I arrived at 5:40 pm, was asked if I could wait. I said fine. The only two techs were working on one person doing her feet and hands. I waited and waited I finally gave up at 7:15 pm. They were barely polishing her nails! Needless to say I didn't get my nails done. The service used to be much better before. That is time I will never get back. I've been coming here for 20 years. I'm always pleased with my service here. They always give me what I ask for.

Just moved to Houston and since this place is close to home, I decided to try them. They greeted me well and offered me something to drink. The lady that was doing my feet cut my toenails super short which I did not appreciate and also she kept on scrubbing my skin instead of the side of my foot because she was too busy talking to her coworker that was working on my hands. I have bruises now but not as bad as the lady that was working on my hands. I asked for a full set and she did dip powder and it was a mess, I don't like to confront others I got very emotional and told my bf that was sitting next to me and he asked her to fix it nicely she told him and I quote "it's not finished yet I promise it will look nice" it didn't look nice because she didn't fixed it nor attempted to. I got cut on every fingernails to the point I couldn't wash my hands with soap for 2 days because it was burning. The 1 star is for another lady that ended up fixing my nails the best she could It wasn't perfect but I had no choice except to try to be content with it cause I know it wasn't going to get any better. I came in to sit back and relax on a self care day . they both decided to rush and do the both jobs at one time as if they were busy . I'm the only client in the shop . overall everything felt good , however they rushed jobs. I have pics but don't know how to upload them . the procedure was finished and I had dead skin still on my feet, skin on my nails . and cracked skin on my heel. that hurts bad , the main reason I came in so they can fix it . but I left with the same issues. I brought it to their attention . I asked the lady may I have another glass of wine while she fix the issues on my right foot but she said no only 2. very blunt , and dismissive . I told the lady don't even worry about the my heel I'll go to the next shop across the street . never will return . I recommend HOLY NAILS ACROSS THE STREET . It's May 15 2020 I definitely love Tiffany ! But the lady doing the pedicures has a NASTY attitude. She got pissed off that I asked her to clean off the area that was dirty and that I wanted to just get a color change on my toes because I sat there for an hour waiting for her daughter (the one supposed to do my toenails) to eat her lunch . I have been a patron of Vegas Nails for close to 12 years. No one has ever done my nails besides Tiffany. It's like we do a hand dance I know what she needs me to do next. I get gel nails a clear thick gel and it's definitely a skill because not many manicurists are able to do it well. I have been getting my nails done for 33 years so I can attest to this. And by the way my nails are fine. Tiffany does a great job! I love seeing her pride and satisfaction when she's through as an artist would. We both just stare and talk about how good they look. She always has professional staff that do a great job. Everyone is friendly. The shop is always clean and complimentary beverages are provided. Dropped by here to get my toes done after doing my hair, was not really impressed with they look of the salon, or the way my toes were done. Usually, my toes last about 1 week and a half to 2 weeks, I was chipping within three days. So I pulled into this out of the way Nail Palace because, honestly, it's the closest and most convenient one on the way to my kid's school. I HAD to stop somewhere. I had been mistaken for Brooke Shields earlier because of my eyebrows, and my husband threatened to use a sand blaster on my feet if I rubbed them on him again. So fine America! I get the hint. They were very quick and efficient. I got an excellent eyebrow wax in about the same amount of time it takes me figure out an excuse for why I can't go over to my mother's house. The pedicure was adequate. No frills, but that is all I had asked for, and all I had time for anyway. I'm sure if I had given them the chance, they would have shoved a nail menu under my nose and insisted I get a paraffin wax or something. That is why I always pretend to be asleep when I go to nail places. Decor was sad. You could tell they really wanted to be "posh" but how posh can one be when you are located behind an old converted Whataburger and next to a bar named Snooker? The ladies were friendly and apparently HUGE fans of Ellen, which was playing quite loudly in the background. Not that I cared if they wanted to watch TV- I knew what I was paying for when I walked in, and a relaxing spa day was not it. But if I wanted to listen to 4 year olds sing at the top of their lungs, I would've just picked up my kid early and painted my toes at home. read more

Due to bony feet I suffer from callus;;pregnancy has never been nice to my feet either. 4 years ago as I was driving to find a nail shop I remember seeing "autoclave" quickly I made a u turn and I've been stuck at this shop since. After my last pregnancy i spent a while at home taking care of the little one and when I arrived months after childbirth, Kimmie not only got the cracks OUT like she always does, but she also gave me knowledge on the proper care for my feet. Needless to say. I have not seen cracks since. Though I can't seem to steer clear from callus. I am not ashamed to have the bottom of my feet showing. Being yellowboned, you can hardly see the tiny spots of callus showing anyways. Tiffany always does a wonderful job on my nails, I let no one else other than Tiffany do my manicure and wax and no one else other than Kimmie do my pedicure. I've moved and even tried places around me. No Bueno. but I now drive out my way just for the ease of mind and satisfaction. I've have good enough bad experiences to know it is well worth the ease of mind. If you put your hygiene level at the top of your list than this is the place to go. This place is so dirty and old... the polish is thin you can tell they put nail polish remover to make more of it... they don't cut the cuticles off your toe nails and they are in the middle of at least 10 different nails shops that can do better read more

I really like going here to get my refills and pedicures. But, they go so fast on the pedis you don't get time to enjoy them. I only let Tiffany do my nails. Everyone likes her so she's always busy. They are mostly friendly there. I'm usually in and out. The place could be more up to date. And they should have coffee available. I am a regular now and they just learned my name after 6 months. I have been going to Vegas nails for a few years now. Tiffany does my nails and Kathy does my feet for pedicures. I don't know if I could go somewhere else because Tiffany does a great job on my nails! By now she knows what I like so I can just sit back and relax and let her do it. They only thing I would say is that Kathy who does my nails sometimes she goes a little fast so I don't get the full pedicure and massage experience. But the ladies are awesome and I would definitely recommend going to Vegas Nails. Also it can use a little updating. It's been the same ever since I've been going so Tiffany may need to update the shop! That's why I gave it four stars because every now and then either a person or a space needs a makeover after years of looking the same. And another thing is some ladies who work in the shop are always coughing and sneezing without their mask on. I dont like that! That's not cool with the pandemic still going on! I had terrible experience!! After growing my eyebrows for six months they ruined them! I came to get my nales done but then decided to get my brows done as well. When the lady took me to the back room, the maneger joined us and showed her how to use the wax. I have made very clear that I want to keep them thick. As soon as she started, I felt that she had no idea what she is doing. I asked for her to call to the maneger twice but it got too late and she did the majority of my brows. As soon as I got to my car and looked at them I wanted to cry!!! She made then so thin, you can barely see them now. Not only she ruin my brows, but she ruin my vication to Miami in two days. When I came back there to complain all they did is to make me look stupid by saying what's wrong and that it is pretty, instead of admitting that they have made mistake. I asked for a refaund and all they gave me after this terrible experience is $6 out of $46. This is the worst costumer service that I have ever experience. The maneger said that I can come back to and get my eyebrows done by her but not only I don't trust them, I don't trust no one now. read more
