Service was mediocre this time. I came in with my husband, and he requested his services first. However, they began working on me before him, which caused understandable frustration. The order of service should be respected, especially when clearly requested. Toward the end, the receptionist--who was not involved in the nail services--approached my husband and told him he could leave while the technician was still finishing his nails. This interaction was inappropriate, disrespectful, and felt discriminatory because he is black and I am white. This is especially disappointing because this has been our regular spot for the past couple of years. Unfortunately, due to this experience, we will not be returning. read more

The first time I went was months before for the same--manicure and pedicure-- but, did not receive the same talent or courtesy as this trip. I'm not much of a talker and I appreciate this nail tech attempting to make effort at a conversation. Also, the suggested color was from my niece's nail tech. The staff here is really kind, and I always feel taken care of when I come in. My nails turn out great every time, and what I really like is that the salon doesn't feel overwhelming or rushed like some other places I've been to. The wait is usually pretty reasonable, and they accept walk-ins when it's not too busy, which is super convenient. Prices are fair--about the same as other spots, if not a little cheaper--and the quality is solid. My nails consistently last at least 3 weeks without issues. Everyone here is amazing, but absolutely love my girl LISA!!! I can never choose one nail polish color so she is so incredibly artistic and fun and has kept me totally inspired. I do hair for a living, so I appreciate other people's artwork and their talent. Her tools are always sanitized and constantly being clean while she's doing my service she's never even clipped me or nipped me at all with the clippers and she also has never burned me with the gel X extensions. She knows exactly what my style is and she works quickly and efficiently. She is totally worth the money and she does not even charge what her talent deserves. i've been seeing her now for almost 3 years and I can't imagine trusting anybody else! Horrible pedicure service, nails uneven, nails paid extra didn't scrub my feet, had to ask her to scrub. My toes were filed unevenly, when I asked them to fix it the manager looked at me like nothing was wrong. Front desk guy is friendly. Got a mani/pedi. She spent more time looking out the window than paying attention to my feet. When it came time for my manicure, she asked if I wanted my nails cut. I told her, just even them out. I came in with nails and left with nubs, uneven ones at that. My cuticles don't even look like they were touched. They charge $2.35 to use a credit/debit card, and parking is very limited. Very disappointing and now my nails look stupid. read more

This place is great! I've gotten my nails done here twice and they've come out beautifully both times. This recent time, I went in with a broken nail and was helped out by Nikki. I really appreciated how she explained how often I should get fills vs starting fresh to keep my nail's integrity because I am new to getting my nails done. I tried getting this red glass at a different salon and was not happy with it, but she was able to do exactly what I wanted! I came here on a whim because I really needed a pedicure. First, the parking lot is extremely small and is super packed and it's difficult to find parking. Once I finally found parking I walked into the salon and OMG!! It reeks!! Not a foul smell but a STRONG chemical smell from all the materials they are using. FYI they have NO WINDOWS or the front door open! Everything is CLOSED. Automatically I felt myself getting pretty light headed but I stuck it out since I went through the trouble of getting parking and coming 20 minutes out my way. Second thing is, I didn't like was there was no pricing on the walls, I looked everywhere and there was no sign. Once I sat in the chair, that's when they gave me the price list. I felt a bit rush to pick what I wanted and look at the prices and compare what is better for me. So I picked and they started on me. The pedicure came out nice and neat and it is what I asked for. I have no complaints there, they do a good job Will I be coming back here? No unfortunately, the smell is what really seals the deal for me since I felt extremely sick after on my way home. I strongly recommend using a mask or they at least provide a mask or open the door to have some ventilation. besides that, everyone was very nice and did a good job and helped me right away. Called ahead to ask about an eyebrow wax and was told no appointment was needed and that I could walk in and be seen right away. I arrived about 10 minutes later, and they said it would be a 15-minute wait. After waiting nearly 40 minutes, I asked how much longer and was told it would be another 20 minutes because only one person could do eyebrow waxing. Very frustrating experience, especially after being told I could get in right away. I would have appreciated honest timing instead of wasting my time. read more
