This is my second time coming for a pedicure and I've got to say both times have been great. It's a clean salon with a quiet ambiance. First time I came I got a gel pedicure. It was way overdue but the gel lasted me a good month and a half, no chipping. This second time I came on a Thursday afternoon and was sat immediately. I got the same gel pedicure and later in the service decided to get a gel manicure. I had the done work simultaneously and with care. My pedicure did take longer since I was doing a French tip, but overall my services took less than 40min. I've been coming here for a while, mostly for gel pedicures, but recently for acrylic nails. I had an issue with some chrome that I got where it was chipping. I'd never gotten chrome before and apparently it's just moody that way. They agreed to change the color and the woman who helped me, Tiffany, did an entire fill. She took very good care of me (everyone I've ever worked with has too!) and they did not charge me anything. They would not let me pay, even though I asked several times. I'm just really impressed. I was already impressed before, that's why I continued to return, I even brought my kids here for their first little manicures, which they loved! But I just think they went above and beyond in this experience. Again, I am extremely impressed. And to my grateful and thankful surprise, I came upon Nails BB and my experience there was absolutely amazing!! The staff was extremely professional, friendly with all their customers and both nail technicians asked questions and took their time during my mani and pedi session. I did not have an appointment but they were able to accommodate me quickly since they are fully staffed and the nail salon is spacious (and very clean) with several spa chairs and regular nail stations. I was very pleased with the work from two nail technicians and the nail color applied was flawless. I did bring my own nail color but they have a good selection of colors. Pricing depends on the package selected, which is displayed on a laminated service menu that is given to you when you are seated. I selected two packages: package #1 regular manicure $25 and package # 1 regular pedicure (technician named Lilly) for $25. I added an additional service which was $5 extra. The price points seem to be slightly higher than surrounding nail salons but the service provided was excellent. read more

Due to a personal time crunch, I got a gel manicure (white with a sparkle topcoat) and express pedicure. The staff was quick, kind, and attentive to my requests. I've gotten dip powder for years now. They typically last on my nails for 2.5-3 weeks. I've gotten them from this location twice and both times my nails have chipped in 2 todays. The first time it happened, a male manager approached the situation trying to indirectly blame me. He asked me a series of questions like who did them (I couldn't tell him her name) so he decided to go on the cameras to see if I really came in. I told him I could bring in my receipt and he proceeded to say he would rather check the cameras... so he checked the cameras and asked me what day, time, what did I have on, etc. It was annoying but I didn't think anymore of it because I still got my nails fixed. This time it happens, a female manager asked me to come back in a few hours because they were busy. I proceeded to ask her how long she thinks it will take to fix my nails and she got an attitude as if I was wasting her time.... Like my time and money haven't been wasted coming back up here after already spending my money and time here two days ago. I tried to explain to her that I was going out of town the next day and getting my nails done later was throwing some things off so I just needed to have an idea so I can plan accordingly. She has the nerve to say "well I don't know what to tell you, I already told you to come back later because we are busy now." Like excuse me?! No apology or care for the inconvenience this has caused. You guys are in the wrong here and I've already spent my money here and this has happened twice. After I get my nails fixed (again) for my trip, I will no longer be using their services. I value great customer service and quality product and I'm just now experiencing it here at all. read more

First time I experienced getting gelx nails, not my favorite so far. I think because I'm used to powdered gel and acrylic tips for length. They were a bit under staffed, they put me with Jason. He was nice, but felt he was a bit rushed- I don't know how I feel about my nails...I like them, but definitely need to get used to it. Only thing about gelx that glue gets stuck under your nails and causes it to harden and when it's removed, just looks messy. I came in for gel x and I had a great experience. The nail tech did a great job with doing exactly what I wanted. I came back 3 weeks later to get Hard Gel nails and they didn't last ONE week! The nail tech also didn't make the "French" tips the same size on each nail. Some are thicker or higher on the corners. Just a rushed process... I paid $55 for hard gel nails because they're suppose to last 3-4 weeks compared to regular gel. I was so disappointed with the quality of the work. I came in for a fill on my builder gel nails which I originally got done at this salon but unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. I asked specifically for builder gel, and the technician used polygel instead. When I politely pointed it out, she looked at me like I was clueless and dismissed my request. I waited awhile to write this review to see if my nails would last - they lasted for 4 weeks!! They probably could have lasted for longer if I wasn't so rough with my hands at work. I was looking for a nail salon that could fit me in late on a Tuesday evening (due to my hectic schedule) to do my nails for a festival and they were extremely accommodating. I usually do my own gel x nails, but I didn't have the time and patience to do this design on myself and honestly just needed the self care time. That being said I am typically hesitant to go to a nail salon for gel x nails since there's usually not a ton of attention to detail, but Kim gave me the best gel x set I've ever gotten from a nail salon. I was pleasantly surprised!! She did all the necessary prep steps and more to ensure my nails would last, AND hand painted everything. I thought maybe they'd use the little charms or stickers but when she whipped out the super thin brush to paint the twinkles I was shocked - and she absolutely nailed it. The price was very reasonable given the design I asked for, and the salon was very very clean. Last time I went to a nail salon for gel x for just a basic color, I ended up paying more for them than I did for this set. I don't remember the name of the man at the front desk but he was also very nice. I was so so so so in love with this set and I couldn't stop staring at my hands, and I got a ton of compliments. I have yet to go back because of my busy schedule but I'm looking forward to it! read more
