I tried explaining to the lady at the front desk exactly how I wanted my toes done. I told her I…read morewanted the polish to completely cover my toenails without leaving a noticeable gap between the polish and my skin. She told me, "We don't do that here" I understand that every salon may have its own technique, but if I'm requesting a specific look and I'm paying for the service, I should at least be able to ask for what I want. When she continued saying they wouldn't do it, I asked, "So should I go somewhere else that will?" She told me yes, I should go somewhere else So that's exactly what I'll do. The customer service was disappointing because instead of trying to accommodate a simple request, I was basically told to take my business elsewhere.

Five Stars! Small salon with mighty results!…read more First, Ashley was gracious--I was about 10 minutes late because the Union Pacific train stopped on the tracks (a common issue). Tip: Check the train stoppage before you go. Second, I got the color change. Ashley Lodree was my service provider, and she made excellent suggestions on the color I should use. She was professional, thorough, and pleasant. The salon is an intimate space, so all the customers talk to each other. Nice energy, one big communal conversation. I love that! Finally, when Ashley finished, my pedicure was perfect and the nail color was gorgeous! She has a true eye for detail, and you can tell she takes pride in her craft. Worth every minute, train and all! Do yourself a favor and go see Ashley and the team at Lavender & Sage. It was a real treat!

I have been going here for about two years now and I have had excellent service here…read more Their prices are reasonable compare to other places I have been too. The place is always clean and the staff there are always friendly. The only thing I wish they could do a little more is, taking their time. I understand that when they are busy they have to get everyone in and out. But where they lack at is the pampering that us women love when we go to a nail salon. If they can just improve on taking their time and not always trying to rush. (At times this place can fill like and "in & out" salon.) Other then that one thing, I recommend this place for their, expertise, the great customer service and wonderful free hand art work they do on nails/toes.

I used to come here all the time and no issues with anyone. After she made the first toe bleed I asked if she could be careful because I didn't want an infection. I was over it. I asked to pay 50% because I was so uncomfortable and just go. The girl charged me the same price. I'm not hurting for money but the lack of customer service it's why I would never comeback. Paid $25 and left. No one came to talk to me or anything! Don't spend your money here. No one cares!
