I got a super cool nail fungus here! I saw the guy use dirty equipment on me and I was too weak to say hey don't do that. He can tell by my face it's upsetting so he stopped. First, let me say my negative review is not on the nail techs. Lily, Hanna and Tao always do a fantastic job. My issue is with pricing and management. I had SNS for a while and to save little money I was going to have them removed. I decided to get gel polish instead which is an up charge I know. But management also charged me to remove the SNS saying it was extra. I argued that the process was the same regardless if I had walked in with gel polish vs. SNS i.e soak, wrap and drill. And that since I had elected to put gel polish back on should not have been charged for removal. Had I not gotten the gel polish, I would not have had an issue with the removal cost. He refused to credit the removal fee. Here is a picture of my charges for all to see so next time you know what you are being charged. read more

My tech Pao is very accommodating and she does nail immaculately. I love perfection and she is on point. My nails usually pop off chip and break when I go other places but they lasted a whole month. Big place. Very big place. Lots of chairs, lots of staff. I was amazed when I walked in. As you would expect there are lots of options at lots of price levels. Since I was paying for four pedicures, we all opted for the same thing. My pedicure was fine and it was done by Lynn who is fun and claims she has magic hands. My negative (minus one star) was that since everyone got the same thing and they all started at the same time, you would think that we would all get the same treatments and finish about the same time....not the case. Maybe it is just me, but I prefer to get a time limit (45, 60, etc minutes) and then let the therapist decide what she needs to spend more time on. My wife's lasted 65 minutes, mine 55 minutes, my daughter's 45 minutes and my other daughter 55 minutes. Maybe I am wrong, I am certainly not an expert on pedicures, but I do know what I like. Friendly people. Plenty of parking. Prices seemed reasonable. read more

The absolute worst! My 14 yrs old daughter went in with 2 friends, all she needed was her nails filled down, reshaped and a fill. They soaked off her brand new nails and replaced it with this monstrosity and then charged her $82. The worst nails I have ever seen. During the session she asked for them to be cut down, and the technician told her they would be filed down afterwards. They also over charged her friend for a fill. I went in and spoke to the manager and was told they would only repair it. I was not eligible for it a refund. I finally convinced my coworker to get a manicure (and later a pedicure) after seeing the calluses on his hand and I was super excited about it because he's never had either. He felt like it wasn't masculine to do so but I turned it into a group effort and got most of our company's development team to participate. With 7 of us, trying to find a place that will do all of us at once at the time we wanted was worrisome but I found this place doing a Google search. I made an appointment and I thought they would be prepared for us. When we all got there at the appointment time we all had to wait until some of the staff were finished with prior clients until they got to all of us, which took about an hour. I will say that I enjoyed my pedicure when it was my turn. I got the Moscato pedicure which came with cup of moscato. Everyone did say that they enjoyed their pedicure. The manicure, well... We got the classic manicure which didn't really wow anyone, just a simple soak, nail trimming and shaping, hand and arm massage, and polish for some people. My coworker who needed his calluses removed was told that there was nothing that could be done about them. We later wondered if he had gotten a deluxe mani that they would've attempted to do something, try to upsell, ya know? So he was a bit let down by that and I was hurt for him. I'm on the fence about getting my hands done here but pedicures seem to be a-ok, just not for a large group. read more

I absolutely love coming here! This is the best nail salon I have come across during my time in Jacksonville. Their pieces are comparable to other local salons, but their customer service is above any other. I've been coming since they've opened. Today (9/18/2021) I came in with a couple broken/chipped dipped nails after about a week. I've never had issues with SNS before so I was very surprised. They recommended that I do redo the entire set, so I decided to go back to French. Demi did my nails and at the end, her and the manager only charged me $10 for the service because of issue. A great job of trimming my toe nails exactly as I requested. Best trim in a long time and a huge improvement over the previous one.

I got my nails done here, and it chipped within a day. I called them and made an appt to get 4 nails fixed. 3 in one hand, 1 in the other. I have been getting gel polish for a very long time (elsewhere) and I usually have good results. They don't last the longest but at least 2 weeks, not 1 day. When I arrived, and checked in. The guy looked at my hands and then told me to sit down. (No one was around, and I had an appt). After waiting he called me to get them fixed with him; while the whole time telling me I broke them myself because I was too rough. Ummm, Sir, I don't do hard labor and I've been getting my nails done for a while. I think I'd know if I did it myself. After I sat down, he refused to fix the left hand saying it'll be too thick. But I was tired from work and not in the mood to argue. He filed the three fingers on my right hand roughly. Then slapped some nail polish. It was so sloppy it got all over my Cuticles. He forced my hand under the curing machine, I pulled back and requested to have it cleaned before it hardens. He said ok ok but continued to put my hand under the light. He added a top coat which made the polish stick more to my skin. Then he took a file and began filing over my cuticle. That didn't work so he took a cuticle cuter and began chomping away on the polish around the cuticles. Which hurt and made the nails look even worse (see pic). After he put the oil he got up and walked away. No words nothing. I sat there for a few minutes and then asked the lady next to my station if I was done. She spoke to him in in a different language, then she looked at me and said yes you're done. I asked for his name, she said it is Henry. Henry did an absolutely terrible job! I understand he was not the one who initially did my nails. But that doesn't mean he can do a sloppy job and blame it on me. The gentleman (Loc) who initially did my nails was far more kinder, patient , and his work was very clean! If anyone visits this place, ask for LOC and please avoid getting services from Henry. I will not be returning to this place. read more

Had a terrific experience here today! I have been apprehensive about getting personal services which coronavirus remains a threat. Bellezza's safety precautions put me at ease. I was asked to wash my hands when I first arrived and noticed hand sanitizer available throughout the shop. They require everyone to wear masks (including customers), enforce distancing, and even have clear plexiglass shields between you and the technician for added safety.
