Tammy is great! So friendly and very reasonable prices!! Many different selections!!!

Stay away!!! I went to get my nails done here last week. Got a gel mani and regular pedi. First, the technician took 2+ hours to do my nails. That's the longest I've ever sat in a chair for nails!! Second, I saw her mess up putting on nail polish multiple times so she had to keep fixing it. When she finally finished, all of my cuticles still has polish on them. And sure enough, it's been less than a week and it's already peeling off on multiple fingers. I would never go here again. It could've been the technician but they should have trained people working for them. I could do a better job on my own!!!! Update: it was definitely the technician. I went back and they fixed my nails for free and did a great job. I would make sure you know who you're getting.

Honestly, this is the best nail shop I've been to! It's a small hole in the wall with just two technicians, but they're the most humble, sweetest nail techs I've ever met. They paid attention to ever little detail and made sure I was comfortable the entire time I was there. Not only was the service amazing, the price was just right! They took my old fake nails off, replaced them, and powered them all for just $32! The images of my nails speak for themselves. I will definitely come back :)

Horrible job, top coat was done wrong, nails are bumpy and they were supposed to be coffin. it's only one person who can do powder and she doesn't do it right . All the Pictures of sculptured nails aren't her work and she overcharges for Poor 1 star quality work!DO NOT COME HERE!!

The place is clean, spacious, spa/ atmosphere and very quiet (if you need to see TV or hear music she can accommodate too). I like that the place is on highway 6 near Bissonette area... with parking...it's a quick experience, and very rewarding. Before I used to go to a few other places, including the one next door to Ombre..both are great. I really like Ombre because Tammy and I hit it off... I enjoyed my experience, and I will send my friends there...and continue going!!!@

I got my nails done at this place and the lady was super nice. She did everything to my liking and helped me make decisions!!! I deadass was kinda babbling about how I wanted my nails to look and she did everything to my liking. I've been to a bunch of nail salons over the past years and this was probably one of my top favorites. She's a super talented nail art tech and I really highly recommend this place. read more

Honestly, this is the best nail shop I've been to! It's a small hole in the wall with just two technicians, but they're the most humble, sweetest nail techs I've ever met. They paid attention to ever little detail and made sure I was comfortable the entire time I was there. Not only was the service amazing, the price was just right! After seeing the pictures here on yelp I decided to go see Kim at Ombré Nails last night - I walked in 30 minutes before they closed and poor Kim was working by herself, with her baby son with her. She could have easily turned me away, knowing the full set I asked her for would take longer than 30 mins and she had a tired infant who wa ready to go home already. But she didn't. She happily sat me down and did an exceptional job on my nails!!! Also he baby boy was such a sweetheart - I wish my kids could act that good at the nail salon!! Lol! My nails came out great and you can't beat Kim's prices especially with the grand opening 25% off special she's running. I will definitely be coming back!! read more

Horrible service. My mom went in to get her nails removed and the employees and the owner started to yell at her. My mom only had her acrylic nails on for ONE WEEK and they started to fall off. I then proceeded to call them over the phone and state their unprofessional communication skills and got yelled at as well. We own a salon and have referred many customers to this place as a courtesy and when I told her we would not be sending anymore customers, she told me to learn how to run a business and then speak to her. I have experienced horrid customers but never a rude workplace like this. I would never recommend this place to someone. read more

I ended up paying $135+ for the services due to various factors (nail length, nail shape, etc.) The service requested today (January 15th) was a soak off and manicure with shellac. I made an appointment an hour prior, so that way I can secure my spot and notify the lady on what service I wanted ahead of time. Once I arrived, the lady was aware that I was the 11:30a appointment, however, was unclear on what services I needed. The quality of customer service was unprofessional. I asked for a soak off multiple times yet the lady continued to drill my nail bed, and started to use the tip of a fake nail to separate the colored powder from my nail bed until I snatched my hand from hers. I understand that a soak off is time consuming but her process was going to damage my nails. Once she finished removing the fake nail and powder, next was a manicure with shellac. She brought a glass bowl with marbles and water. When I asked the lady if I can have warmer water to soak my hands she claimed that I took to long to put my hands in and that's why it's cold. The water was extremely cold, there was no possible way that the water went from hot to cold that fast, and it was freezing outside! Overall, the vibe is very unprofessional and uncomfortable. As a customer, I noticed that the staff started to get overwhelmed when customers started pouring in. I honestly felt unappreciated since every other customer in their wanted full sets and i just wanted a simple manicure. There was no professional greeting (I.e, "Good morning, how are you? How can we help?"), or attentive listening. I repeated myself multiple times to get my point across. Never coming back! I'm fortunate to find another nail shop that did a wonderful job on my nails: Kathy Nail Spa.

My nails peeled after 3 days. As someone who has gotten shellac for years, i've never had them peel like this. When i went to my usual nail salon to fix the nails that peeled, they let me know that they were done poorly and didn't dry. I would not recommend for shellac.

I pulled back, because it hurt. She proceeded to cut again, and I said it's okay just leave it. She left it, but came back and cut again. Their banner outside says 30% off all services, however, when I was asking for prices they were trying to give me only 20%. After I specifically told them about the sign they said okay. I paid for my mother and myself and they only discounted 27%, not the full 30%. It's only 3%, but it's about the principle. I just adjusted the tip that I left because I was not too happy. The actual paint job was disappointing. I will not be going back.

I kept noticing some minor details like my skin peeling on the side or nail polish on my skin so I had to ask my technician to fix it several times. I didn't want to seem stuck up so I basically stopped asking because I noticed she was eager to assist the 3 customers that was waiting. I was also disappointed with how the tech cut a bit into my meat. I felt a burning sensation but I thought it was nothing until I inspected it carefully after I left. It turns out she cut in too deep when cutting my cuticle... I also didn't like how some of the nail polish was on my cuticle... I don't know, we spend money hoping to get a good job well done and I didn't feel that way after. My family thought the service was alright too. Overall I think this place is ok maybe a different tech next time.
