Another cute holiday set. Halloween of course. Didn't go all out because we had a business dinner to go to but I had to get a little something. Nick did these. He's gotten SO good at designs. Watch out Don . They are both masters of design. I have only cheated on them one time only because they were on vacation and I needed to change them for my son's wedding. Nick did so good on my nails and toes. I want to say thank you so so much for getting me in and out in 2 hours bc I had different nail tech cancel on me last minute and rushed to find a place but had a lash appt at 2:30. A full set of acrylic nails and toes with French tip so fast abs did so perfect. I'm really picky with my nails and he delivered!!! He was soooo fast but still managed to get every detail right. I went to this nail salon for the first time yesterday. I found them here on yelp, read some reviews and called to make sure they were open before driving to them. They didn't pick up but immediately called me back. They told me to send them ideas of what I wanted and then quoted me a price. I booked an appointment, sent a deposit (that went towards the total of my set). When I got there 10 minutes before my appointment time, I was seated and didn't have to wait like I've had to do at other nail salons that give you an "appointment". The salon was clean and well lit. My set came out exactly, if not even better than what I asked for. Will update on retention once time passes by. So far, I'm in love and will be returning! The first time I got my nails done I went to Nails of America and felt meh about my nails. Saw the great reviews here and decided to try it out. These folks are definitely experts. I got EXACTLY what I wanted from my inspo photo and it was $30 CHEAPER than the first place. Cheaper and higher quality? I will absolutely be coming back here. I chose this salon mainly because it's close to home ( we just moved to the area) and all of the 5 star reviews. Everyone is very nice and Lee, my pedicure tech, was very nice and soft handed. I loved her services. I got a full set with nude powder and I wanted something simple and short because I am a teacher and don't want my nails to get in the way. I showed the girl a picture of the nails I wanted and she also asked me what I usually got at my old salon, I told her I usually get dip because I don't like thick nails, now I understand I didn't get dip this time but I did ask her if she could make sure they were thin. Everything was fine until another girl walked in wanting a full set. I'm assuming they didn't want her to wait long so I felt like she tried to rush through my right hand. She didn't shape nails right, I asked her for square round, they are all spiky and weird. The nails on my right had are all different shapes and sizes. I wanted to say something about them but she had already moved on to the new customer and the receptionist had to reshape my nails and put on my top coat. Even when he tried to fix them, the nails just didn't look right, in all, I am definitely not going back to this place. I would also read through all the reviews before making a decision, I saw a giveaway sign in the shop that I don't agree with. So take those 5 star reviews with a grain of salt. read more

I called and got a same appointment in the afternoon, and although it was close to closing time, Nick paid such careful attention to detail. He even filed the underside of my nails! Most salons a don't do that since you can't tell from the top if the bottom is bumpy looking. The price was also super reasonable, especially for the intricate design that I asked for. Terrible customer service. Terrible attitudes. They are very talented at doing nails, so good I contemplated going back after receiving the service I got. The day I went, I was indecisive and when I did decide on what I wanted my tech continually told me he couldn't do the colors I asked. Asked for ideas (initially said he didn't have any). I was definitely over charged and requested an itemized receipt, I believe that was the icing on everything. Later I called to confirm the pricing because $90 for a refill and basic pedicure just didn't sit well with me and they confirmed the pricing. About a minute later I get a call back chastising me about why I called to confirm the pricing. The guy was very rude and condescending. He then hung up on my face. Super ugly, and very sad that they really could care less about giving quality service. Nail shops just aren't the same anymore. read more

Recently moved into the area and found this little gem on Yelp. It's sometimes hard to find a good salon and this place is actually great!! I like my nails short, and usually technicians are afraid to go too short and Tom really listened and wasn't afraid! I love them this short!! My daughter got full set with a color powder with Olivia and she did an phenomenal job!! And the acrylic is thin enough where it feels like your actual nail. I drive from Houston just to come here. About 45 minutes. I first had a gentleman do my nails and he did it EXACTLY as pictured and the last 2 times I've gone I've had Taylor and she is amazing. They all do a beautiful job. I'm glad I finally found a salon I trust. All their info is online and scheduling is easy if you're clear on what you want. I called on a Sunday afternoon and easily got an appointment for a dip manicure. When I got there, I showed a picture of what I wanted and was extremely pleased with the final result! I was offered a glass of wine to enjoy while the manicure was being done. They warranty their work! If anything happens to my manicure over the next 14 days, they said I can come back and they will fix it for no charge. Dip manicures are resilient so I don't expect anything to damage my nails but I am glad they will fix it if something happens. The salon is clean and has a lot of color options. I didn't get a pedicure this time but the chairs looked nice so I probably will next time. read more

Ask and you shall receive! I called an made an appointment since i was unsure if they accepted walk ins or not. My nail tech was Benz and he is nothing short of GREAT. He asked if I wanted anything to drink and provided me with water. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he delivered. He asked throughout the process if I was happy with the shape of my nails and made sure I was satisfied the entire time. Benz took his time with me and it shows. I will be returning to him in a few weeks for another amazing set. The nail salon is clean and inviting. While I was there a lady was getting what seemed to be an amazing massage with her pedicure (I was jealous) and will be making an appointment in a few days for a pedicure too. At the moment they only accept cash payment thru cash app or they have an ATM inside which is free of charge. They definitely earned a happy customer review from me. read more

I had posted a review previously, but I was contacted about removing it so I did. After careful consideration I'm putting this review back up. As a business owner myself, transparency from your clients absolutely matters, even if the reviews are less desirable and not five stars. Overall it was a good experience, however I really wish there was more clarity on what costs would be from the beginning. It was my first time at this spa and I was made to believe I'd be paying $50 for my set before we got started which seemed reasonable to me but I ended up paying $85 for my nails and with a tip, my total was almost $100! I was told it would be $15 for a soak off of my old nails, and $35 for the design I wanted. I had no clue that wasn't the cost of the set itself. I guess Don had me pay Nicks pricing so I can only imagine what I would have been paying if it was his actual prices. Personally I like getting my nails done and having nice looking sets because they make you feel good, but I can't see myself coming back here for acrylics because of the price and quality of the actual acrylic. The shape was on point so their motto "shape is more important than design" is spot on but paying as much as I did, I had really hoped they would last longer than two weeks. The acrylic became brittle and little pieces started chipping off of them! & no, not the gel polish, the actual acrylic! I would've had to get a whole new set instead of a fill, and likely spend another $100 to get nails again if I came back here. If you can afford that higher price and like to have nails changed every 1.5-2 weeks this spot is probably for you. If you have a bit of a lower budget for your nails, say $60-70, this may not be the best spot for you. read more
