They've missed a learning opportunity and the owner finds out through an online review that something was wrong. I also wanted to make sure that they would be willing to provide the service if she did come back to the salon. My family member did ask in the moment for the service to be provided in the manner that was promised and the tech said no; i.e they were not willing to provide the service. I then received the following information in response to why the service wasn't provided: the service was actually too time consuming for them to be willing to do (would have been nice to have just been honest about that when I called ahead and scheduled the appointment) and to tell me to get gel instead. They then refused to acknowledge the fact that they confirmed a service that they were then not willing to provide. The continued response they had was straight up deflection. If you're interested in going to a salon that is a turn and burn shop then this is the one for you.

I requested a simple classic men's haircut, yet walked out with a haircut that is visibly uneven, poorly blended with an unfinished look. For a $49 men's cut, the quality is severely lacking. Most frustratingly, the shop added a 20% gratuity to my bill without my permission. I would have had a better experience at a budget chain salon which I will now have to take time to visit in order to repair this awful cut.
