The quality, consistency, and experience have kept me coming back year after year. They somehow manage to make appointments feel both efficient and genuinely enjoyable. After 7 years, they've been with me through every season of life -- regular appointments, special events, vacations, celebrations -- and I honestly can't imagine going anywhere else. Everyone deserves some TLC, right? I've been coming to Day Spa Nails for over a year now after…read morebeing referred by a close friend and have been very satisfied each visit. I'm by no means a high maintenance nail girl, in fact I never paint my finger nails but I try my best to keep up with pedicures on a semi-regular basis. The salon is definitely no thrills but the ladies are all very sweet and do high quality work. Even if the salon is busy, they take their time to ensure no step is skipped or done with less than full effort. I always get just a regular pedicure ($33) and it comes with a soak, cuticle trim, nail file, heal exfoliation, a short lotion lower leg massage, two coats of polish, and a top coat. They always make sure that you take the necessary time to dry before leaving. Each station has a massager chair for extra relaxation and guests are offered a cold soda or water at the beginning of their appointment. Over the past year that I have been coming, I can tell that there are a lot of regular customers which is great to see. You shouldn't anticipate trouble getting a walk in appointment, however it's a nice courtesy to call before driving over to ensure that they have someone who can see to you. Overall, I'm definitely a fan and will continue to visit!

There are plenty of color options to choose from, and they even had the latest cat eye trend add-ons. It's been 3 weeks and my gel nails have not yet lifted, which is a really good sign. The ambience is not the most relaxing, however, and the volume from the staff conversations got a bit too loud for me at times, but the pricing is very reasonable! I'll be coming back for more manis :)

I booked an appointment for Saturday, and this was my first time visiting. I would say an…read moreappointment is not really necessary since they seem to have enough capacity to accommodate walk ins. I requested baby pink shellac nails with a rounded square shape. This was my first time getting a single color manicure, and overall, I was happy to try something different. One piece of feedback I have is that I wish the polish had been applied more evenly. On some nails, you can see a bit of the natural nail showing through near the bottom. Both of my thumbs also have a thicker coating toward the top, which creates a slight slope where the polish builds up. Overall, if you're looking for a quick and affordable nail service, this could be a good option. The staff were very friendly, and the total came out to $38 before tip.

Chin is not a good person to have on the phone. I asked for his best technician for gel guilder…read morebecause I am particular about my nail shape. Chin responded 'we all do our best but if you are picky then this is not the place for you'. My response was that I am picky & expect to get what I am paying for. & he doubled down on his statement. I am not sure if this is a cultural issue, lack of social prowess or just poor salesmanship. Whoever the owner is, I high advise training your staff in sales as well as hospitality. I will be taking my money to Palazzio Nail in River Oaks who does builder gel and doesn't mind if their clients are picky.

I've been a longtime customer of this establishment, and one thing I can say is that the quality of…read moreservice is consistently good. However, over the past year, I've noticed a recurring issue with appointment wait times. Typically, I make appointments in advance but still end up waiting around 30 minutes or more for my preferred technician. I completely understand that they're in high demand and can get busy, but my time is valuable as well. If it looks like a service won't begin within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment, I believe customers should be notified so they can decide whether to wait, see another technician, or reschedule. During my most recent visit, I arrived 15 minutes early and checked to confirm if my technician would be available at my scheduled time. The receptionist mentioned they should be finishing up with a walk-in client shortly. Unfortunately, I wasn't seen until nearly 30 minutes after my appointment time, resulting in about a 45-minute wait overall. Had I known there would be such a delay, I could've easily stepped out to run an errand and returned without issue. A little more transparency with timing would go a long way. That said, I still enjoyed my visit and would recommend this place. My advice for anyone on a tight schedule is to be proactive and assertive when confirming your appointment time. A major perk: they offer 20% off main services for medical staff (Monday-Thursday), teachers (Monday-Tuesday), and students (Wednesday). Just wait patiently for one or park a bit farther an get some steps in. Ambiance: This place embodies a garden them from start with silk rose bouquets, cherry blossoms and the like, this place is decorated for you to get lost in eden! This place must have like 100 nail bays, it seems huge. Service: Im almost always a walkin so I come in, give my name and number and wait to be seated. Today was my lucky day! I didnt have to wait long at all, which was amazing. I picked my color and we were ready to roll. I got the Paradise Pedicure which includes paraffin. Just coming from a 10K last weekend, it was much needed. Will I go back?: Absolutely! This is the only nail salon that does not make my legs itch with the products they use. Not sure what products they are using different than others, but I am quite cautious. I get a different person each time so I don't have anyone to recommend. I have been quite satisfied with the folks I have received.
