This nail salon is located in E-town next to Publix. The place was spacious and staff were friendly. It was decorated nicely with modern touches. My technician was nice and efficient but my dip powder application did not last 2 weeks. Two nail applications fell off in 9 days. I also suggested to the manager to clean the counter around the sink. I might give it a second chance, but I'm not sure. read more

Tried this place out since I saw that their Google reviews had a 4.8 rating which In my head this place must be very good!!! But it was a lie. The service provided were amazing by each and every one of them but they kept upselling which I did not like to stack up the bill. Everything was great when it comes to the pedicure part but the nail part were not it. My fiancé who had 2 pictures which I've attach below as an inspiration picture to show how she wanted her nails done but as you can see the outcome/result of her nails weren't exactly like the picture shown. The shaping was not accurate, the polish was to thick and what was suppose to be cheetah print ended up not matching cheetah print addition to that also cut her finger when trimming the acrylic down. Well for me, I got the regular manicure added with a shine but after2 hours I notice it was peeling..... which I don't think that should occur. As well some of my nails were cut unevenly Pedicure was very good, but I wished they mention the ingredients they were gonna put on me, just in case if I have allergy issues. Clean and organized nail salon. I was greeted promptly and taken care of within moments of walking in. I initially was going to get the No. 2 pedicure ($42) but they only have a lavender scrub. I am allergic so I had to opt for the first pedicure. No other option for the scrub but the lavender scrub which was disappointing. I was looking forward to the No. 2 pedicure. The nail technician was very kind and respectful and asked if I still wanted the hot stones even though I couldn't use the scrub. I opted out and told the nail technician I wanted to continue to have the No. 1 pedicure. The massage chairs are so comfortable! I love the different modes and intensity settings. There are two sides of nail stations and pedicure stations. The salon does not have a smell of chemicals. Very comfortable AC setting. This salon did not offer me a refreshment as I had brought my own but worth asking if they do offer any. There are signs stating the establishment highly prefers cash payments for services and tip vs credit card payments. I tipped in cash but paid with my card. read more

Very rude guy and manager working there, tried to get me to pay an additional 25 bucks for polish which was not nothing out of the ordinary and the other tech I used never up charged me before! Both a tech a manager and my nail tech all bullying me about the price! Also never mentioned the 15% discount they have online. I want to start off with saying I called beforehand and let them know i'm new there and am picky. That i want someone who's good and the guy on the phone told me yes no problem. Came here for the first time yesterday with my boyfriend for pedicures and had the worst experience. Started off with the minute we sit down they ask which pedicure we want. They point right at the $96 one, the most expensive... I tell them we're gonna do the second one. They were pushing so hard to upsell and it was so irritating i should have left then. No matter which one we picked they chose a more expensive one. Then, I informed my lady the acrylic was lifting from my natural nail on my big toe and we should soak it off. Nope. She takes her tool and starts cutting it off including my natural nail. Now, she has to rebuild with acrylic which apparently she doesn't know how to do. Now another tech comes over to do it. Now at this point i've informed both of them 5 times I want my nails cut down a good amount because they grow fast. Yet she kept building out the acrylic... I then asked for a pinky color for my french since i don't like clear. Told them this 5 times. Yet she continued to paint my nails with the clear color. She told the other lady to put a lot of coats so it gets darker. This doesn't make a difference with clear. So with the color on my nails (she painted 2) she put my foot under the lamp (it's gel). WHAT?? I took my foot out and she tried to put it back in... now i'm annoyed. She then had to get the person answering phones to get me a new color and he painted my toes. the massage from my original nail lady sucked. also one of my toes was cut and colored crooked... my big toe has to much acrylic on it it looks like it's lifting. Took my daughter for manicures today and wanted to try the new spot in town. I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful it is inside! We were taken in right away and the workers were all so friendly. I caught a glimpse of the massage/pedi chairs and I wish I was getting a pedi! I can't wait to come back and get one! Worst experience of my life I have been getting my nails professionally done for about 10 years now and this place might be one of the worst places I have tried. Since I sat down they tried to up-sell me and telling me to pick dip instead of gel. The person doing my nails told me that a simple gel polish change cost more than what was described on their website. After telling him I would do dip, the man doing my nails proceeded to do them in a rush, not asking me what shape I wanted my nails or what length It you are going to up charge a customer at least try to make the experience pleasant and tailored to their needs ! Terrible, terrible gel and powder manicures were AWFUL. I tried this place twice and my nails were so thin from the first time they had me do powder the second time. The first gel manicure chipped off in fewer than 7 days. The second, powder manicure lost the top coat after 8 days. AVOID. read more

I recently received The Worst Pedicure EVER in this Salon! This pedicure was much too long--90 minutes--with a basically unskilled Nail Tech who could not speak my language other than occasionally looking at me and asking "OK?" She worked in an unorganized manner and was all over the place, skipping from a toe on one foot to a toe on the other foot; there was absolutely no work done on my cuticles--no pushing, no removal (which is probably a blessing). I went into the salon with NO hard, dry, callused skin, yet my feet and toes were buffed to the point of my now having two open sores--one on my left Great Toe and one on my left 5th Toe. For some reason, she intentionally cut the nail on my left Great Toe much too deeply on the inner side, and I now need to endure several months of that growing back to its normal shape while also fearing the development of an ingrown nail. The foot and leg massages were much too long, with too many different creams, and this has now caused a rash on my legs. The polish was applied in a sloppy manner, with the brush barely dabbing the nails on eight toes! Strangely, when finished with the pedicure she reached out and grabbed my right hand, while picking up a small, white, rough emery board and then she made a move to file a fingernail on my hand! I instantly pulled back my hand and said a loud and firm, "NO!" I told her, no doubt in a language she doesn't understand, that she was not to touch my hands! Additionally, as other Nail Techs were finishing with their clients, I saw them perform NO asepsis techniques on the seats and arms of the pedicure chairs; nothing was wiped with any sort of anti-bacterial or anti-viral solutions! Lastly, to add insult to injury, I learned when paying prior to leaving the salon that I was apparently not given the pedicure that I'd requested, as the charge was not the requested Signature Pedicure ($55), but the Collagen Pedicure ($78)! While this salon is located very close to my home, I will NEVER use their services again!!! read more
