I'm updating my review based on my experience today. On my next visit I had a much better…read moreexperience. Had a very good massage and a strong attention to detail. I tried the jelly pedicure which is supposed to help exfoliate your feet. A powder was added to the water which made the water turn into a jelly-like substance which you soak your feet in. They then massage your feet and legs with the jelly. So it was different than anything I've had elsewhere. Prior review: The staff is friendly, and the salon is clean, but they do not give the best pedicure, as they rushed through, I think I was in the chair for 20 minutes. I've had better, so this would not be my first choice. The best part of getting a pedicure, besides having your nails look nice, is feeling pampered, and their treatment was lacking, no massage at all, very little scrubbing and sloughing, and not much cuticle trimming. They need to take an extra 20 minutes and provide more attention to detail.

They greet me by name, we schedule appointments in advance, and about 90% of the time we walk in and are seated immediately. We're never rushed and are always treated like we're the only customers in the salon. The space is consistently clean and well-maintained, the employees are friendly and professional, and--most importantly--they actually listen to what you want, not just what they feel like doing. They almost always have coupons available, which is a great bonus, and the gel polish lasts forever--seriously impressive. Reliable, welcoming, and truly pampering. This is exactly how a nail salon should be.

This is one of the most convenient nail salons to where I live, and it's the one I find myself…read moregoing to when I look down at my nails at home and think "yikes". I almost exclusively get regular pedicures, so this review is based on that. The folks are friendly, and their chairs are comfortable. The pricing is in line with what other local spas charge, and their "basic" pedicure at $33 still includes a few perks. The biggest pro for me is the quality of their polishes. They don't have to grab one from a wall but rather choose from samples, and then they bring out a box with that polish in it. The polishes I get here consistently stay on for weeks with little to no chipping, which indicates to me that they're both solid at technique and also at ensuring the polishes they're using are of good quality and not too old or dried out. I've also never had an issue with nail damage here. On my latest visit, I overheard them working to make sure a client who didn't like their polish color got a satisfactory resolution even though it added a fair bit of workload to the nail technician. I'll keep going back.
