Hannah, my tech did a great job, the massage was amazing! The owner was so accommodating and knowledgeable with a couple decades of experience in nail tech and helped me with an ingrown toenail I have. Super accommodating, I called first to see if they took walk-ins; man on the phone said they do. Came in on Sunday about 3pm wanting a pedi cure. Man said 20min, I was called back in less than 15min. I opted for the $35 Lavender pedi-cure it was great for me. I also got white wine that was complimentary. Inside was very clean, and not overpowering with chemicals. Definitely will be back. My only suggestion is that they use latex free gloves, I have an allergy and I tried to tell my nail guy to change his gloves but he did not understand. read more

This was one of the most upsetting and unprofessional experiences I've ever had at a nail salon. I was charged $70 without any clear explanation of pricing beforehand. No one told me how much builder gel would cost, and if I had known, I would have said no immediately. The lack of transparency feels very misleading. When I called to address it, I was told to come back in. I came in calm, polite, and just trying to resolve the issue. Instead of having a professional conversation, he would not even properly speak with me--every time I tried to explain my concern, he would get on his phone and ignore me. On top of that, he started yelling at me in front of other customers. It was humiliating and completely unacceptable. The situation escalated to the point where I was so overwhelmed that I ended up crying, and he continued yelling at me in front of everyone. He even threatened to call the cops on me simply for asking for a refund. I told him it was ridiculous to speak to customers that way, and he made it clear he didn't care at all--even saying he didn't care if I left a bad review. Between the hidden pricing, being ignored, the aggressive behavior, and the complete lack of basic respect, this was an awful experience. No one should ever be treated like that for calmly raising a concern. I would strongly recommend going somewhere else. read more

I have tried this place more than a few times just to make sure it wasn't a one-time bad experience. This last time the lady doing my pedicure actually clipped the skin on the tip of my toe causing me pain and bleeding. She did apologize but honestly it was the most painful pedicure I've ever had. After my shower this morning I was limping to my car because it's painful to walk on. I won't go back anymore which is a bummer because the owners are always so pleasant. read more

Well if I could leave no stars I would. The lady that helped my sister kept trying to upsell her. I kept saying NO. She got angry and stayed angry. She was rough with my sister's surgical scar area and when I asked her to be more gentle she got angry. They tried to charge my sister the more expensive pedicure and when I disagreed he pulled up a video on his phone. Go ahead I know what was said and what we wanted. He finally said "I don't know who to believe. If you're not comfortable don't pay." I said we will pay for what she asked for and what she got. My niece's gel came off the next day! The mean worker broke through my sister's skin. NEVER GO HERE!! Well if you want to try and be up charged, get accused of lying, and have your hard earned money wasted....good luck ....WE WILL NEVER GO BACK!! I made an appt several days prior, for a gel manicure at 12 pm on Sunday. I arrived on time, and I was told to sit at a station that had another patron's wallet, food, and drink. I waited 45 minutes past my scheduled appt, and no one ever gave me an update or started to wrap my nails to remove gel currently on them. Ultimately, I walked out at 12:45 since I would no longer have time to get my nails done by that point and still had not been started or updated by anyone on how much longer to even start. Jenny and her husband are the most warm, accommodating and kind salon owners I've ever encountered. They will do any type of work you ask for, give suggestions, and not even bat an eye when you decide you didn't actually like the color and want it changed (yes, it's me). The have refreshments and Publix is next door if you want to bring a snack in while you get your pedi! They are also supes accommodating with walk ins. I went today to have an SNS fill. I did make an appointment prior to and when I got there I was welcomed with a very friendly hello and a thank you for coming in. My appointment was with Jenny. And as most of the people that live in or have moved to STA know the most difficult thing to find is 1 a good hairdresser and 2 an amazing nail tech! I called the salon around 1130 to see if it would be possible to make an appointment for 1230. They said it was a little bit busy and asked for us to make an appointment for 130, so I made an appointment for two manicures at 1:30. We got there at 1:35 and my friend changed her mind to get a pedicure instead. They told us to take a look through the colors and they would be with us. my friend got taken over to get her pedicure done within five minutes of picking her color. I sat there for 40 minutes waiting for someone to help me. One person asked me if I knew what color I wanted and I told them the color and they never came back. Eventually I was helped and the nail tech was very nice. When he was a quarter of the way through my manicure, they switched him out for a different nail tech. He redid everything the other nail tech did. by the time my friend was done, they hadn't even finished my cuticles yet. He asked me again what color I wanted. At this point this was the third time I was asked what color I wanted. He went ahead and started painting my nails. And then I asked if they were going to do a hand massage because that's typically included with a classic manicure, he said yes, after the polish. After everything was done I had been there for almost 2 hours. When I went up to pay, they gave me a discount for the wait which I thought was nice. However, on my way home I looked at my receipt and they had overcharged me for a gel manicure. When I called the salon back, they were more than happy to refund me, but I had to go back in person to the salon. They were very professional and apologized profusely for the mistake. Overall I would not visit the salon again. I think they were very attentive to detail and very kind customer service wise, however, the wait with an appointment was entirely too long, especially since I came in later than I wanted to because they recommended making an appointment. read more

I had a very relaxing pedicure and dip on my nails. Three days later two of my nails chipped. I called and they said to come in right away, Jenny the owner re dipped all of my nails. I have visited this nail salon 4 times. 3 of the 4 times were awful. The first time my nails were rough to the touch and THICK, the 2nd time, I got lucky and Mike did my nails, that was the only time I left happy. 3rd time, the lady burned my nail with the e-file and caused my cuticle to bleed because she was rushing. After I started bleeding, every thing that touched the wound burned. As she rushed, she hit the open wound many times with the nail file. It hurt so BAD. 4th time, she didn't remove all of the previous dip, just got most off and dipped right over the old. Then, I asked for short and round, she left them long and filed them almond. I had to ask her to file them shorter, she seemed annoyed so I was scared to ask her to make them more round and not so almond pointy. Each time I had to go home and use a file to get the dip chunks out from under my nails. Every time I have been there, I have been shuffled between techs and stations. Its not even enjoyable. They are rushing so much, I sit with anxiety are they going to cut me or burn me again? The seem to cater to pedicures more so than nails - probably cause its less time and more $. They almost seem annoyed if you want your nails done. They don't cut or push your cuticles back, they push you out that door as fast as possible and you will have 2-3 techs for one dip application. Something to also note, when I first visited the location, I read the reviews on Google. There were many bad ones with pictures. Now, the bad reviews on google have disappeared, so I think they are somehow fighting and/or removing them. read more

went to get a pedicure yesterday and after my last experience with a nail salon i was a little nervous especially with a new place. Went and OMG what a great place.. The owners were amazing and took the time to get to know us and made our experience great.. Yes it was a little longer than a normal pedicure but it was worth every second. Jarvis did my toes and all i can say what a great job he did.. he took his time and was aware of my concerns and what an amazing job he did.. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a great atmosphere and want to get pampered.. What a great local place and can't wait for next pedicure. read more
