When I walked in for the first time, the place was not clean and very disorganized. I still chose to stay and give it a chance. I wanted a fill in and nail color change. The first nail tech started filing my nails down and cutting them with nail clippers, just literally tearing up my natural nails. I complained to the manager and said I had never had my nails break like that or had my nails filed down. Another nail tech came in and fixed the best she could, but they still looked horrible. I just took them off and my nails beds are damaged so badly and hurt. My nails are now brittle and have indentions on them, that I've never gotten from my regular nail tech. Got my nails done by Helen 03/24/23 First time coming, no prices were listed or provided, got my nails done, nothing fancy, just dip powder on my natural nails and was charged $68.00 not complaining about price just that she did horrible job super thick and by Tuesday the dip powder came off. Spoke with Kevin, and he said, "Come will fix it, but why should I have to get fixed they should have done correctly from started. Review # 16 Great find! Thanks yelpers! I was passing through on my way home and checked Yelp for reviews. Small place. 6 pedicure chairs and 5 mani tables. Small, quaint place. Polish selection just as you walk in however there is more towards the back so ask to see those if you don't see a color you like. Nice music playing the background and not screaming TV noise like some salons. I noticed wine glasses and drinks and was offered something g to drink but i wasn't thirsty. I did use their restroom and it was very clean. The salon is clean however the walls need a bit of a rub down. Looks like water or something has splashed on parts of the walls. Mani and pedi prices are comparable to those in town. They did a great job with my mani pedi. I'd recommend! read more

I came in for a pedicure and a shellac manicure. The prices are average: $25 for pedi and $30 for shellac. I asked for my toes to be painted a certain color, and I'm sure that the color that I received wasn't my original pick. I then changed my mind to having my nails and toes to be the same shade; however, they weren't even the same in the same!! I do not understand how they couldn't find similar shades! After my toes were finished, the technician didn't make sure that they were dry so when I went to the area to dry them, my toes were still wet and they ended up getting messed up. I was very annoyed at this point. The technician did fix them; however, this problem could've been avoided if I wasn't rushed. I also heard the owner of this place rush his technicians to perform the work faster. Obviously MORE careful attention is needed for the lack of details of this place. Worst experience I've had at a nail salon ever. First I waited for an HOUR after getting there for them to finish my nails. I would have left had the guy not already sanded my nails. My fingers are RAW and some filed down to skin on side of nails. The guy doing my nails was really rough. I used to come here when they first opened. I'm a bit disappointed and will no longer come back. They increased the prices and do not have any of the prices displayed. Pedicures start at $32. I have been to other cleaner, exclusive nail salons and refused this day due to distance. In addition, I have done my nails here before. The overall experience I had here was good. I only gave 3 stars because I got my nails done on Friday and by Tuesday 2 of them had already come off. I'm used to my nails lasting much longer. But the place is small clean and the workers are nice. Some patrons had wine or beverages, I was only offered water. Seems as if the "regulars" are the only ones offered the adult beverages. I didn't even get the pedicure I came for. I understand the circumstances we are now with the coronavirus, but that's not an excuse for poor customer service. I came into this place and I had my mask, I use hand sanitizer outside as required and as soon as I put a foot inside the salon I was pointed with a thermometer almost touching my forehead, no hi, no good afternoon, no nothing saying that what's gonna happen. The thermometer was so close to my forehead that made me uncomfortable, I told the guy taking my temperature to please not touch me with the thermometer and he yelled at me: IM NOT TOUCHING YOU. That right there was enough to me, I said no thank you and I left. The place was busy, with nobody social distancia and if that guy was that rude to start, I don't wanna be in that place. I'm not complaining about the safety measures they are taking because I do believe that's necessary, but there's a way to approach people. read more

It's ok I got organic dip nails length isn't really the same ... was told a price over the phone ... when she was doing my nails she tried to charge $50 but owner told me on phone $40 .. which I did pay $40 .... after asking multiple times about the price over the phone ... pedicure was okay he didn't finish with lotion I left with my feet dry ... she did my eyebrows too she claimed it to be a clean up ... I posted a review and it was deleted but I gave this place a try I went there and my pedicure felt great but there are still hard spots on my feet and my polish job is bad and chipping and I went yesterday! And before anyone comments I did spring for a deluxe so I should have no issues. My nails where so wrong he ended up cutting them off and letting me leave. Smh it also took way to long I was there from 3:45 till 7:05 I waisted my off day on a sloppy pedicure and left with a new set cut down so I had to pay another nail shop to soak off and get them done this place looks nice but my services where really bad sad because the people where nice read more

I got shellac manicure done and when she finished my thumb nail looked very cracked compared to the other one. When I told her she said it didn't look cracked but it did I even showed the guy that works there and he agreed. When it came time to fix it.. she filed the shellac out but she was very rough with me and she was filing my skin!! It made me so mad but I managed to still be calm and nice about it.
