I used to love this place. Affordable manicures and pedicures. The last year or so the quality has really gone down. They started cutting my nails too short to where they hurt. And twice now this week I have tried to stop in to get my eyebrows waxed after dropping off my child at preschool. I have waited until 940 for someone to show up. The door clearly states that they open at nine. I finally left at 9:40, because no one came. There's way too much competition to deal with this. read more

I'm so upset. I've been coming here for over 2 years. And today not only did I have to be there waiting for over 3 hours. The colors I chose were not even the correct colors. Lastly, it looks like my cuticles got in a fight with scissors or knives. Bleeding on several nails and there's residual dip powder that's now hardened around my cuticles. I get they were busy for the holiday today (Good Friday) but I made an appointment for 1pm. I didn't leave until 4:15pm. There were other ladies that came in after me and got same services as myself that ALL left before me as well. Like as if my time was not just as valuable as the other ladies. I was also supposed to get a manicure and never received one. Just rushed into my nails after I spoke up about how long I'd been waiting. I've been a customer with them for over 2 yrs, and sadly because I was not treated as such, I will no longer be coming back. I "so say" got a discount. But I had a stamp card that is supposed to take $25 off of pedicure. I normally pay $80 there every time I go. She so say gave me a discount on top of the $25 off my pedicure with punch card because I had to wait for so long after my apt. Then explain how I was charged $60 for dip nails and $2 after $25 off from punch card for pedicure?? Unbelievable! Never again. Really disappointed. Toes were awesome, nails are horrible! I give this place 1 star because I was actually greeted when I walked in. I walked in they said there is a 30 min wait. Fine. Waited for 30 then was told a couple more minutes. Nothing after that. Didn't even get offered water while waiting. Then I was seated in a massage chair with feet in basin. Sat about 20 mins. I asked how much longer they said "almost done " whatever that means. Anyway after all the half ass answers I decided to leave. Sad to say but the Client next to me seemed more concerned about my time then the business. I won't be returning obviously. Just a tip if you are a walk in and they say 30 min wait. Leave and make an appointment which they failed to let me know for next time. read more

I recently moved to the Spring area, and I've run into some subpar nail salons. I stumbled upon this place and gave it a go. There were several polishes, powders, and gels, from which, to choose. The staff was attentive and polite. There wasn't a lot of unnecessary banter which was a plus for me. My nail techs meticulously worked to ensure my nails looked fabulous. I was quite pleased with the service I received. I'm glad I finally found my new nail salon!!! read more

They used to be really good. The staff was nice, they did quality work and their prices were decent. Not anymore. I recently went in for a pedicure and french tips and paid almost $80!! Without warning they increased their prices and my mani and pedi were poorly done. The nail tech cut me twice and placed the acrylic too far away from my cuticles making it look like I needed a refill not even 3 days after. I really did not want to give them anymore of my money but because of the type of mani I got, I wanted to make sure the refill was done correctly. So I called to schedule an appointment for a refill and the service was even worse. They pushed my appointment back by an hour and when I got there I still had to wait. I don't usually play the race card but in this case I have no doubt I was treated so poorly because of the color of my skin. They catered to other women that did not look like me and quickly placed them in a chair when they arrived - with or without an appointment. I will not ever be coming back here. The ladies here are so professional, and kind! Today, because they were super busy, they gave us all chocolates because some of us had to wait longer than usual and they were concerned we might be hungry. So thoughtful! Plus, they won't let you make a bad decision. One woman wanted to pair a blue polish with a glitter polish that clashed, and her nail tech helped her find a more suitable color. RUDE RUDE AND RUDE, they speak English but they don't bother to thank customers for the tip, I felt like if a robot was doing my nails. Will never use these RUDE women. I've been here once before and it was decent but this time just was not it. I was a walk in and was seated pretty quickly. They offered a drink, the pregnant woman there was a sweetheart, but the woman who did my nails said a total of two things to me: "this color?" and "no this side" in reference to the way I exit the chair. The job she did on my nails was also just not good. I went in with pretty long toes, something to work with, and I left with them being uneven and messy. The pinky toe is still sharp on the side from not being filed down on the end. It just was a less than great experience but my mother in laws nails (done by the pregnant woman) looked great. read more

First time here. Stopped by on a Tuesday around noon. Was greeted promptly, picked out my pedi color, and was sent to a big, comfy chair. Very clean, relaxing, and comfortable place. Here is what stands out to me when I leave this nail salon for another. I usually go elsewhere out of convenience. Everyone at this salon is friendly. Some things are different but I have been going to this salon for over 20 years. Now that my child comes along, I do not get dirty looks like she is going to tear the place down singlehandedly because she is two years old. This happens sometimes when I go other places. She sits in her stroller and minds her own business or watches the people get their services done. When they have free time, they paint my child's nails and talk to her like she is a person. Love Nails by Jenn!! I found this hidden gem today when I desperately needed a pedicure. It had been 5 months and I had just been trimming my nails at home. I walked in after work and they were able to take me immediately. Theresa gave me an amazing pedicure. I asked for a flower and she redid it because she wasn't satisfied with it. My feet are soft as butter and my legs are more relaxed than they have been in months. I also got a manicure without polish and they buffed my nails until they shine like they put lacquer on them. I got my eyebrows waxed as well and altogether the total was $60. $60!! That's such a great deal. Ask for Theresa when you go. She's fantastic and super sweet! read more

Been coming here for about a month now and the older lady with glasses usually does my feet she takes her time and is very nice. My hands the lady with the medium length curly hair does them and she's real nice and does a good job. But today unfortunately it got kind of busy and the lady I posted a picture of (straight hair no bangs) started on my nails and I did not apperciate after making the decision of wanting a purple I changed my mind to a pink and she started talking to real loud and aggressive in her language and although I can't understand her a customer next to me and myself could clearly see and understand from the tone of her voice and body language she had a problem with my color change. (which I did before she even started painting also being a paying customer that has to wear the color 2+ more weeks I should get as I please). I asked to wait for my regular curly hair women because of her attitude and she didn't apologize just said "OKAY FINE". I will never let that lady touch my hands or feet again do not do business with this rude lady. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. read more

Everyone there was so nice and they had a good selection of season appropriate colors however the place smells very strongly of acetone and the massage chairs were slightly uncomfortable. Everything was very clean but I was not overly impressed with anything. The massage was good, the hot stones were nice but nothing was amazing. They are expensive for a basic nail salon. There were no tv's, only could slightly hear the music, never offered any drinks and a Deluxe Pedicure was $40 (vs the average of about $30). They don't seem to be very strong in the nail art area either. Overall I give this place an "It's ok" I wouldn't go back but I also wouldn't say it is bad either. read more

Wonderful experience. Nice staff and awesome prices! My 8 year old and I went for a manicure and pedicure with gel polish. Hers was only $55 and mine was $10 more because of a gel soak-off. We went to a water park resort for vacation and it lasted. My daughter is rough on her nails an pointed out it was a record for her! read more

I was referred to this nail salon by a friend who has been a 8+ year client of Nails by Jenn and was consistently pleased with their work. I was very specific with regard to what I wanted done to my nails and exactly how I wanted them to look when done. Traci listened to every word! I've been wearing acrylic over-lays on my natural nails for many years and have tried out several different salons in attempt to locate an individual who does REALLY QUALITY WORK and finally my search is over.
