Literally only wanted a simply acrylic overlay on my big toe as my mail was chipped. Their overlay was a deep purple color so when you get a French manicure your toe will literally look very purple vs a clear nail color When I told them they tried to blame it on my toe nail lol I told the owner no it's your very purple liquid you're using on the nail They will get an attitude often when you point out something and the overlay shape was horrid I've tried to give them a couple of chances but no I had them removed it and went elsewhere pay a little more get the job done right read more

I have visited this place 4-5 times and the service is always good. I have been during the week and on a Saturday they get you in and out pretty quickly. The $18 pedicure and OPI nail polish is what keeps me coming back. It's a small salon with nothing fancy but they have all the tools to get the job done. Its a very small old fashioned nail shop right on one of the busiest streets in houston...Westheimer. Gets slow after 5:30. I was able to walk in to a seat for my pedi right away so thats a plus. It was cold af in here! So i didnt like that most about visiting this location. What brought me here was the $18 basic pedicure that was being advertised on a poster and they have other promos like $20 shellac manicures which is super cheap. As far as my feet go i like it! I came in without an appointment and was immediately taken by a guy to begin my shellac manicure ($20)! As soon as that was done I was sent to a woman to do my shellac pedicure ($28). Both people were extremely nice and did an amazing job! I was impressed and definitely plan on going back especially since the prices of such great services are pretty low here. Also- great massage chairs for during your pedicure & you also get a hot stone foot massage! Recommend! My color is number 66 which is a coral! read more

This place is really great! I set an appointment at 11 and was immediately ready to go when I got there. The lady that did my pedicure was sweet and really cleaned my feet up. The best part is that they even give you a hot stone treatment with the regular pedicure which was $18. The man that did my nails did an excellent job! If I can give zero stars , I would. If you look at my pictures attached this was the most atrocious manicure I have ever gotten. He didn't even trim my cuticles, I had dip and wanted to get it done again but in black. I went based on the reviews they had. He soaked my fingers and then began to shaved the previous color off but it was mushy from the acetone so it splattered all over the place. It even got on my face. He didn't even clean the out sides of my nail where the cuticle and skin were so it was stained the red that was my previous color. And after he said it was dry so I can wash my hands and right when I did so the paint completely smeared off . read more

Awful My French tips are UNEVEN and have pink bubbles. The white is not even white it's pink due to the pink bubbles. ON TOP OF THAT, she did all of my waxing in the front of the store with everyone watching and didn't even do a good job at waxing. Im going to have to go home and pluck what i just paid to get waxed. I went yesterday for the first time and this is going to be my new spot. They were pretty busy but I got right in for a full set of shellac. They took their time and listened to what I wanted. I like round tips which it never fails when I go somewhere they try to talk me into square .... the nice lady doing my nails didn't she just said ok and continued. The reviews on this place looked good but when I pulled up I got nervous, when I walked in I was instantly uncomfortable on the lack of cleanliness. I found this little gem on yelp. I called to make an appointment at 2:45 for 3. When I walked in I was welcomed very nicely. The pedicure was amazing and the prices were very good. Basic pedicure plus Nice hot paraffin, hot stones, hot towel and cooling gel, all for $25 bucks. The guy that did my nails did a great job with the shaping and was very gentle. I liked the fact that they did my hands and feet at the same time. The inside is a little outdated but the service was great. This place is excellent for the price and service that you get. I got a deluxe pedicure 3 which I felt should have been more detailed for $40 (based on other salons I've been to). The guy that did my nails was not friendly at all and left before he finished painting my nails. I love this place! My girl Ha does the best pedi. For years I've gone to different places and explain that I have an ingrown toenail. They cut it just enough to remove some pressure. But when I told Ha about my painful ingrown she worked and worked on it until she removed it. I have not had a problem since! I'm so grateful for her. I'm taking my husband with me next time. This is not my go to nail salon but since I was waiting for my car to get detailed, I derailed myself into this salon. Walking in, it wasn't a really warm welcoming. Lady just told me to pick a color and sit down. Proceeded to soak my feet in super hot boiling water :/ took about 5 mins before she realized it was too hot.. Deluxe pedicure was only $25 which is a great deal. I liked the massages and scrub but didn't like how they shaped my toes. Nor did I like the polish. She did a horrible job. Color was not smooth nor did it stay on very long. I would taken a picture but I went home and removed the nail polish because it was just unflattering. Also got a shellac manicure for $20. This seemed like a rip off because they didn't bother lotion or oil my hands. She just removed the cuticles and then had someone else polish my nails. my mani came out much nicer than my pedi but I wouldn't probably come back. Typical salon. Nothing special. I've been to this nail shop several times. And they do a great job! Why the two stars you ask? Well my last experience there was less than stellar. I always try to go during the week when it's less busy if possible. This time was a few days before my birthday. I was serviced by Henry, who mistakenly cut my big toe while giving me a pedicure. He did his best to stop the bleeding but I was CUT BAD. He apologized and managed to stop the bleeding (with my assistance) and finish my pedicure and give me a gel manicure. I paid full price! Once I left my toe began to bleed again and I had to put a bandaid over it. Which ruined my pedicure and was not the desired look I was going for to celebrate my birthday. I called the shop less than an hour after I left and asked if I could return to have my pedicure re done once my toe healed. The woman who answered agreed and I was satisfied. A week later when I tried to schedule the pedicure service I was told "you should've come sooner it's been too long". I explained ma'am I had to wait for my toe to heal before I came back. Then I was told I could only have the polish replaced and not a whole pedicure. Again I explained ma'am my toe was cut, I was bleeding and my pedicure was ruined. Well since I wasn't being given what I asked for and agreed upon I didn't go back. Now I'm at a crossroads because they are really good and gel manicure for $20?? I mean c'mon that not easy to find. But I was so disappointed with the lack of customer service, I'm not sure I'll return. read more

Tony is awesome. I didn't think he was the most friendly or maybe didn't like me the first time I went, but when I broke a nail two days later - he fixed it for free. It was just a fill and not his fault it broke (sports) but he was very quick and helpful. I've never had a nail removal so painless either! He really knows what he's doing! this is coming from a males perspective so keep that in mind. I usually clip, file, and scrub my own feet, but my wife and I decided to treat ourselves here about a month or so ago. The people were very friendly. we had about a 15-20 min wait, but it was Saturday afternoon so what do you expect right? anyhow the price CANNOT be beat: $20 for foot soak, salt scrub, paraffin wax dip, leg massage, cool gel wrap, hot stone rub, and of course pedicure. The only thing I did not like it the girl who did my feet (she seemed to be about 15-16) wasn't very thorough and didn't scrub my entire feet. I also had to go back home to re-file down my toe nails bc she seemed to rush through it. She was very kind, but next time I wouldn't let her do my pedicure. However I will be returning! read more
