I absolutely love that I was greeted by name (without an appointment or sign in (and it wasn't just me the gentleman...I think his name is Peter - I need to confirm bc I owe him the same respect - greeted every repeat guest by name). Jessica did an amazing job on my nails and our conversation passed the time. Very pleasant experience and a beautiful result. Minh did my pedicure. I usually only get a polish change bc I prefer to do my own pedicure but I wanted to switch it up and I'm so glad I did. He was extremely nice and not over the top on any portion of the pedicure. His massage was exactly what I wanted (not too much but not half a$) . I absolutely recommend Ooh La La from this experience and others.

The customer service from the front staff was also miles above compared to other interactions we have had at other businesses. Finding out that they were run by the same ladies and being welcomed by them again face to face was a most wonderful experience. They took a especially good care of my niece, as this was her very first time getting salon nails. And though we had a small hiccup with the gel builder application by the first technician, the owner quickly took over and resolved it before I even had to say a word! THAT is stellar service! I had a lady at first to take them off and as she was in the middle of doing so, she stopped and told me to go to a different chair and so a guy who also works there ended up taking my nails off for me instead.
