I wish I had found this other person FIRST, before I went back to Ilmira. It will cost me, but I'm sure it will be worth every penny to have it done right. When I had my do-over eyeliner done, the technition discovered that there was alot of camouflage used to cover up Ilmira's mistakes on one eyelid. DO NOT go to this woman. Investigate others.

I was overthinking because I wondered what I would do if I was not happy with the way it looked. I was a little nervous on the day of my procedure, but excited at the same time. When I first arrived, i showed the technician the shape I wanted. I was given numbing cream which numbed the area completely. She made sure that I was happy with the way she marked everything before continuing . Thank God for the numbing cream, I was completely numb and didn't feel anything.
