Not clean, pedicure didn't last long, no one really spoke to me, they don't have the bags in the foot soak, tools just rinsed with water.

I just moved from San Marco and had to leave my trusty nail salon behind. I was very nervous about…read morefinding a new one. What if it's not the same, and my only option is to drive 30 minutes north to go back to old faithful? But I did a little research and decided to take a gamble on Avalon. I was a walk-in appointment and was seen immediately. I got the deluxe gel pedicure, which I thought would be comparable to what I got at my old salon. It wasn't quite comparable, though - this one was better! My nail technician was incredible at every aspect. She was precise but gentle, took her time, and was careful with my cuticle areas that tend to be sensitive. The salon itself is actually quite large with plenty of space for manicures and pedicures. I found it to be clean and well-decorated. Exactly what you'd expect from a cute salon. The cost was a little higher than I used to pay at the other place, but it's certainly worth it. The massage chair alone was an amazing experience. I'm so glad I took the leap of faith and I will absolutely be back!

She didn't even apologize until I looked at her and asked her what happened. She just said "oh sorry." I was dumbfounded. Had we known it was going to resume bleeding on the way out the door, we wouldn't have paid at all! They didn't even offer a discount. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Will NEVER be back.

I stopped here as a last minute choice. The reviews are spot on. I spend 15 hours a day in work…read moreshoes, and have had an issue with hang nails and ingrown toe nails. Let's just say I am not normally nice to my nails when the ingrown spots show up. I'm obsessed with getting them out. Today I had Tom help me! He was AMAZING!!! He felt bad with my toes and the digging he did, but the relief, amazing! I will definitely be doing a little more self care in the form of coming here and getting my nails done. Thank you Tom for giving my feet and hands some extra much needed attention!!

Q Nails Saint Johns is an absolutely outstanding Nail Salon!…read moreI can't say enough good things about this nail salon! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the clean, modern, and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was warm, welcoming, and truly professional. My nail technicians was not only skilled but also meticulous--every detail was perfect, and the end result exceeded my expectations. They offer a wide variety of colors and designs, and I appreciated how patient they were in helping me choose the perfect style. The tools were sterilized, the products were high quality, and the service was top-tier. My gel French nails lasted weeks without chipping, and my nails looked salon-fresh the whole time. Q Nails is hands-down the best in town. Whether you're looking for a simple polish or intricate nail art, this is the place to go. Spotless & welcoming salon environment -- I was impressed by the pristine cleanliness and calming atmosphere from when I walked in. . Friendly, attentive staff -- They greeted me warmly and checked in often to ensure I was satisfied with the progress, which made me feel valued throughout .Services that last -- Many clients report long-lasting manicures, often still flawless weeks later. One review emphasized they "take their time with the application...ask you multiple times if you're happy" . Wide variety of options -- From classic polish to acrylics, gel, and spa pedicures. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jennifer W.

The very next day my feet looked like I never got a pedi and the polish on my gel nails was peeling off. The manager welcomed us back to correct the issues which was great. But he gave excuses for the issues by saying it was my fault for having dry skin or for being to hard on the nails. Instead of taking responsibility. I'm a housewife, I don't wash dishes, I don't do hard labor or heavy lifting, or walk around barefoot. There's absolutely no reason my mani and deluxe pedi should already be falling apart the very next day. I've never been to a nail salon, paid over $100+ and the very next day it was already coming off and feet looked like I didn't even have a DELUXE pedicure. When I do my own pedicure at home, my feet are soft for at least a week. And I don't even have the professional tools or products. While I greatly appreciate the managers willingness to correct the issues; he still did the bare minimum to correctly fix the issues. Removing some polish but not all and painting over it but the previous color can still be seen and then not wanting to correct that new issue. Rushing to correct the problems but not respecting the requests during correction. Like removing all of the black polish before you put new polish on. Then when my husband says it again, THEN he corrected it. I didn't feel like they respected my requests or my business. If I'm paying for a service, I expect you to perform the service well. Not rush through it, do it half way, and then disregard or ignore the correction when the customer is not pleased with the result. I also expect full accountability. It should be done well the first time and if not, it should most definitely be done with care and willingness to accommodate the requests. I shouldn't be made to feel as if I'm creating an inconvenience for your employees poor service.
