of me to want to make sure I'm okay when 7 days after the wisdom tooth procedure I'm still LITERALLY crying from pain. I will never be returning to this "doctor" for any help or advice. He made me feel like an idiot and I left wanting to cry. Nurses should go find somewhere better to work because they were great.
