I came here on a Saturday morning with my best friend. I walked in and said we each wanted full set and a pedicure with shellac. I also asked if it could be done the same time and I was told yes we can. We started our pedicures and I showed them like 4 different designs of nails that I wanted. They said they could do none of them with shellac. I said well what can y'all do. The man there proceeded to go back and forth with me about how "shellac peels and I know what I'm doing and I've been doing this for 16 years". I told him in my experience powder always peels and shellac last which is why I get it in the first place. I then tried to ask another question in which he ignored me. So just as I finished my pedicure the girl walks over to do my nails and I told her to forget about it because I'm very displeased thus far. The very first question was can y'all do the full set and pedicure at the same time. They lied. They did my pedicure good but that's about it. I will never be back! A day later the skin around my nail including the cuticle was swelling causing pain and discomfort. I returned there yesterday and explained to the guy what was happening showed him my toe and asked if they could remove it so it wouldn't hurt and he told me to comeback tomorrow because they close in 40 minutes. This salon is one of the best in my area. I visited many before I decided on this location. The owners Lee and Van are very professional, friendly and by far know their nails. I've been a satisfied customer since 2013 and highly recommend this salon. If your nice you may be offered a small glass of wine while you sit back on the massage chairs and relax or watch their big TV sets. I personally bring my earbuds and iPad and catch up on my dvr shows. They do , a Gel, Shellac , waxing services. I got a shellac french mani and a pedi. Two different women did it for me and they both did an amazing job! The pedicure was thorough. She took her time cleaning the cuticles and cutting the skin around the nails. She even went back twice to cut off the skin around the nails to make sure it was done correctly. When she cut my nails she cut it and then stopped to ask me if the length was good. Also, the polish itself was done slowly and carefully. She cleaned the skin with a thin brush after finishing paining the nails. Truly an amazing job! My manicure was done very well as well. She also filed down my nails and asked about the length to make sure I was happy. She did a great job cleaning the cuticles and getting rid of extra skin around the nails. When she was painting the tips for my french she asked me how thin I wanted it. She went slowly so as not to make it thinner than I wanted. My french manicure looks amazing! Decided to get a spare of the moment spa day and heard a lot of good things about this nail salon so I decided to try it out myself. As soon as I walked in, everyone was so friendly and they quickly saw me. I got a mani and pedi. I was impressed by the variety of colors they had to offer and the many different styles they could do! The man who did my nails gave me a great hand message and the beautiful woman who did my pedicure, did a good job treating my feet. I run a lot so my feet were pretty worn from running, but she made them look brand new! I highly recommend this place based on the friendly service from the girl at the front desk to the people just working in the shop. My nails came out great and I left happy and satisfied! I told them twice that I scheduled a pedicure as well. They asked me what color and I told them white. Kim did my nails perfectly but other customers came in as walk ins and were being seen for pedicures right away. I waited for allay two hours for someone to come get me to get my pedicure started and nothing. They had the audacity to ask me once Kim was done to wait for my pedicure. I asked them if they forgot about my pedicure and the lady in the front said "I wrote you down for a pedicure" and ignored me. Didn't apologize or anything. Dishonest business! They took advantage of my teenage daughter and charged $140 for a full set with shellac and a pedicure. Plus the nails did not even look like what my daughter requested. I was not present but you best believe I went down there to discuss their dishonest practices and tried to get a refund. They would only offer $20 And would not allow me to talk to the owner. They said one or the other meaning the $20 or the number to call the owner but not both!! I usually don't write negative reviews because I like to give people the benefit of the doubt but I just had to comment on a few things I experienced here. I went in on a Sunday afternoon, they were able to accommodate me for a shellac manicure and regular pedicure as soon as I walked in. Great! A very friendly gentleman escorted me to my pedicure station. I am usually skeptical about the jet/whirpool style chairs because if they are not sanitized properly and filters aren't changed frequently, they can cause fungus but, like I said, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. The older woman who took care of my pedicure did a great job. Very thorough and friendly. It wasn't until I encountered the woman who did my manicure, believe her name was Amy, that I started getting a little worried. She proceeded to start taking off my previous shellac polish. During my time there, TWO different ladies walked in for an eyebrow wax. My manicurist stopped my manicure multiple times to service these women. Not a problem. Since its a quick service, I truly didn't mind. The part that got to me was when she proceeded to do their wax in front of all the other clients. This is how I was able to see how UNsanitary this place is. She waxed both of these ladies with the same stick that had ben sitting there probably ALL DAY or God knows how long it had been sitting there. She even blew on the stick! If you work in the industry, which I do, you know this is a big no-no. At one point, the muslin fabric (which is used to remove the wax from the skin) fell to the ground before she got to place it on the ladies face, and she just picked it up and, instead of throwing it away to grab a new one, she just simply used it to continue the waxing! I was in shock! Of course, the client knew nothing because she was laying down with her eyes closed the whole time. Thats when I started doubting the sanitation and their cleaning protocol. I honestly felt very uncomfortable but I continued with my services. My pedicurist did an awesome job but my manicurist was a whole different story. Its pretty safe to say I will not return due to the conditions of this nail salon's cleanliness and health standards. I'd rather pay a little more to go to a place that is CLEAN. read more

Love this place!! Their deluxe pedicure, although pricey- is delightful!!! Perfect for anyone who spends long periods of their day standing; and while pregnant- was the most amazing relief ever. I have always been able to walk right in on a Sunday, which I love, and received a great Mani/pedi. I always do a basic mani and the deluxe pedi and am usually there for about an hour. The whole experience was bad...the lady who did my nail (i beleive her name was Na) was unpleasant...i had a cut while she was working on my cuticles and she didn't even apologise. And today when i went to had my nails fixed they refused to redo the job...saying they would charge me and to top it all off they were shockingly rude, both Na and the manager lee.
