Their app makes a last minute visit so easy. Today's visit went smoothly, wax specialist was a bit chatty but not in a bad way and she handled a few ingrown hairs in my bikini line which was above what I would expect. When I checked out I was asked if I wanted to set up another appt, I don't like to do that, my hair grows so slow and my work schedule is never the same, but when I politely said no thanks I was then asked two more times in various ways, I ended up being very firm with lots of eye contact and said No, thank you. I take very good care of my skin and normally don't need to return for treatments this quickly. I had to go back for a touch-up, and now only a few weeks later my forehead is already moving again. That's very disappointing considering the price. After mentioning this in my local women's group, I found out several others have had the same experience, which makes me even more concerned about the consistency of the treatments here.
