A friend and I had our usual pedicure appointment today at Elite Nails, and once again, the experience was flawless. I love that when I call, they already have my number saved. They greet me by name, we schedule appointments in advance, and about 90% of the time we walk in and are seated immediately. We're never rushed and are always treated like we're the only customers in the salon. The space is consistently clean and well-maintained, the employees are friendly and professional, and--most importantly--they actually listen to what you want, not just what they feel like doing. They almost always have coupons available, which is a great bonus, and the gel polish lasts forever--seriously impressive. Reliable, welcoming, and truly pampering. They were very excited that we were coming in and told her we would receive a 15% new customer discount. When we arrived they were not ready for both of us. My friend got started first while I waited. They tried to push us into a $75 pedi. Gave us no other options. We both said we wanted just a basic pedicure. My pedicure was not relaxing at all. My technician was rough cutting my nails and cuticles. She brought out a bowl of hot stones. I said again that I only wanted a basic pedicure. She got the color I selected and painted a coat on one foot. It was not the color I selected. I told her it was the wrong color. She said she misunderstood and got the correct color but was visibly annoyed. She took off the wrong color and repainted the correct color, with no base coat. She finished my polish and walked away. No lotion on my feet or legs. I had to very carefully put on my shoes as she did not offer me the disposable flip flops or did not put my sandals on before painting my toes. At check out they told us neither discount was applicable. And were attempting to charge us $150 for two pedicures. The two women argued, the one helping us threw her hands up, walked away, and told us the other woman would help us. We finally settled on $50/pedicure...because we "looked mad" She said it was so expensive because they only use their products once so it's clean. Isn't that how it typically is at every other salon? Stay away!! They lure you in with fake discounts and provide terrible service and terrible customer service. Outrageously overpriced! read more

The paint quality is poor. In 28 years I've never asked for anyone to fix or clean up a finished manicure and pedicure. At the end I went home with one round foot and one square foot. They were annoyed I was asking them to fix it. I had a $10 discount so it would have cost me $86. Unless this is your usual place, try a different nail salon. Not worth the hassle. read more

Went to salon this morning to have a last minute girls day with my best friend as we've had a rough few months with deaths in our family, cancer, etc. to only have this add to our bad experiences during this already difficult time. During the service, two of the three employees giggled and laughed at my best friend and I. We turned on a translator app to find that they had been mocking us and saying rude things about us during the service. Once discovering this - I almost got up and walked out but decided to stay just because my best friend and I were already 1/2 way through the service. Upon returning home, I discovered that the original polish I had on my toes had not been taken off and it clearly shows the outline under the new polish - all this for a basic $50 plus tip pedicure which now means I'll have to get it redone or redo myself. I should've saved myself the $$$. We also remembered that we did not get the 20% discount for being first time customers which their sign outside displayed. I want to add that normally I only make positive reviews, but this negative experience wasn't even worthy of 1 star due to the comments made by the employee and was worthy of making known. Do NOT recommend this salon due to the above two things happening and will go anywhere else in the area, except here next time. I was trying to find a nail place open on Labor Day and this one was. I waited over 30 mins for my appointment and when I got up to leave they said it would be 5 more minutes, which it was actually 10 mins. They did a good job but they wouldn't do the manicure and pedicure together which wasn't what I wanted, I had asked them to do it together, and they were doing it for another lady. So I was on vacation and I decided to get a quick fill at Elite Nail Spa. The woman did a good job reshaping and painting my nails and did it in about 35 min. I saw the coupon for new customers get 10 off any service. They only gave me 5 off... Once I was ready to pay I asked the worker if my nails were dry and she said they were... the moment I tried getting my card out , they chipped. I am giving two stars only because they have a first time client promotion. I visited the salon for a pedicure and the girl who did my feet hardly even attempted to get the dead skin off. To be honest I didn't even noticed while I was in the chair because I hadn't had a pedicure due to covid in so long. I was in the car almost home when I noticed my feet looked like I didn't have get a pedicure. I was fuming. I didn't have time to go back and then at that point said screw it. He quickly explained that he is great at French tips and would put lots of love into my nails before I let him do his thing. Freaking phenomenal my nails were perfect for over 2 and a half weeks no chips or problems. Came back for a fill in and got a nice lady nail tech. I didn't get her name but she was also very kind and helped me pick my color out. She recommended I round my nails out a little more this time and I just kind of agreed and also let her do her thing. This place is a tad expensive for sure but your manicure or pedicure will last weeks. They may suggest their own styles and I highly recommend you just go with it because if you let them do what they think will look good it's usually literal perfection. I have gone to Elite a few times. It started when my normal nail salon had no openings when I really needed a manicure. I was pleasantly surprised with their service, albeit a bit more expensive. I was terribly disappointed today when I was working from home, 5 minutes from there and called to ask if I could get in and out for a manicure within 50 minutes, as I had a 1 hour break available. I had asked the same of my other nail salon and they totally made it happen. I arrived for a 4 pm appt and left at 5:55. I missed 2 client appts and left very stressed. I had reminded her that I just needed the basic manicure and needed to be out within an hour. I finally gave up. I will never go there again as it was a lie that I could be in and out in an hour - and it cost me lost business. read more

I used to go to the Nails.com location but now that I work in the Ponte Vedra Beach, this is so much more convenient. From walking in the door and being greeted immediately with very friendly vibes to the very end. 10s across the board. I got my nails done by Christina, she did STELLAR. Perfect on the shape, perfect on cutting my cuticles, on the design and on just customer care. She asked me to look over my nails and shape and make sure it was exactly how I wanted, made sure I was perfectly happy with my designs. They charged my daughter, who was there by herself, $80.00, for a fill in and polish. $80.00 and they charged our friend who was there an hour before $60.00! I am sure that is because she was with her mother. SHAME on you, taking advantage of a teenage girl! When I called the manager said he would give me $10.00 off the next visit! Not the best experience. I went and got a manicure and pedicure done. My pedicure lasted about 5-7 minutes which is ridiculous. The lady who did my manicure was really nice and she actually cleaned/ evened out my nails. However, the gel looks like lumpy on my nails. Might have been my fault since I did go an hour before closing and they must have been rushing and it definitely felt like they rushed me. Sucks because I was looking for a new permanent nail salon.
