Shannon is personable and easy to talk too! My first time in the salon and we talked as if we've known each other for years. When it was all said and done I was extremely happy with my hands and feet when I left and truthfully I only went to get a full set; I explained how some of my toe nails would split or just completely fall off. She explained why it happens and offered a long term solution which no one has ever done before! Nails look great toenails don't have any splits and it's been almost 2 weeks!

They looked like a nice,cute, professionally run nail shop, but boy was I wrong. I booked my appointment two days in advance online for a builder gel manicure. It allowed me to book the reservation at 2:45 pm with Kendra Smith. When I get there right on time, I was informed that Kendra is not even a manicurist. I was told she was a pedicurist. Why in the world would they allow people to book with a pedicurist for a manicure? The young lady that greeted me looked at me almost like I was supposed to know this, it was my first time patronizing this business!! How was I to know that their website will allow you to book with the wrong person. That is their error, not mine. There was no apology made and I was told that I can wait until 3:45 PM ( a full hour for another manicurist to be available). I told the young lady that was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. She agreed it was unprofessional and that Kendra should have made her aware of my appointment , but she just left for the day, not even mentioning it. I was sitting there dumbfounded. Also, no concessions were made. Again, not even an apology or an alternative. I just left in frustration. I unfortunately wasted an hour of my day driving there for no reason. Do not go to this place of business as they are inconsiderate and horribly run.

    Van is a HORRIBLE STORE OWNER!!! NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD…read moreFirst, ONLY & LAST time I will be coming here. Brianna is the nail tech that did my services. She does a fine job but she had a few mistakes with my services nothing bad overall just a few nicks which did hurt but apart of the process. She did my French pedi & it was in fact very chipped! FIRST ISSUE She used her nails to clean the edges at times so that was why. I called to get my toes fixed the next day when I noticed it. I was told you anything you need fixed you must return to the person that serviced you. Which was false because, Bri the next day called at 8:27am asking me to come in at 9 & also said anyone can service you. Now at this point two staff members in the same place are saying two different things. SECOND ISSUE Long story short Bri scheduled me for 7:40pm (aftr hrs) it's an appt only nail salon. I told her I couldn't come at 9am when she called me 8:27am. I missed my appt honest mistake. I forgot to call saying I won't be able to make it. By 8:15pm that night I received a phone call about the missed appt from Brianna she said she was upset I didn't show up for my appointment. I understood why she would be upset & profusely apologized countless times about 10+ times because I understood my mistake in not calling kept her at work for longer than she needed to be. At that time I asked her when she would be next available because I still need to have my toes fixed & I felt so bad at what just happened I wanted to compensate her. I let her know I will definitely compensate her I know it wouldn't change me not showing for my appt but at least I wanted her to know I am truly sorry and wanted to show her with compensation as well. She told me she'll be off for the next couple of days (Sun-Mon) but wanted to call and tell me that she's upset and don't know what to do because she's so angry I missed the appt. SHE DID NOT EVER MENTION A POLICY! I let her know no problem I'll call next week & come whenever I am able to. After all that transpired, I thought "water under the bridge" because a PERSON IS DOING THEIR BEST TO CORRECT A MISTAKE THEY MADE AS WE NATURALLY DO AS HUMANS NO INSTEAD I WAS BLOCKED! Which is SO silly because I came to get my services done initially what makes you think I can't drive back there? So I did! That's when Van the manager let me know that her and Bri talked & decided they will not give me any services because of "policy". A policy that Brianna never mentioned on the phone at any point on our phone call because she was "so upset she didn't know what to do" if she didn't allow emotions to take over and just do her job & mention policy then obviously I wouldn't be calling again to get my toes. Then I find out I'm BLOCKED! Explain to me how this is a resolution for a customer that paid $230 for services ALREADY & needed to come back to GET MY TOES FIXED THAT BRIANNA MESSED UP I came to Van & acknowledged yes I was wrong I made a mistake and did whatever I thought was a way to make amends because once again I MADE THE MISTAKE. Instead Van and Bri decide the best resolution was to block me?! Instead of Van as the manager saying something like "I know you were unaware of the policy but we do have a policy, I understand you made a mistake and wanted to correct it, moving forward in order to continue to receive services policy has to be respected" Ok NO PROBLEM at the point I would KNOW your policy & respect it!!! Instead Van offered no resolution to help and I will make it my MISSION now to post this review EVERY WHERE. YELP, REDDIT, BBB, Trip Advisor, Tiktok, IG, EVERYWHERE !!!!!!! Van is A TERRIBLE MANAGER do NOT offer this place ANY OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY Brianna is an emotional and reactive mess, like girl please make sure to keep this same energy next time in life you make a mistake. You explained to me you were upset you waited 30 mins for me & I apologized many times & OFFERED COMPENSATION for my mistake This company gives NO GRACE now I will make sure you all get NO GRACE!!! I PAID $80 FOR JUST MY TOES ALONE
