acrylic manicure

yes !! this is exactly what i wanted they're so sleek. they don't look fake or like acrylic.

I was cut on three fingers. Nail shape and color are horrible. I asked for American. I won't be going back ever again.

My nails came out horrible and I have several cuts. Three on one hand , see picture shown. Do not go here.

I do not recommend this place. First of all, literally no one spoke English and it was hard to understand them. I had the $35 pedicure treatment and it was not worth it. The water was super cold. I asked them to change it to hot, it was only lukewarm at that point. I got the $35 powder nails and there were hideous! I had to go home and reshape them! Worse experience and never going back.

Went in for a quick color change, it was really quick, wasn't expensive and she did an amazing job! Will be back if I'm ever in the area.

Quick & quality service. Did an amazing job on my previous shitty color change. Relaxed environment.

I come here every time I need a pedicure & manicure. I work a lot so only come to get my nails done for the holiday season. They're a great staff. This time I went I wanted an orange ombre to a soft nude or white. Well the lady started on my nails and it wasn't coming out right so as I was about to tell her just paint the whole nail Orange another one of the lady's (Mimi) came up to look at my nails and said I'll take care of her. Shoo once I finished my pedicure she led me to her station and she told me it'll be hard to do a fade the way you want. I said oh okay I wish y'all could've aid that from the beginning. She felt bad so I told her a regular pink to white is okay. She definitely did her best to make sure I left there satisfied. They're great people and always so nice.

This was by my chair.

I wouldn't recommend this place. I had 3 people getting a pedicure and it took 1.5 hrs. The man that sat us down shouldn't have. He should've said that he didn't have time. The salon wasn't very clean and I saw this by chair.

The pedicure was not good and my toe(s) were cut up.

I am only giving this 1 star because I did like the color selection. I do not know why the lady I had was trying to charge a price that is different than what is posted. She not only tried to charge me more, she was very rude to me. As she was taking my old acrylic nails, she was being very rough even after repeatedly telling her she was hurting me. I felt so disrespected, I wanted to cry. She also wanted to charge me to soak my nails in acetone. Seriously?! I said no thanks, and kindly asked her to use drill to take them off. She said no. I was in a helpless situation. The only reason I didn't get up and leave was because I was getting a pedicure and the girl doing it was actually really sweet. She didn't do a great job but she was nice. I just wanted to get out of there! I'm not ever coming back here.

Random place I discovered for convenience to kill time... My technician was super nice, but unfortunately his work wasn't so great

Layers are obvious, looks all weird by cuticles, nail polish still left around nail.

Who rated this place highly and why did you fool me into thinking this was a decent alternative to my beloved Leon Nail that is still closed due to hurricane recovery. First off, the selection sucks. I was hoping for a simple silver color, but no- all of the "metallic" colors were some tacky sparkly bull. Great for 10 year olds not adults. Pictures included. It took us 30 min to be tended to. Pretty awkward having three different people fighting about who was first too. Like y'all we just survived a hurricane when there are thousands taking shelter across the city, y are we being petty? I don't care if I'm offered a mimosa, if I wanted a mimosa I would go to brunch, not a salon. I'm here for the nails. Unfortunately they really disappointed and this is coming from someone that is usually pretty proud of her always imperfect home manicures/pedicures. I have a wedding tomorrow so I decided to leave it to the professionals today. My pedicurist/manicurist tugged too hard at the cuticles, making me bleed from my big toe bleed at one point. Oh and a finger on my hand too. So ridiculous. She told me the coat from Essie was too light for the color I wanted and I thought WTF WHY WOULD YOU OFFER IT IF YOU DONT WANT TO USE IT??? I got a *kind of similar* color from OPI bc I was over it and wanted to leave. The final product sucked too. Overall it was an incredibly disappointing experience for $32 considering that Leon Nail is much better for nearly the same price. The nail lady didn't even offer change for a $5. Pero like... wut? I don't understand how people keep coming back.

Nathan is awesome!

Ssshhhhhh..... Dont tell my husband, but Nathan have magic hands. Nathan only works Wednesday to Sunday. This place is the best. Complimentary mimosas, wine, water, and sodas are served. There is no one hassling you with additional services, which is a winner for me. There is plenty of parking, they are open on Sundays until 5 p.m., and best of all, Nathan was very meticulous about his work. Nailery offers several pedicure packages ranging from $20 to $50. This was my first time here, so I did not want to purchase a higher package until I saw their work. I had the Smooth package which included: a callus treatment (which was 5-10 minutes of intensive care), a pumice scrub, a 10 minute foot massage, a sea salt exfoliation scrub, hot towel and a paraffin wax treatment. A callus treatment along is $5-10 at other salons, so the extra $10 for the additional services was a no brainer. Nathan had my feet feeling so good, I was thinking about that foot massage at work (I was on my feet so long, my feet began hurting from not wearing comfortable shoes). I did not get cut, there was no blood shed, and no polish on my skin. Nathan's work was simply perfection. I will only return to see Nathan, I cannot speak about other staff members. OOOO....I feel good.....du da du da du da dunt, from my head to my shoes....lol

This is the burn I've experienced from getting my eyebrows waxed

I used to come here all the time and no issues with anyone. After she made the first toe bleed I asked if she could be careful because I didn't want an infection. I asked for a supervisor because she couldn't even paint my toe nails properly. Lines and streaks. No manager available, just another girl came to talk to me asking if she could paint my nails... I was over it. I asked to pay 50% because I was so uncomfortable and just go. The girl charged me the same price. I'm not hurting for money but the lack of customer service it's why I would never comeback. Paid $25 and left. No one came to talk to me or anything! Don't spend your money here. No one cares!

She kept sitting the uv light on top of the nail and had to correct several times. The massage left SO MUCH to be desired and that's usually one of the reasons I enjoy getting a pedi so much. I'm pretty sure the tech I had does not ordinarily do pedicures. I would have been happy to wait for a tech that didn't mess my feet up but I think they prioritized getting people out more quickly over giving them a good experience. I tipped $5 on the $40 bill but it was an awful experience. Look at my pics and decide if you wanna take your feet or hands here.
