Of course this means that it's a favorite of locals. RJ and Solita were very sweet. RJ had lots of stories of life in general. He kept us in stitches. I walked in rather late but they closed late, 7:30pm. Solita did a great job with my pedi. They do gel, dip and regular nail services. They also do other services but you'd have to call. Call anyway since I suspect that they get booked.

They greet me by name, we schedule appointments in advance, and about 90% of the time we walk in and are seated immediately. We're never rushed and are always treated like we're the only customers in the salon. The space is consistently clean and well-maintained, the employees are friendly and professional, and--most importantly--they actually listen to what you want, not just what they feel like doing. They almost always have coupons available, which is a great bonus, and the gel polish lasts forever--seriously impressive. Reliable, welcoming, and truly pampering. This is exactly how a nail salon should be.

Remember that person who used to always used to color outside the lines? Well that's me with nail polish. I don't have a steady hand. I made an appointment online the day before. Their booking platform is easy to use. You can search by your nail tech's name or just choose first available. When I arrived, I signed into their kiosk and we were immediately greeted by several employees. They pointed us to our seats and then asked us which pedicure we wanted. They have a lot of options. Normally I would have chosen basic, just due to the $35 price tag, but decided to go with the Royal, which was $45. First we got to pick our polish color, and then we got to pick the "flavor" we wanted for our lotion and foot scrub. I opted for mint. Laura was my nail tech and was very pleasant and cheerful. This is a newer nail salon and it always appears to be bright and clean. She got started on filling up my tub with warm water. Laura did a great job of really massaging my feet and legs. I think that's the biggest takeaway with getting the royal pedicure is they really spend the time massaging your legs and feet, which I really needed. All the chairs are equipped with a massage. We were also asked if we wanted a beverage, they had water, soda, etc. Laura was also very meticulous when it came to my polish and spent a lot of time making sure it was just right, which I really appreciated. My pedicure took about 45-50 minutes and then I stayed an extra 10 minutes to have my pedicure dry. Laura was even nice enough to put my flipflops on, so I wouldn't ruin the polish. This was a great experience.

This is one of the most convenient nail salons to where I live, and it's the one I find myself…read moregoing to when I look down at my nails at home and think "yikes". I almost exclusively get regular pedicures, so this review is based on that. The folks are friendly, and their chairs are comfortable. The pricing is in line with what other local spas charge, and their "basic" pedicure at $33 still includes a few perks. The biggest pro for me is the quality of their polishes. They don't have to grab one from a wall but rather choose from samples, and then they bring out a box with that polish in it. The polishes I get here consistently stay on for weeks with little to no chipping, which indicates to me that they're both solid at technique and also at ensuring the polishes they're using are of good quality and not too old or dried out. I've also never had an issue with nail damage here. On my latest visit, I overheard them working to make sure a client who didn't like their polish color got a satisfactory resolution even though it added a fair bit of workload to the nail technician. I'll keep going back.

Hell naw - I have a gap tooth eyebrow!…read more I've been wearing bangs too long and felt like I had my eyebrows growing crazy so I stopped in to get them cleaned up. Fairly slow day. Three techs there with two other customers. The one that didn't had anyone asked me what I wanted. I say eyebrows and take a seat. Maybe two minutes later a tech that was working on a customer's full set acrylic nails stops and comes over to me. I thought that was strange but maybe the other woman wasn't trained on eyebrows? I'm seated at a manicure station since the 2nd customer is laid down getting her eyebrows waxed in a small back room. Super strong stench of acrylic is hitting me hard. But I clearly tell the woman "can you just clean them up please? I do not like them thin." She smiles and nodes. Woman was sweet and nice but when she passed me the mirror to check myself out - left eye looked great - right eye is very thin and has a gap?! I'm going to have to remember 1st grade art to draw in some lines or find something on YouTube. I guess I'll be rocking a side part. Not coming back.

The…read moresalon is clean and nice, and they also have four kids' pedicure chairs, which is a huge reason we've continued coming back. They've done my daughter's nails as well and always do a great job. My only frustration is the scheduling and wait-time management. They are almost always very busy, and since I live right down the road, I'm happy to come back at a scheduled time rather than sit and wait. However, I've had multiple visits where I was seated to soak but then waited 45+ minutes before anyone actually started my pedicure. Most recently, I came in at 1:30 with my daughter and was told they were busy but could take us at 3:00. We returned right at 3:00, but still weren't seated until 3:50. At that point, it didn't really feel like having an appointment made a difference. I'm giving 4 stars because the salon itself is nice and I've consistently been happy with the actual nail services. I just wish they had a better system for appointments and managing wait times. I often try to fit appointments into a lunch break or while one of my kids is at practice, so an unexpected 45-60 minute wait makes it difficult to keep coming back.
