It's clean and everything looks very organized when you look around. You're greeted by the front desk receptionist and they quickly note down which services you are wanting and then encourage you to pick your colors. Before you can even pick a color, a technician is greeting you to escort you to your mani or pedi chair. If I'm doing both services, they've typically come and do both while I'm in the pedi chair - so you're in and out even faster. It also makes you feel special when they're doing both.

The front desk no longer knows or values their customers, they are dismissive and rude. They have a few technicians that shouldn't be anywhere near nails. One in particular is Johnny...he's rough, nick's your cuticles, doesn't listen to what you want, and has very basic skills. They offer hundreds of colors, but are pushy within 22 seconds of you looking to make a choice and sit in a chair. I typically pay around $200-$220 for mani, pedi and tip...I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I just wanted a gel manicure in a color that was appropriate for work. She tired several different colors on my nails and helped me pick a beautiful light pink. She then soaked off my old gel manicure and was very thorough and attentive to detail when trimming my cuticles and applying the new color. In addition, Jennifer was also a great conversationalist and was very engaging during my entire appointment. The gel manicure was $30, a little higher than some other places, but you are paying for quality. This salon also offers many other services as well as complimentary wine and soft drinks. So I have been trying to come more to help out. She does a great Russian manicure and have been coming for about a year. She texted me back and told me that I am confirmed for 5:30pm and they would see me then for my Russian manicure and pedicure. I left the house around 4:30pm to get food and get there early to eat. I got food and was pulling into the parking lot. I got a text telling me they were busy and I needed to come tomorrow. I was already there and I was not available on Sunday. Having my appointment scrapped for walk ins was truly disappointed. We confirmed me coming in hours ago and my appointment was scrapped. Not okay. I have been coming for this long because the work is great. They are expensive and the prices fluctuate big time. Also I bought my own gel polish to use and they told me they have it so they could charge me an extra $15 for their polish. This just really let me down and can't keep doing business like this. I hope their walk ins pick up because they just lost a loyal long time client. If you guys know of any amazing spots nearby that do Russian manicures and pedicures, let me know!
