I was on a short visit from NY and in need of a mani. I searched Yelp for something close to the hotel and visited the salon today due to the great reviews here. My nails were in HORRIBLE condition from acrylic damage and I've been covering it up with gel manicures. Another FA recommended DND and that was my goal today. I called made an appointment (seamless process and I highly recommend you do the same). I got there and was scheduled with Raymond for my service. The reviews are true, you will immediately fall in love with him. Such a friendly and genuine spirit, I immediately felt as if this wasn't my introduction to this salon. Raymond introduced himself and gave my nails a visual examination and immediately said I shouldn't do anything else to my nails except a manicure and no polish. He showed me all the damaged nails, explained how much more damage I would be doing if I didn't allow them to heal and also offered me some antifungal medication with a 4-week routine to get my nails on the right track. I have never in all my years (almost 20) of getting extensions had a nail tech go above and beyond to care about nail care. I can't tell you what that meant to me! I have so much respect for Raymond and Nails BB and I would highly recommend them. This kind of service didn't exist for me until today. Thank you, Raymond!!! Haven't been too a Nail Spa with great customer service and dedicated workers. The environment walking in wasn't awkward. I was approach as I walked in with my daughter. The lady was very nice. She handed me water and constantly was assisting. I think her name is Kat. We found this place on yelp and we set the appointment for 2 o'clock and right at 2 we were attended. Kevin did my gel manicure and he was friendly and did a great job. Raymond went out his way to do my gel pedicure even though he seem very busy. My pedicure was a success. He even even out my toe nails which have always been iffy. I will definitely come back. However some more nail items for designs would be nice. Overall very clean, organized and professional. I love this nail salon! The staff is so much fun and upbeat. They did an amazing job on my nails that are prone to breaking. The gel they put on had lasted 2 weeks already and still good. Elaine did a wonderful job on my hands and Kat and Raymond were so much fun. I got package 3 for myself, but my mom got package 5 and was in 7th heaven. I can't wait to go back. I've been here twice so far and it's a really nice nail shop with really nice employees. I've only gotten acrylics here and they do a good job (felt like $35 was a little much for a gel fill tho). Nice selection of gel colors, but gel colors only. My only one gripe is I had an appt for both times that I visited and each time I had to still wait to be helped. My first visit I was late to work because of it and I generally don't like any place that can't keep appointment times. I don't mind a little wait, 5-10 mins, but I shouldn't have to wait 30 mins after my appt. time to be seen. Now I will just have to only make appts on days I don't really have any other obligations because I can't rely on being seen on time. Still a 4.9 place for sure! read more

I went to BB Nails because I had an ingrown toenail. I was immediately given VIP treatment. Raymond took a look at my nail and said "no problem I'm going to fix you." This review is based off one visit, I wanted to wait after I gave it a few more visits but I've been so keen to comment. I came in for my appointment which I had to still wait for 15-20 minutes until a technician started to work on my nails. They seem to do that quite often because that same day there was another woman who was waiting for a while. That didn't really bother me because I wasn't in a rush that day but just needed to inform you guys so you could know making appointments might not turn out so timely. Overall the atmosphere is very friendly, Kat is very very friendly a nice face to walk to and very helpful. I had my toes done by Raymond, he's great. It's been a week today, he's really good at painting nails but a bit off when it comes to shaping. I had my manicure done by Katia (might have misspelled her name, sorry), she was very sweet but really off when it comes to shaping and painting nails she's not detailed and so I could see the first coat she did because the second didn't cover all. My manicure chipped around the 5th day, I feel like had I got it done with Raymond then it would've lasted because he's very meticulous. I will be coming back again, but this time I'll be doing both with Raymond. So far so good and I'm really glad. I hope this experience carries on I really want this place to be my go to! read more

I went to this place because it's around the corner from my home. I ha e been twice and I won't go back. My pedicure nail polish lasted 1 week and 3 days respectively. For the price I paid the polish should have lasted longer. I paid extra for a longer massage and I was disappointed. The salon is clean and nice but the cod isn't worth the pedicure. read more

If I could give it a 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional and greedy establishment. I walked in for a fill and pedicure and a manicure for my daughter. I asked if they had time and stated what I wanted several times yet the owners claim was "she only heard two pedicures." Whatever BUT the worst thing they did was they didn't even tell me that that they wouldn't be able to do my fill until after they finished my pedicure. I was livid and disappointed in the owners lack of professionalism on the matter. She should have started with I will not be able to do your fill today do you still want the pedicure. BUT because they're a business of money they never mentioned that they wouldn't be able to do my fill UNTIL the pedicure was finished. I paid because it was not the fault of the ladies who did my pedicure or my daughters manicure but I was disappointed in their professionalism. I will AVOID THEM ALL TOGETHER.
