You're greeted by the front desk receptionist and they quickly note down which services you are wanting and then encourage you to pick your colors. Before you can even pick a color, a technician is greeting you to escort you to your mani or pedi chair. If I'm doing both services, they've typically come and do both while I'm in the pedi chair - so you're in and out even faster. It also makes you feel special when they're doing both.

The shape was uneven and textured was bumpy. When doing my pedicure the other lady didn't shave down anything nor do the wax at the end although I requested it, I wasn't given any options during my visit. During check out she said it would be $65 for my nails when she told me it was going initially going to be $60. So I just went ahead and deducted it from the tip. I will not be returning. I do a lot of typing so that can be extremely annoying. The hardest thing is finding a nail tech that can put an gel-builder overlay on my nails when they are short and still make them look good. I have a wide nail bed so most times people make my nails look like I have chicklets glued to my fingers. I dont remember if I found this place on IG or TikTok but decided to give them a try. KK and Kim were amazing. I came back three weeks later for my birthday and it was not a fluke. The staff also surprised me by singing happy birthday. It was super cute. I will definitely be rebooking. Just a note: I usually go get my nails done at off times to avoid crowds and parking is usually decent (can find a spot without waiting but lot is pretty full). When I asked to see the colors , I was brought just a few. When I asked to see more, I was told a lot of the colors are 'bad polish' I just wanted a light pink and that just was not available. The pedicure itself was good. She did a nice job and was very friendly. However, I ended up spending full price ($70 after tip) for what really was a discount experience. I truly would not have left such a tough review if the price came out to be what it was worth which in my opinion is about $45-$50.
